Our twenty year old water heater was on its last leg. The pilot kept going out. We called several places late Friday night after we had a certified professional come out and check it and quoted us a ridiculous price to replace it and charge an extra 10 year warranty for it. Ezequiel was the only one that returned our call that night he was honest, fair, friendly and quoted us a good price over the phone to remove and install a new water heater, the same one the other guys wanted to sell us. Ezequiel was at our home first thing Saturday morning completed the job professionally and in a timely manner. We are definitely calling Ezequiel for other projects we have on our to do list.

Mr. G handyman is the best.  He was able to replace  my kitchen light fixture. He's on time and courteous.  I needed my pool nylon fence to keep the dogs from going to the pool area. He was able to devise a way to keep the dogs out.  Recommend him completely!!  Will use him again.

These guys are very professional and all work. Polite. Courteous. Efficient. Pride in ones work. They're a throw back to another era. A refreshing change in this day and age. .

Jason and Nick did a great job and figured out the problem We had with our septic tank.   I've been using A&A plumbing for over 4 years now  and have found that they are professional, very fair, honest and capable. OMG! They were absolutely amazing . I had no idea what was wrong with my hot water heater and after calling them and talking to them we figured out it was a small problem that could be fixed easily. They sent out Pete and he did a wonderful  job. They gave me a price over the phone and thats the price i actually ended up paying. I would definitely recommend them. I had my entire house repipe from galvanize to copper by Alex. My house was built 1962 and has a very narrow crawl space where in some areas has only 14 inches crawl space with crumbled rocks on it. Alex completed repiping the entire house after having some bruises all over his body the following day. This company will go above and beyond their task to make sure they deliver what they promise. Price is very competitive. He has the lowest price out of 3 bids that I received from other Plumbing company. Thank you Alex and Esmeralda for the hard work. Now we have strong water pressure. The Pinedo Bro plumbing is Family owned business, with fast service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend the Pinedo brothers, for all your plumbing needs. They made quick work of a sink installation that included locating a drain and running new pex water lines. Since they were already on site, I asked if they could flush my tankless water heater, without hesitation they were able to accommodate. They laid out tarps and plastic to protect the work site. Definitely would recommend them if asked for a  recommendation for any plumbing work.

I had Jeff at Rocky come out again to replace a toilet.  Again, very professional.  Jeff was considerate and courteous, just as the last time.

Our kitchen drain was blocked at dinner time. After we checked the sink tube and the outside access, we quote the drain service on Yelp at night. Surprisingly they respond so quickly that we realized it was too late for negotiating the service details.  

    The next day we had to join a booked family activity and thanks for their waiting time with a discount price. Actually, we quoted another lower price for dredging before they came, the reason we didn't choose the former one is that the drain machine looked old-fashioned. So, when the Drain Edge Rooter showed us their drain machine that was similar to the ones shown on Home Depot's tool rental, we preferred their service.  They were patient and gave me an impressive illustration about draining before starting dredge.  Meanwhile, they worked efficiently and took maybe only 15 minutes or less!  Afterward, they offered a  free7-day warranty, and turned out the drain has completely dredged!

Marco from Olson's plumbing did an amazing and professional job fixing an ever growing leak in my bathroom. My house is old and only moderately updated and so the work took knowledge and patience. Thankfully, he had both! On time, same day service which was appreciated.

This is the second time I have used Olson Plumbing and will be happy to do so again.

Woke up to no hot water. So I searched yelp and found Fixx It Rooter & Plumbing. the manager David was very helpful and he assured me he could have someone over quickly to address the issue. The service technician arrived right on time, was very polite and professional. Fixed the problem quickly! Definitely recommend this company!

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

Absolutely amazing service. We have called in the past and they have always been prompt and professional.  We have even referred them to a friend who lives in Ontario and she was just as happy with the service as we have been.

Recently we got homeowner's insurance and used a plumber they recommended and after that consult I felt that we were being overcharged and felt the whole explanation of our problem didn't sound quite right...so we called AccuServe for a second opinion (I would've called for the first opinion) and glad we did!  

Their service was leaps and bounds better than the other plumber we called. They scheduled an appointment pretty quickly and the window was a short hour wait time and they came on time!  Already this was 180 from the other guy who came over.

Next, I got a clear explanation of what the problem could be, what it definitely could not be, the work to be performed as well as upfront cost of work.  In under 20 minutes they fixed the problem.

It is so hard to find maintenance professionals you can trust and not only did their work speak volumes about their business, they really showed a lot of respect to us as hardworking people too.  As soon as they left I knew I had to write this review.  Exceptional!

As soon as we closed on our 1950's era home last month, we had Specialty Air replace the original furnace & install central air conditioning. We are very satisfied with the service we received and quality of their work.  First they removed the old furnace, ducts, returns and vents & performed asbestos abatement in the attic. They removed an old window unit, closed and patched all of the drywall. They designed the new heat and air system for maximum efficiency, placing each vent in just the right place to ensure full room coverage. The new furnace is now in the attic, which left us with sufficient room to build a kitchen pantry and the air conditioning unit is tucked away on the side of the home.

Jay Taylor is highly experienced, knowledgeable and professional and he is easy to work with.  Jay oversaw all aspects of the work that was completed by his team and he also coordinated with Tim Cox/Pacific Shores Construction (also EXCELLENT) to replace the original water heater with a new tankless system, upgrade electrical and plumbing and fully paint the interior and exterior of our home.

I had dripping and electrical problem under the kitchen sink. The problem was a bad older outlet used for dishwasher and Garbage disposal. He was available and came as promised. Would recommend to anyone needing a house repair needed. Glad problem is resolved and will contact again.

Couldn't say enough about Thomas and Justen from Parzvial. They did a great job! We had a tough situation with our toilet clog and it took them longer to get the job done but true to their word, the quote they gave earlier in the day stood firm.

I would highly recommend Ramon for any of your plumbing needs!! He not only did an amazing job getting my hot water back on, he was fast, completely thorough and checked in with me to make sure everything was working properly.
