Best Water Softener Repair in Riverside CA

Scheduled for clean out on Thursday at the mainline. They fit me in for the late afternoon and they called when they were running late so that was a plus.
Plumber arrived and did his best to clear the drain. He said he felt a change in the pipe and he couldn't clear it all the way and there were still a little water left in it. Recommended camera and flushing of the system with jets for $1200.
I called another plumber for a second opinion. The second plumber showed up today and cleared the drain completely and said he didn't see a problem there was simply a place that needed to be cleared out on the mainline.
I know it was only $83 to get my clean out halfway done on Thursday but it was still a waste of money as they didn't do the job completely. Just my two cents.

I put out a Yelp request and was inundated with messages. What I appreciated about Pipeline was they gave ballpark numbers in their message. That gave me something to work with versus the budget I had. I normally get 3 bids, but the guy they sent out, Jason. Was very straightforward and honest. No try on the upsell. Booked the work and got it done. Jason and Jay could not have been more honest, polite and professional. Which is all we ask as homeowners.

If you need a professional expert, call Jason. We had Nuvia install a water filtration system and they made the mistake of installing it incorrectly and backing up our entire home with carbon. Jason fixed the entire water system, flushed the tankless water heater, removed the carbon and got our water work again. He also did a quality inspection and walked every single faucet, shower head, and tub with us. He went the extra mile and cleaned out all the build up from the water sources. He provides the utmost excellent customer satisfaction and went above and beyond. Quick, professional, friendly and efficient. Subject matter expert in plumbing for sure!

Honest, punctual and straight forward.

Water heater was not working. Called Swift at 9:30am. He gave me a quote on the phone and said he will arrive at my location in Westminster at 5:00pm.

He let me know he was on his way prior to arriving and arrived a couple minutes before 5:00pm. Got straight to work and had the problem fixed in 25 minutes. And the final price was as quoted.

He knows his job and gave a number of other recommendations for the future. I will be calling him in the future.

We have always had an amazing experience with RT Olson! Bob has come to our rescue several times over the years. Recently we had a ceiling leak and the technician Gabe came and was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and efficiently! Gabe, Max and the entire crew were all very efficient, knowledgeable and kind. I never minded having them around and always felt safe and secure when I was gone. Gabe is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. He always had an answer it took care of things even beyond his scope of duties!! His entire crew is fabulous! Max stayed late and made sure the entire house was clean and tidy when they left. We ended up doing a whole house repipe and are very satisfied with the outcome!! It's never pleasant to have a plumbing issue, but these gentlemen made it bearable.

We had pipe leak in our house and Pablo came to the rescue!  We have been with plumbing concepts since we bought our house for 18 years and I have to say Pablo is the best among their already great staff of plumbers!  He was very professional, patient, and clearly an expert at leak detection.  We had a difficult problem but he found the solution without breaking future home inspection.  I would highly recommend plumbing concepts and especially ask for Pablo when you call them!

I called them last minute today and because the kitchen sink was stopped up and the garbage disposal didn't work. They came out about 2 hours later. Not only were the prices unbeatable but the service Andrew provided was awesome... so fluent and quick in what he does and very well mannered. I highly recommend them for my first choice

Cameron was the kindest, most patient, most polite, most professional technician we've ever had at our home. We had unexpected plumbing emergency and made an appt with Pristine Plumbing. Cameron texted us when he was on his way, politely introducing himself and arrived at our house exactly on time. He was really knowledgeable, explaining our plumbing issues thoroughly, taking the time to explain our options and patiently answering all our questions. As a germaphobic mom, I've honestly been hesitant about having anyone in the house during the pandemic. But Cameron fixed everything beautifully and safely, and left each area in immaculate condition. The work we needed was extensive, yet Cameron remained incredibly pleasant & professional throughout the long hours. We know there are lots of plumbers we could call, but Cameron makes us only want to call Pristine Plumbing. I rarely leave Yelp reviews, but I had to leave this one. Thank you Cameron!
