Best Water Softener Repair in Riverside CA

Logan was very nice, clean, and prompt. They helped me out by coming when I could be home. I'd give 5 stars, but I thought they were a bit expensive.  $83 to just replace a flap in the toilet tank? I didn't have that done.  Ridiculous! Logan did snake my clogged sink, and replace all the parts in a different toilet. $251. Fast and reliable.  They give you the cost up front...I would have them out again.

Pipeline plumbing and drain has EXCELLENT customer service. A bit pricey in my opinion for just running a snake ($225) compared to other companies that eventually got back to me but Pipeline was the first to answer the phone and come out in a reasonable amount of time. Two other companies later called me back and quoted around $85 for running the snake about 20'. The plumber was friendly and naturally tried to sell me their high pressure cleaning service which I have no doubt is excellent. He raked the wheel tracks in the rocks out so cool points for that. Overall I was pleased with the service but I have to give 4 stars for the price.

They were great and did a great job with everything. I was dealing with an insurance claim  and they took pictures and such so I could get it all submitted to my insurance.

Company was totally professional in setting the price and appointment time.
Tech showed up on time and was pleasant and polite.

The job was done to my complete satisfaction and I would recommend.

You know that moment when you realize that you are over your head and make the decision to call a plumber. You read the reviews on Yelp and pretty much roll the dice hoping your not going to get ripped off.

I could not be any more happy with the service and quality of work Gavyn did on one of our spare bathrooms. This guy went beyond the call of duty making sure everything was perfect. Our tub's cartridge was STUCK and we had no hot water. Gavyn did everything in his pay book to get it out. It took awhile but he did such a good job I had him upgrade all the tubs fixtures. I've found the only Plumber I'll ever use.

Honestly, don't even bother with the other guys. This is one company you can trust to do great work at a fair price.

I have been working with Plumbing Concepts for over 15 years. They did amazing work for me at the home builder I worked for so I hired them for the restaurant I work for and have not been disappointed once. If things don't get repaired the first time which happens rarely, they send someone out a second time, no second trip fee. I just had them at my home for one thing and they solved things I didn't even know I had going on with my plumbing (even though there were puddles on the floor I was ignoring) Their tech saved my home from an impending flood. They always give impecable service from the call center to the well trained techs.

I came home to find water in my garage. Being that this was in a Friday night I did not expect to find any help until Monday. Thank goodness for 24/7 plumbing. I spoke to Danny and he came out to my home on Sunday. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair the leaks in my home. He is very professional and keeps you updated on the progress of work. Thank you Danny!  I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

I called pristine plumbing earlier today as we needed to get our water, faucet and garbage disconnected before countertop removal. Super friendly and helpful and they came out straight away. The reason for the low stars is the cost, they estimate was $650 to disconnect and reconnect, and there was a list of other things he was pushing us to do for im guessing more $$. I said no and called a friend who said it should be no more than $400 max, they were trying to stiff me which I don't appreciate. I got a second opinion and no upsell from the other plumbing company on the same day, the cost was $400. Do your research
