Mr. Ojeda came over this morning to repair a door jam. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was in and out within 10-minutes.  In addition, Mr. Ojeda is extremely personable, professional, well-spoken and well-groomed. I will now use Mr. Ojeda for all future repairs. He is completely worthy of a 5-star review!

Dan price matched the lowest estimate we got for an expensive repair. Alec was able to come first thing the next morning, and then tried the least expensive fix for our shower, rather than jumping into the really expensive repair we had thought necessary. Also did an excellent repair (again, most affordable estimate) on our outdoor spigot. We really appreciated the friendly, efficient, and affordable service we received from Dan and Alec!

Amazing service! Our garbage disposal stopped working and we had a clogged kitchen sink for 3 days. We called warranty and they were not reliable so I found Rocky Rooter and they came to the rescue! Quickest turnaround and came the next morning while also giving a reasonable price. Karen was super helpful and Jeff was very personable, clean and efficient when switching out the garbage disposal. Best plumbing company ever and it's really hard to find a good one. Will definitely be using them for now on

Isaiah did a great job!  He was professional, friendly, and his price was fair.  He re-did some of the pipes and installed a new garbage disposal under our kitchen sink.  He tested everything afterwards, cleaned up, and everything looks and works well.  Would highly recommend him and we will be using him again.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

We have had years of problems with our upstairs air conditioner.  We have had many different repair men come and give us many different opinions on what the problem was. From minor solutions ( that never worked) to major ie. ripping out walls to repipe ( which we did not opt to do) Went on Yelp to find someone with a good reputation and found these guys...what a great company! They came out the next day and had it fixed within 1 1/2 hours! I waited a couple of months to make sure it was really fixed and we have not had 1 problem since! I am so happy to finally find someone who knows what they are doing and doesn't want to rip you off in the process! I really want to take the time to thank Robert for all of his hard work & dedication to his craft.. Robert was blessed with the ability to fix almost anything.. I've thrown ceiling fans at him to do, to hanging pictures, to doing electrical work, to putting together difficult pieces of furniture, he repaired my lighting in my home, hung some tv's with no wiring showing, and he even helped with fixing the wiring to my sprinkler system.. Robert  goes over , above & beyond to get the job done..  What I like about Robert is that he doesn't candy coat anything & if he can't do it, he'll let you know, I had one handy man that almost set my house on fire because he thought he knew what he was doing.. Luckily for me, Robert was available to make that wrong a right. Now, I sleep good at night knowing that my house has been worked on by someone with great competence.. Again, thank you Robert for all of your hard work......

We've used Pablo multiple times and been very satisfied with the ease of scheduling, workmanship, and price.

Pablo has installed new sinks and faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, installed a food disposal and dish washer, fixing a corroded pipe in the shower, and fixed the water pressure in our bathroom.

Late last night our kitchen sink decided it wanted to go on strike and water stopped draining. I called Flo Star Plumbing this afternoon and spoke with Juan. I was so thankful he was able to fit in an appointment the same day. He showed up early and was very professional! In a short amount of time he was able to break the clog free and get everything running smoothly! The cost was reasonable too! I would give 10 stars if I could! Thanks so much Juan!

We have used Scott's service for over 20 years. They came back out last week and a professional named Michael showed up. He was knowledgeable, quick, courteous, friendly and this is typical of all the service people who have visited us over the years.  They are not the cheapest nor the most expensive but they are honest and have integrity.  You get what you pay for.  We wouldn't use anyone else.

Phillip came to our house alone on a Saturday and installed a new water heater for us. He was so polite. On time. Very informative and courteous and he did in amazing job in a very timely manner. Very professional. They do not rip their customers off !!!! They are a very good company. We had multiple estimates that were complete rip off's. We did our research. Gordon's Family Plumbing will do you right !!  We will use them from here on out.

The worst company ever. Don't not call them out!!!
Called them on Sunday for a Monday inspection and they canceled twice !! Request a camera inspection for my main drain lines and they did not provide me with the recording or even photos to confirm exactly what was going on with my main drains !!
They also quoted $16k to address my drain lines !!! They are ridiculous !! When I called to complain they waited 4 days to call back !!! And the manager is unprofessional and doesn't know how to handle a situation with a frustrated customer who had been given the run around for days !!! Advised the manager I wanted my refund and I would provide a review and then said I will hold your $$ hostage then STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!

Had an emergency leak on a Monday and Andrew sent Jon out that evening! Jon evaluated, found it, and fixed the leak within a wall in no time. He was very educational throughout the process. He recommended other improvements that he saw and cleaned up everything as if he were never there. Very professional and courteous.
