Best Solar Water Heater Repair in Riverside CA

I found Tri City Plumbing on Yelp after my home warranty company gave me the run around and left us without hot water for over a week! Tri City instantly gave me an exact quote which was several hundred dollars less than any quote I'd received.  Ramon answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable choosing them.  He was out of town but dispatched a tech to install my new water heater.  He was quick and efficient and left the area spotless.  I kept waiting for the 'here's the extra charges' conversation but it never happened.  This is a trustworthy and honest company you can  trust!

Be prepared to pay top dollar if you use this company to replace your water heater. They quoted me $2500 to replace my broken water heater with a 50 gallon heater. I was shocked by the price, so I asked which brand of heater they use: Bradford White which costs $1600. Then after adding labor and a few minor parts, the total would be $2500.

I said no thanks.

I found another plumber who went to Home Depot to get a $600 Rheem water heater, and charged me just $400 for labor. It took him about 2 hours to install. Grand total $1000.

This company does not deserve any stars. I called this company to unclog my kitchen sink, they were NOT able to put the plumbing under the sink together, they told me the line was clear, so I paid $150, after I called a second plumber he put the plumbing back together again once he ran the water the line was still clogged. Got in touch by text with John Gordon, finally agreed to refund my $150, it's been ALMOST a month and still have NOT received my refund, and he is not longer answering my text it phone calls.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!

My New Years started with a leaking water heater. After visiting Lowes & HomeDepo I gathered enough info to conclude this would not be a do-it-yourself project.  I called upon referral and contacted a few well know companies.  Discourage by the bait and switch or price gouging tactics, I finally decided to check Yelp for reviews.  This felt foreign to me since I've only used Yelp for food reviews.  This was my first home improvement review.

I went with Swift because he was several $100's less then others.  He showed up on time and went right into work mode.  There was no up sale or complaints.  In fact he took extra care working around the tight space and a fire sprinkler head right above.

I recommend you call around but alway consider Swift in the quote.

I called them last minute today and because the kitchen sink was stopped up and the garbage disposal didn't work. They came out about 2 hours later. Not only were the prices unbeatable but the service Andrew provided was awesome... so fluent and quick in what he does and very well mannered. I highly recommend them for my first choice
