Best Solar Water Heater Repair in Riverside CA

Had an issue with my water softener that had not worked since my brother installed it for me. This company came out and corrected the problem and got me up and running in no time. Forgot how good it feels to wash my hair without all the crap in the water.

We have used Ryan and Scott at Scott Mcleod plumbing on three occasions during the past six years,  They are very knowledgeable and in the past were able to quickly resolve a problem that stumped the smell good plumber.  They are personable, reasonably priced, and very responsive.  We're very happy that our family recommended them to us.

So we had a leak under our corner shower unit and had to completely gut out the bathroom.
I needed to hire someone to jackhammer out the old piping in our concrete slab and make repairs if needed. I called several plumbers and got mixed quotes and even had some refuse to do the work.
Once I narrowed it down to whom I would hire I asked Gordon's to come out for another look to make sure we were still on the same page, which we were.
John Gordon was very helpful, polite and professional during the entire process, he even went as far as answering my questions during his daughter's gymnastics which I immediately felt bad for but he insisted on making sure I was good.

Now it's the day of the job, Phillip and Scotty came out and I can't say enough nice things about them. Very polite, professional and commutative. Showed up on time and greeted me with a smile and a handshake.
I highly recommend John Gordon and his two guys that came out and did the work, their attitude, professionalism, and job knowledge sets them a step above the rest.

I like that when you call, someone always answers.  I have experiences of vendors just ignoring your calls after they collected the money.  From start to finish it was very organized.  Jay wanted me to send him pictures through text then he called me to quote me (which did not change after the service). There were no hidden fees and no surprises.  They were very clear with what they are doing, what they are replacing and how much it will cost. I really appreciated how transparent they were.  They were timely, professional and cordial. I would highly recommend including Swift when searching to fix/replace water heaters.

Seen the reviews so gave them a call saturday night... started great. They were able to come out same night to diagnose issue. Paid the fee, said theyd be back Sunday between 9am-12pm to fix it. Finally called at 12:15 and no answer. Called at 1:15 and gave nothing but excuses.. Ill call you back in 45minutes to tell you what time I can go. Got a text by 8pm that they couldnt come. Well, no kidding.  Very unprofessional. If they were too busy then just shouldve been upfront and wouldnt have wasted a day waiting for them. Waste of diagnose fee too.

Honestly I'm grateful that they were available to come help the same day as my plumbing issue, and Jim had a lot of knowledge. But they are extremely expensive.  Im sure one can shop around a bit more than I did to get a more reasonable price. I'm sorry don't think I would recommend them just for that reason.
As of 5:50pm.  I need to update my review.  I had originally given them 2 stars. The office Manager Denise called me regarding my previous review. She apologized for my dissatisfaction, and even offered to match the price I had previously paid for the same job with another company. She said she will mail me a check for the difference. She said their goal as a company is to have satisfied customers.  I'm soo impressed!  There are still good people out there. Thank you Denise and Jim for your outstanding customer service.
