We had a back up, and Thomas came right away. We had a difficult problem- he worked for hours to clear the drain till it got late at night. He returned the next day and finally was able to clear the drain- he also installled a clean out for us so it would be easier in the future. He was very professional and clean. He also followed up with us by phone. I have to have the city do some work on the city side and he helped us with that. Just a super nice and caring person. We already called him back to replace a turn off valve and faucet in the garage. In the past, we had a difficult time to find a good plumber, we are so relieved  to find Thomas! We could tell from things he said that he was very honest!  Just a really good experience.

I was having issues sweating some fittings on a pipe, I messaged for a quote and Allen almost immediately messaged me back apologizing he was booked up for a few days. He provided some advice expert advice on what to do and voila! First try and everything is leak free. These are grade A 100% fantastic people. Highly recommend!
