Best HVAC System Repair in Riverside CA

I was referred to Plumbers, Inc by American Home Shield. I believe they made a good choice in sending Miguel from Plumbers, Inc to help me out. Water leaking under my kitchen sink was bad. Miguel happily repaired/replaced the faucet and hose under sink. He then recommended I have the cabinets checked out for water damage. I did that and found out that I did indeed have bad water damage under flooring and cabinets..Whew!  thank goodness for Miguel and his suggestions....

I will spare the gory details.  After calling Ryan arrived in 10 minutes diagnosed and resolved the issue in 10 minutes!  After police and firefighters plumbers are my heroes.

Rush Heating and Air did a great job replacing the valve in my shower. Gabriel was polite and professional, and I was impressed with the quality of his work, especially the welding (see photo).

The previous valve was difficult to turn on and off and the temperature fluctuated. The new Moen valve is a pleasure to use.

Gabriel even took the time to install a new eustachian for my shower head. The job was completed and inspected in record time.

My handy dandy skills are in the primitive stage but I've been improving. I thought I could change the air filter, Ive done it before. I was having a hard time putting the doors back on the a/c unit. Started to wig out they werent sliding back on easily. I tried to straighten a part that looked bent, but the panel still didnt go on right. I went to my MB Plumbing magnet on my fridge, called them , Mark was here in half an hour. He said I had accidentally put the top panel on the bottom, thats why it wasnt fitting. He said if I left it that way the fumes could've killed the whole family ! I'm glad Im humble enough to admit defeat, and so glad to have Mark and his highly skilled crew in my neighborhood ! Thank You Mark Ballard and MB Plumbing. THE BEST !!!!

We had a leaky faucet in our master bedroom and I called other plumbers who said they could come out next week. When I contacted 24 Hour Express the young lady who answered was so pleasant and said they could have someone out between 12:00 and 2:00 today. Mark showed up on time and had everything he needed to fix the shower, he was very nice and I felt comfortable having him work on it while I was at work in my office. I highly recommend their services.

I am shocked by the previous reviews and am happy to write a raving review. We have our water heaters checked by AAVCO each year at the same time and they come if we donate 5 cans of food to their company for families in need.

They flushed out our water heater and we asked the technician to fix our garbage disposal/ sink. He fixed both problems, cleaned up after himself and was HIGHLY professional. I have 2 kids and felt comfortable with him in our home.

When our water heaters do go out, I won't hesitate to call them for service.

I am disgusted. Tyler came here to install a simple non programmable one pole thermostat. Simple. He was here an hour, tried to tell us it would be 500.00 to fix because we had a short. My husband comes and tells me what Tyler said and I told him to get another person out here. Then, Tyler found it wasn't a short at all!!! Imagine that. He ended up charging us 200.00 for an simple install that should have taken all of 10 min. at the most and did a sloppy job. We bought a new thermostat exactly the same size as the previous one so if he had bothered to drill two small holes he could have installed it in the exact same place and it would have covered perfectly. Instead, he used the holes there that didn't match up and did the laziest job possible. Very disappointed in workmanship not to mention the ridiculous price of 200.00 to hook up 5 wires. Wow.

I've had Derek and his Dad fix my A/C, Fix the floor and put a new piece on to remount the toilet and they then snaked the drains. I am very happy with their work and cost. They will be who I call the next time I need Plumbing and heating done.

Had a new 5 ton side discharge HVAC system with heat pump installed by Fire N Ice along with an I-wave whole house filtration and whole house fan to blow out the hot air in the house before we turn the A/C on - couldn't be more happy with the system.  David was very helpful in the selection of the equipment that was required and explained the benefits of all the extra options to get the most out of the HVAC system- The installation crew lead by Davon were all professional and helpful and made sure I was happy with airflow in each room - not to mention they made sure to clean up and leave everything in the same condition as it was before they started the project - I would strongly encourage anyone to use Fire N Ice on their next HVAC project - you won't be disappointed-

David and Leo came out even though it was last minute. They spent the majority of their day here fixing a big mess. They were honest, polite and kept me informed on what was going on.  They did a great job. Supervisor also came out and was just as polite and honest.

Great company to do business with. Our technician,  Richard, was on time and was honest about the work that had to be done to repair our AC unit and saved us money.
