Crazy my water heater went out in my apartment manager didn't want to replace it so I called these guys they came out so fast. They said that Bobby was on his way. I'm so glad they came to fix it as soon as they could. The guy that they sent was very nice very helpful.  They prices are good. If you ever need a water heater call these guys. You will be very satisfied.

Was told by home inspector that I needed a new pressure regulator. Mike and Shane came in and tested the pressure and everything was within code.  Honest people and great to talk to, saved me at least $300. Highly recommend using them, will call them fist if I have any new plumbing issues.

Excellent professional installation by Brad; very knowledgeable on general construction. New 50 gallon gas W/H installed 1 day after it was ordered, and it took less than 3 hours to complete. Fittings, pipes, and straps are all up to the new building codes. Excellent cleanup when completed.

consistently excellent service. They've been servicing my AC and heat for years, very happy with them -- now put in new AC and had emergency sewer and water pipes work --  fast, polite, fair. Not cheap, but the price is fair and the office as well as all the workers are helpful and actually try to find various ways. to save money, giving clear options.

They fixed a leak from a pipe in a planter in my yard. They were professional, able to fix the problem quickly and at a good price.

Rick did an excellent job on our bathroom!  First of all, he responds to calls promptly and answers all your questions.  He is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, reliable and thorough. He takes the time to answer all our questions. His pricing is very fair.  I would definitely recommend him.  5 stars! Would give him more stars if I could.

I had new flooring installed in my home. All was going great. But when I noticed a HUGE discrepancy on the square footage. I question Jimmy. He became nervous and upset and said I'm not good at math but he installs floor for a living. The contract was for 955 sq ft. He ONLY installed 655 sq ft!! He wanted me to pay him for work that he did NOT do!! He said You're the first and last person I will be making this adjustment for. It's extremly upsetting how he thought he was going to get away with this. He adjusted ONLY material fees but he still took home 215 sq ft of labor work that was NEVER done! I have text Jimmy for a formal J&S receipt of work completed. I have yet to receive it! So upsetting!
I felt as though I was taken advange of because I'm a woman. I will NEVER recommend this company.

Had a major back up due to a child putting way too much toilet paper down our pipes it was a Sunday morning did not think I was gonna be able to get anyone to come out. They came  in a timely manner and fixed the problem and at an affordable price

Quick response, quick work and we have a functioning bathroom. The gentleman who came explained our issue and gave us recommendations for future work. He did this not in a pushy way and seemed very trustworthy/honest. I was thankful for that...

Hey guys I got some bad information from some plumber that thought he was good at line camera inspection and location services. Cost me months of frustration. These guys came out with equipment that looked so professional compared to other guys. Gave me new locations of my sewer line 7 feet under driveway. Had to tear out a lot of concrete but X marked the spot and they were spot on. Wow so worth the small extra cost compared to overall project.

Mark is a great plumber and very friendly. He fixed my clogged kitchen sink in no time. He charged me for a reasonable price almost  $100 cheaper than home advisor.

I recently worked with Brandon (aka Wood Streets Handyman) to replace a kitchen door and a couple of lamps. Nice guy. Easy going. Easy to talk to. Unlike many people I received estimates from, I really thought he knew what he was doing and he wasn't out to rip anyone off. Such rare qualities these days.

In fact, when the project ran into some problems instead of asking for more money he stuck to his price and stayed as long as it took on a holiday weekend to make it right. He cut no corners, he cleaned up after himself, and left everything looking amazing. 1000% better than we expected. A night and day difference.

I couldn't recommend him more highly. Beyond five stars.

Great service. Had a bad shower valve and they came out and had it fixed in 30-40 mins. Super professional and Carl was so nice. Tony gave us a quote over the phone with us sending him a picture. Made it easier knowing ahead of time the cost. Will definitely call again if we need help and I would totally recommend them!!!

This was my third time calling Jesse for help, this time for a new/different house. The AC hadn't been working well in my son's room for 2 months. I had a different company come out through home warranty and tell me I needed all new ducts and that there wasn't anything wrong with the bedroom specifically. Warranty doesn't cover duct work. It didn't sit well with me because last summer we didn't have this problem with that bedroom, so I called Jesse and explained the situation and he was available to come by that afternoon to take a look, at no charge for the visit. He found a disconnected duct in the attic, in about 3 minutes. He was able to complete the repair right away, at a reasonable cost (especially compared to new ducts) and we now have cold air blowing into the room once again. I cannot believe the other company botched the job so poorly. Wish I had called Jesse to begin with and skipped the warranty claim. Highly recommend his service!
