Mike was able to get me a next day appointment when my garbage disposal broke. The technician, Josh, arrived within the appointed time frame was was able to quickly replace the disposal. He was very friendly and I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I had Gibson Plumbing & Mechanical come out to fix my AC. They told me originally a nozzle needed replaced and system charged. After completing work they said the compressor was not working. They told me that my system was phased out and I needed to upgrade to a new system to include a coil change. They charged me $250 for them coming out. They then quoted me $4250.00 to fix the AC correctly. I contacted a different company, who got on phone immediately order a new compressed in the system that was suppose to be phased out. The new company is charging be $2600 to get my AC back on. Way to take advantage of people when its a 100 degrees this week. They should be ashamed of themselves. BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!

I am not mechanically inclined and had a kitchen faucet issue. I called and they offered advise on how I can do myself. I tried but no luck so I called back and he was here in 10 minutes. Not only was he professional and wearing a mask he was nice. . He assessed problem and realize he needed a tool from his van. He had it fixed pretty quickly and was fair in price. I will use them again if I have any future plumbing issues. Highly recommend

Answered an emergency call at 9PM had people out the next day morning on a weekend excavating and fixed our major plumbing issue with in a couple hours. Completely professional and was over all a fantastic experience.

Don't bother wasting your time. I have never given any business a bad review. I guess there is always a first. River City Plumbing (and whatever the name of the landscaping company is that is on the answering machine) along with Douglas earned this review. Douglas didn' my phone messages  return numerous times and his plumbing employee Johnny never did. (But Nico the job estimator was a lovely person!) After getting an estimate from Nico I bought the sink they told me too. They send out Johnny (who SHOULD have known to check the sink before removing the old sink but didn't) and he takes out the old sink, determines the new sink is incorrect and then puts back the old sink and leaves. I am called and told to buy a different sink - which I did and 2 others that are close in size to the original sink to be sure they have a selection - I call to set up the repair and again no immediate return calls. Finally Douglas calls to say they are not doing the repairs because they weren't making enough $$ - really $350.00 to change a small bathroom sink. Ok - I get it - you got bigger jobs ($$$) to do. That said, your customer service stinks. I wish good luck to the other people who try to use your services.

I called because I had done some troubleshooting on my water heater and determined it was the heating elements, but could not remove the bottom one. It was too tight, element socket kept slipping off and my tenants needed hot water. The tech was good on the phone before and prompt to the call. However, he showed up cut the metal on the water heater, cut out the insulation leaving it on the ground, used a pipe wrench, put in the element I bought and left. No phone call- hey I'm about to damage your property and charge you for something you could have done- and then just left the mess. Very unprofessional, I could have done that myself for free. The whole point of calling a professional was to avoid damaging the water heater. Nothing...then a bill two weeks later for $173. Don't believe the website, all that crap about quality and service. Do it yourself or try someone else. D.

I was in a real pinch for the holiday's while visiting my inlaws and John was very receptive and helpful by coming over right away. We had them perform a variety of services over the past few months and we've been very happy with the price and the overall end result.  Thanks John!

I have a shower backing up from an issue in the waste line. Called and spoke to Jessie several times before Bryan was finally dispatched to come assist as he was more available. Found out that it would actually take both of them since it had to be snaked from my roof vent. They came back later that afternoon to perform the work, explained every issue they found and what i would be paying for their service.
They found some items and recommended what i do in order to correct it but were only able to snake and camera about 55 feet into my waste main. They were very professional, polite and helpful.
The only reason i gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because it was $600 for an hour and a half and seemed very pricey for standard roof vent drain snake service. Either way it was not an unpleasant experience and i'll use them again in the future.

There was no communication on status after not showing up at the scheduled time for an estimate appointment. I came on Yelp to write a poor review about the no show which resulted in a phone call stating that they would come out right away that same evening. We ended up not using this company since the quote was a bit more than another company that came out.

Estimator walked in and said wow you have a million dollar view, I think he added that to our estimate. He quoted me 1440.00 to do the job. I decided to do it myself and cost was 200.00 and finished it in 6 hours over two day period.
