Great plumbing service!! Wasn't overpriced and came to our house pretty quickly. 150.00 service charge and it went towards the work we had him do. Didn't cost us any more then that and he did a great job.

Trevor is great. He shows up exactly on the dot and able to detect the problem and fixed it for us on the same day. Our dishwasher wasn't working and I had called several plumbers and appliances repair and non of them could come out right away. Trevor came and fixed it for us. John of Bertani can out to our home on a Saturday afternoon to provide us with expert advice on what should be done to correct an isssue with a shower stall that was leaking.  He was very clear as to how the problem would be correct and shared many tips as to how it could be done in an economical way and still maintaining a high level of quality. I had Gibson Plumbing & Mechanical come out to fix my AC. They told me originally a nozzle needed replaced and system charged. After completing work they said the compressor was not working. They told me that my system was phased out and I needed to upgrade to a new system to include a coil change. They charged me $250 for them coming out. They then quoted me $4250.00 to fix the AC correctly. I contacted a different company, who got on phone immediately order a new compressed in the system that was suppose to be phased out. The new company is charging be $2600 to get my AC back on. Way to take advantage of people when its a 100 degrees this week. They should be ashamed of themselves. BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!

Sam was AMAZING!! 2 other plumbers told me my sewer line was a lost cause, and even collapsed. Sam got in there and spent time and considerable skill and got me working again. He gave me all sorts of great advice on how to maintain things. He is my guy!! I would recommend him to anyone.

I can't say enough about this company, they are reliable, courteous and very knowledgeable and  very economical. Dave and Barb are a husband and wife team who are very thorough and the nicest people ever. I Have a given their card out to all of my friends, this is absolutely the best bang for the buck

Price gouges. Doesn't tell you cost up front then charges you close to $1000 for 30 minutes of work and calls it cost per job.

River city plumbing did not show up to my scheduled appointment. I called several times (all went to voicemails) and emailed to reschedule and they did not respond.

Highly recommend, Tommy was great throughout the whole process. Was quoted a better price with Jet Plumbing than with other local and big business plumbers. They work with you and are patient, they give you all the info you need about the job. They don't give you the run around and get back to you quickly with a quote and date of when the job is set to begin. Just go to Jet plumbing and don't worry about your plumbing problem as they will fix it.

Disappointment is an understament!

Where do I start? I had this company come out a couple of years ago and they did some service for me and I was happy with the work so I thought since my mom was looking to change out her toilets, I would refer them to her. What a mistake I made.

The appointment was initially scheduled for Tuesday from 8-9. At 11 a.m, nobody had shown up. Called and left a message and installer called to say he had no idea that he was supposed to be there at that time and that he could be there by 2. He then called back at about 1 and said that he couldn't do the work at all because he didn't have the tanks needed for the job and that he would have to reschedule. One entire day wasted.

The installer decided he could come out and install on Saturday. Made an appointment and he actually showed up this time during the time he had stated with the toilets in hand. After three hours, I thought that this ordeal was finally over.

Thursday, my mom calls me telling me there's water all over the floor in one of her bathrooms. I run over there, turn off the water, she gets off the phone with the installer who says it's totally normal for something to be loose and leak like that and he couldn't come out that day but that he would be by after 4 on Friday. Well, he couldn't make that appointment either so he called to say he would come out Saturday morning.

While I was there, I checked all of the toilets and noticed that the seats that were installed were the thinnest, cheapest seats I have ever seen. When I originally called to place the service order, I asked to have installed at her house the EXACT same toilets they had installed at my house just a year ago. Once I noticed that, I surely thought that there was a mistake and they would come out and replace the seats. Well, that's not what happened. After several messages, phone calls and many many days filled with frustrations, owner calls back and says I had requested the cheapest possible seats to be installed and if she wanted the same seats it would cost $45 per seat! Which would add up to an additional $135.

At the time I was requesting quotes for this work, Savage and Sons was higher by about $50 so I thought I would save her the money and go through Root-o-matic, boy what a mistake this was.

I was hoping the company would have tried to do whatever they could to fix the problems she has had but they have done absolutely nothing! All together, an entire Tuesday was lost, half of a Saturday, and an hour for a follow up to fix the problem on something that should have taken no more than 4 hours. And now she has to go buy seats since they took away her old seats which would have been way better than these plastic things she had installed.

We had a clogged kitchen sink drain.  After another plumber tried and said he couldn't unblock it we called Roto-Rooter, frantic, on a Friday late afternoon.  Within an hour I had a call back from Jesse and within two hours he was at our house.  He explained what he suggested we do,  went over what he would be billing for and the amounts and then started work.  He was done within an hour and a half, drain snaked, packed up and on his way.
I did especially like the suggestions he made with regards to what to put down the garbage disposal and we will be using the bottle of treatment he suggested.
Thank you for being available at such short notice and for coming all the way up to Donner Summit on a Friday night.  We very much appreciate it.

Called to have kitchen drain snaked at 9am and tech, Leonard , was at my home by 10!  Listened to my complaint, gave me the options and costs.  We chose the best option for my situation.  The work was professional, thorough and completed on time.
