I am very happy with the service. This guy was responsive, prompt and affordable. I would use this company again.

We just bought a new house and we needed a lot of plumbing work done. We called Johnson Plumbing to fix some toilets, leaks in a sink and install new faucets. They gave us a quick appointment and began the work. The plumbers were very professional and showed up right on time.

I was warned by Home Depot that they have had a problem with the installation of the kitchen sink faucets that we purchased because plumbers were not installing them properly and they often leaked. We have not had one leaking problem with our faucets and the plumber stayed to make sure they were working fine with no leaks. Our house fixtures now look and work great!

Jessica in the office and Johnny the plumber are awesome.

This type of quality service is hard to find these days. Thank you Johnson Plumbing for upholding the old school type of service that all companies should call standard.

I had a water heater installed  by them and it went out when called them  they came out and said the water heater was shot and need new one. and I said, but you guys installed it and it looks like it was leaking from one of the waterline straight inside. Sorry but your warranty expired in May of last year. Can't do nothing for you pretty much is what I got.WTF

Unfortunately it has come to me leaving a bad review for this company. My mother needed a technician to repair a gas leak that was found by my brother and the propane company, so she called here. When the technician arrived he immediately went into sales tech mode instead of working on the issue he was called out for. He told her that the CO level is 5ppm and lied to her saying that surface rust on her heat exchanger is a hole and was going to red tag her furnace.
Conveniently he had a price of $8,500 ready to go to replace her furnace. Fortunately I am a professional in the industry (half the country away) and she called me and put the technician on the phone. I asked him how he verified a crack/hole in the HEX and asked him to verify with industry standard equipment. He didn't want to, so I told him to repair the gas leak like he was originally called out for. He turned the deadly furnace on while he went to lunch and got the parts to make the repair, replaced a coupling and a gas whip.then charged $693 for the repair. He wasn't able to take advantage of my mother by selling her a furnace that she doesn't need, so he over charged her for a $250 repair. The management basically told me that he is unwilling to work with a professional in the industry amicably to reduce the price and said they the price is what it is. I will not recommend this company and have every intention of letting everyone I know in the Reno, Sparks, Carson City area know that they are hacks and make us real professionals in the industry look like the crooks that they are.

I just had an amazing experience with David Bradley Plumbing. We recently discovered multiple leaks under our kitchen sink and the water was leaking through the ceiling into the bedroom below the sink. Anytime we ran the water in the sink it would stream into the bedroom. David and his crew came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem quickly. Turns out the hose connection to our pullout faucet was loose causing the water to flow back through the faucet and under the sink. David and his crew were very professional and the pricing was extremely reasonable! I highly recommend them!

My Air Conditioning went out in the middle of August.  I called Marraccini and the receptionist was friendly.  The service tech was fast and very friendly.  The tech explained to me that to tell me what is wrong was going to cost $60.  I agreed and I think that is fair.

The problem was a capacitor (start capacitor I think).  I Googled this capacitor and it cost less than $15 dollars.  My bill was almost $300!  It only took the tech 5 minutes to replace this part so I paid WAY too much for parts and labor.  

I would have been ok paying another $60 flat rate labor and even up to $30 for a $15 part but $300 was pure greed.

Made 2 appointments that he missed. Then rude and insulting on the phone. Implied that I lied to him. Repeated problems with installation of a simple device. Did not take responsibility for his work.

Literally stole from us. I wrote a check for $100 and later that weekend was informed of issues with my bank account. I contacted this company to let them know and see if they wanted to take cash instead. They agreed to that and said they had deposited the check already. Well the check ended up clearing and I contacted them multiple times via phone and text  about the double payment and never heard back. Hope you got richer with that extra $100!
