Best Air Duct Cleaning in Reno NV

Made a request through the app for a heating repair and Mike responded within 15 minutes. He showed up first thing the next morning and got my furnace back up and running! Would recommend Mike to anyone for HVAC repairs and maintenance.

My AC went out in my house. I called Desert Air after receiving them as a referral from a friend in the area. They were busy, so I had to wait a few days before they would be at my house (totally understandable). Both Adam and David came out, went directly into my attic, told me what was wrong. I had another company come out the day before and wanted to get a second opinion. The other company went outside first, changed something, came back in and the AC still didn't fire up. So I already had an idea what was wrong, but wanted to hear it from Desert Air as well. Adam and David called their parts company and ordered my part right away. After the guys left, the office called me to book the installation of the new part for the next day. Of course she said if the part doesn't come in (it was coming from Rocklin, CA), then they would reschedule. They called the following morning to let me know the part was in and Adam and David would be there during my scheduled time to install it. The guys were here, working well together and fixed the issue. My AC works again! Yay!! I would say this company  is honest and pretty reasonable with their pricing. Also, they clean up their mess after too! What more could you ask for? Thank you Adam and David for a great job and cooling my house down! I will refer you to friends! Job well done!

On 1/5/23 I received a very high water bill which led me to believe I had a water leak in the house.  I called All hours air to do a leak detection. The person they sent went under my house and took about 6 pictures,  one of the pinhole leak he found and the rest of some discolored piping which he claimed were eroding pipes.  He reviewed the pictures with me and then told me that I would need to replace all the copper piping beneath my house or I would continue to get these pinhole leaks.  He estimated this would cost $16,600.  he also called a flood restoration company to help with the cleanup.  He was at my house for approximately 2 hours    I spoke to my nephew that evening who is a plumber in Montana and he advised me very strongly to get a second opinion because he felt that price was extreme and the measurements themselves were also extreme.  So between us we decided in the morning that we would have them fix the pinhole and get a second opinion.  I set that up with Savage and Sons for the following week.    All Hours Air returned the following afternoon and spent 1 hour under the house repairing the pinhole and charged me $1800 for that.  This is WELL over the hourly rate they claim to charge and at least 3 times higher than any other company charges for a pinhole repair.  This is what their estimate said that he gave me after the fact.  To be clear, I'M the one that turned off the water and cleared the lines because they had not done that the day before.  They left the leak active all night.  
'Repair to actively leaking hot water line : Turn off hot water at water heater and purge hot water water lines.
Cut out actively leaking water line and use copper pro press fittings to transition. No soldering due to integrity of copper lines. If pressing pieces leak we will cut back up to 5' for replacement. Turn pressurization onto hot water lines and inspect for leaks. Verify in good standing

David Bradley has done two plumbing repairs for us. Both of the repairs were done to satisfaction. The dis-satisfying part is the communication about how they bill. Their confirmation email states, Our plumbing rate is $95/hr. with a two hour minimum plus parts that are used, which I interpreted to mean you would get two hours of service when you pay the two hour minimum. My conversation with David at the time of his first service call led me to believe the same.
Knowing our second plumbing repair would likely be a quick one, I had a small electrical project for him to do, but he said he didn't have time for that. I showed him the email and asked for clarification. He was very righteous about it, but in the end agreed to only bill us for one hour (for half an hour of work performed). While I appreciate the gesture, I would have preferred to pay his full fee and have the work done.
I'm fine with there being a flat service fee, but I felt it was misleading to call it a two hour minimum when he was unwilling to provide two hours of service. It's too bad, because other than the miscommunication about the billing, he seems like a friendly, professional, competent person.

Marraccini installed a new a/c unit in my house prior to purchase.   When I moved in it didn't cool the house at all.  I called and was told there was a three week wait before they could send a tech.  After three hot weeks their tech arrived and told me it was just a dirty filter and replaced it,  charging me $140 and left.  The air conditioning still didn't work and I called them back.  A different tech came three days later and replaced a capacitor for the fan, telling me it *should* fix the problem.   It did not.  After calling a third time I was told it would be another 3 week wait.  6 weeks in the middle of summer, waiting for (and being charged for) warranty work on an a/c unit they installed.  I called Ultimate Air in Fernley who sent a tech out an hour later and found the issue almost immediately (low refrigerant).  Cool air ever since.

These folks are excellent. We arrived at our condo Sunday afternoon and discovered we had no heat. I left a message and they came out Monday and diagnosed the problem. The part (a fan motor) was not on-hand, but the technician said he'd be back the next day with it and he was. While he was at it, he replaced a section of exhaust pipe that was leaking and generally gave our furnace a good inspection. We're quite pleased with the results, and the price was in line with expectations.

Literally stole from us. I wrote a check for $100 and later that weekend was informed of issues with my bank account. I contacted this company to let them know and see if they wanted to take cash instead. They agreed to that and said they had deposited the check already. Well the check ended up clearing and I contacted them multiple times via phone and text  about the double payment and never heard back. Hope you got richer with that extra $100!
