Best Water Damage Restoration in Reno NV

Water damage due to a bear break in ! It was one year ago now.  It has been a long road since that call to 911 restoration And all their hard work.  Some time has past and I am still very appreciative

Called these guys, spoke with the owner. Told me he was finishing a job in my park, and would be by first thing in the AM to fix my electrical problem. Never showed although I did see him in my park that day-and never returned my call and message to reschedule. I guess you need a big job and big wallet to get this guys attention. Not a reliable contractor as far as I'm concerned. He should have at least called and cancelled, rescheduled, or at least apologized for hanging me up. A big thumbs DOWN!!
