I paid Young's Handyman $180 to fix my leaky faucet on 5/17/2020. What he did was replace the faucet and manage to cut our sink and damage it. He also managed to cut our granite and ruin our countertops. He even avoided me for weeks until I ran into him at the local hardware store. He then agreed to come by Wednesday 6/10/2020 and he was a no show. He failed to call or text. He can now expect to see me in small claims court along with this honest review with screenshots of our conversations. He caused damage and chose to leave it !! People deserve to know the truth. He is not professional and he treats his customers like they don't matter at all.

Got an appointment less than 48 hours out (not an emergency), and David called the morning of to suggest what he thought the problem was and if I could do it myself, we could cancel and save the money. Thanks, but I didn't want to do it myself! I appreciate the gesture and free advice. Also advised of a change in morning work before me that might cause a little delay.
Installed new faucet in 25 minutes, almost half the time he estimated! Friendly, quick, clean service, advised on what to look out for in the future, warranty, and was on his way. Overall, great experience with zero fuss and a fair price for services.

Don was great to work with.  I called him to   replace a faucet which he did but he also noticed a small leak on my sink trap and replaced it at no extra charge.  I would highly recommend him for any plumbing project.

My water heater went out and I needed someone to come quickly and take a look. Jorge (#95) came out even though it was raining and late at night and took care of it quickly. He was friendly and personable and even waited an extra 30 minutes just to make sure the water was hot before he left. I appreciate the great service! Highly recommend them.

Satisfied with the work, but not with the communication, front desk attitude, and lack of transparency. Workers were there 1 hour according to tenant but was billed for 2.5 hrs.@ 92$/hour. Also specifically requested call when technician was there to discuss repairs and costs but never received a call.  Attempted to call the tech twice during the time frame they were supposed to be there and never got a call back..when i called the front desk the lady gave me serious attitude...asked front desk to have owner call me not response, emailed and go not response..will not use them ever again..caveat emptor
