These people are great!  Mike and Josh did a great job installing our new water heater!  The only issue I would have is the business itself seems a bit disorganized,  but perhaps it's just the time of year and being really busy, I would use them again.  Also thanks to Wallace, it was a pleasure doing business with you, Mike, and Josh.

John of Bertani can out to our home on a Saturday afternoon to provide us with expert advice on what should be done to correct an isssue with a shower stall that was leaking.  He was very clear as to how the problem would be correct and shared many tips as to how it could be done in an economical way and still maintaining a high level of quality. The technician that came did a great job at fixing a shower value that was not secured correctly. He had to cut a hole in the wall but was careful not to cut to large of a hole. He even cleaned up the mess! It's been a month since it was fixed and it's been great since.

It was great,  They were on time, the price was exaclty what he quoted.  Like with every job its not always as stright forward but they had the experpice to fix the issue and in less time than they estimated.  They even offered to help me move a few large appliances which was not apart of the bid.

This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a review for any business. Barb and Dave absolutely live up the five stars. Barb is very polite and was able to arrange for Dave to come to my house to fix a clog within several hours of my calling her. Dave is the epitome of expertise, class, and politeness. He has impeccable attention to detail and double checked his work until he was satisfied that he had completely solved the issue. As a surgeon I appreciate attention to detail. Barbara and Dave truly personify this quality in their work.

Don and Son bailed me out of Hot Water heater disaster after almost 6 days without power. Called up a few people, most blew me off, but Don responded  quickly and confidently asking for pictures of the situation. Helwig was not the cheapest but was still very competitively priced. I was impressed with his professional attitude and confidence he could be at my house in 90 minutes to resolve the issue, in fact, he made it over with a new electric water heater in half that time! Long story short, super positive experience from start to finish and I so needed that after no power for a week. They even entertained some additional projects in conjunction with the new water heater and knocked that out quickly and much to my satisfaction.

I have had some terrible experiences with local contractors but I now have a plumber for life! Thanks for the quick response, kindness and job well done Don.

Long review, but I feel you need the backstory.

My tub was slow to drain, and I purchased a Home Warranty a couple years ago, so I put in a claim. The company sent out Roto Rooter. I figured, it's a National company, so they should be able to fix this, right?

Well, after the guys said they snaked the drain about 10 feet, the snake wouldn't go any farther. They said, because the house was old, the line needed to be replaced. Sounded reasonable. The bill after snaking the line was over $260! AND....my tub drained slower than before they got there!

In comes Rooter Bee's AJ. He was super logical even on the phone call, and was able to come out the next day. He was prompt, clean, courteous, and incredibly smart and logical in diagnosing what could be happening.

AJ did a full diagnosis before starting to work, which the other plumbers did not. He went into the crawl space and found MY LINE HAD ALREADY BEEN REPLACED!!!  Roto Rooter's guys never went into the crawl space, and if I had taken their professional opinion, they would've charged me for a replacement that was unnecessary!

After coming out of the crawlspace, AJ snaked the drain, and in 20 minutes, it was cleared. His invoice to me was LESS than Roto Rooter, and my problem was fixed!

As long as he will have me as a client, AJ will be my one and only plumber!

Very fast and easy service, called late Friday afternoon, and was able to schedule a technician first thing Monday. Jeremy came in and knocked it all out within an hour, and charged a very reasonable price. I am very satisfied with his customer service, and was happy with his work. Cannot recommend them enough!

We live in Soda Springs and had some roots growing in our sewer line that were causing backup issues.  Roto-Rooter was able to slip us in on a days notice and get us an appointment.  Bryan called ahead with plenty of time and showed up as agreed.  Bryan was able to scope our clogged line and tell me where the sewer left the house so we could dig and install a new cleanout that would allow us to reach the clogged area, which was 10 ft from the city cleanout but over 100 ft from any accessible clean out on our side of the line.  Bryan promised to come out again and snake the line once we had the clean out installed.  Bryan showed the utmost level of professionalism and was able to guide us along during the clean out installation.  We could not be more satisfied with the service provided by roto-rooter and Bryan Ahsam.

Update: They offered me all money back if I will remove my review.
P.S. my pipe was replaced with new copper pipe by other plumber and it took him 30 min to fix it and cost me 300$.

Be aware of this plumbers. This guys are scammers. Changed me 300$ to open a wall and tell me I have a little hole they cannot fix. But instead they want to replace all pipes in the house.

Had the misfortune of getting my sewer drain backed up in my home but had the pleasure of working with Josh from Friendly Plumbing to fix the situation.  

As the drains were back flowing we both assumed the main sewer drain was blocked up. Sadly, snaking the drain did nothing to repair the issue. The last resort was going to come from having to let all the water slowly drain to remove a toilet and clean the pipes that way. Something that would have left us without working toilets and showers another 24 hours at least.

Josh racked his brain and came up with another plan to work from the faucet lines to fix the issue and several Clorox wipes removed later the water was flowing again like normal and the possible stress of having to deal with this for another night was handled. Professionalism, care and knowledge saved the day and I couldn't have been happier with the result.

I fully recommend Friendly Plumbing if you have the unfortunate need for a plumber down the road.

Had a new garbage disposal to install...CNC was recommended by another business in Fernley that has excellent service. So I tried calling CNC 3 or 4 times with no answer, so I left 2 messages at 2 different numbers and no return call after 24 hours. Guess they make more money than they need.

Had to call a company out of Sparks to come do the work!
