Showed up on time did good work, he wired in a few 240 volt base board heaters. Great small business, would hire again! Also was able to come out on shorter notice!  Glad I went with this shop

I had Gibson Plumbing & Mechanical come out to fix my AC. They told me originally a nozzle needed replaced and system charged. After completing work they said the compressor was not working. They told me that my system was phased out and I needed to upgrade to a new system to include a coil change. They charged me $250 for them coming out. They then quoted me $4250.00 to fix the AC correctly. I contacted a different company, who got on phone immediately order a new compressed in the system that was suppose to be phased out. The new company is charging be $2600 to get my AC back on. Way to take advantage of people when its a 100 degrees this week. They should be ashamed of themselves. BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!

We saw Johnson Plumbings commercial on TV. Called and set up an appointment to have a couple of problems checked out. Mike was about a half hour late, which was understandable being hung up on a previous job. He checked out the problems and said he'd call back with an estimate the next day. That was over a week ago.

They responded quickly and got my water heater replaced the very next morning. It includes a lifetime warranty and annual maintenance. Thanks for being a lifeline!

I did a kitchen remodel and thought I needed a gas line for my new gas oven.  They sent a technician out to remove the oven and then add a line from my main gas.   He couldn't detach the old oven basically looked at it for 2 hours.  He left and I had to call my handiman.  He removed oven in less than 30 min.
A gas line was found behind the old elect oven I didn't know about.   JR plumbing came back in a couple weeks to attach the oven to the gas line 12 inches from its rear.   Took less than an hour.   Basically I was billed about 700$ total for attaching my oven to the existing gas line.   My handiman said he had never heard of a gas plumber who couldn't remove an old oven.  I was charged hours of labor from JR plumbing for trying to remove the oven ( mostly looking at it) & still paid someone else to remove it!  When I explained to the billing person the manager should look at my charge they reduced the bill for less travel time! Still was well over 500$ to connect my gas oven.   I guess it depends who they send but it is hard to believe this was an experienced gas plumber.  If my handiman was licensed to attach the gas it would have taken him about an hour total..  they charged me over 4 hours labor over 100$ an hour.   This should have been an EASY job.

It's unfortunate that zero or negative stars are not an option. Our bathroom steam unit was acting up -- D&D said we needed to replace it for $6,700.

Since a brand new steam unit can be had for ~$2,000 I asked them to itemize parts and labor but Jerry the service manager refused as that was against policy. That is wrong on many levels so I'm exploring Nevada's consumer protection laws. Stay tuned on that.

In the meantime here's the amazing happy ending... my wife found a fantastic electrician who immediately diagnosed the issue as a loose fuse. The bill was $40 and I gave the electrician a Benjamin.

I repeat, D&D said a $6,700 steam unit replacement was required, and someone competent immediately figured out it was a loose fuse and charged me $40!

I have countless ideas on what D&D should stand for (hint: Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels co-star in this 1994 comedy). These guys are either incompetent or thieves and neither is acceptable. BB (buyer beware) with D&D.

We had a bad plug on our kitchen sink and Braden did a great job.  Excellent customer service. Easy to work with what a nice guy and a great plumber. Thanks for everything.

Very prompt and friendly. The owner Mark is up front but understanding. I love how he worked with me and explained all my options. He was able to get me fixed up within 24 hours which was a godsend as I had no hot water and a 7 year old. His employee was very friendly and efficient as well. The end result looks very neat and professional. I would definitely use them again.

I guess I will have to continue the plumber love fest here!

We heeded to have a faucet installed in our sink and Jack was recommended to us by the guys at Western Nevada Supply. They totally steered us in the right direction.

He called us, set up a two hour time window to come to our condo and was there on time. WooHoo!

He installed the faucet and provided the extra parts that were needed to actually hook the thing up to the water source. Woo Hoo!

He also noticed a minor leak under the sink and fixed it at no extra charge Woo Hoo, and I am sure gratitude from the people in the unit below us.

The total charge was $100 - not bad for having to squeeze into that little narrow cupboard, wrestle with all the pipes and tubes, and do it with a professional attitude.

Four stars for our new favorite plumber.

We had an emergency with a water supply line break and these guys made it out to do the repair within an hour or two.  They are very responsive when you contact them and are very helpful with providing information, etc.  I would definitely recommend working with them.

Had a leak in my main water supply to irrigation system. Plumber arrived same day I requested service. He was courteous and promptly repaired the problem. I would recommend this company.
