It was great,  They were on time, the price was exaclty what he quoted.  Like with every job its not always as stright forward but they had the experpice to fix the issue and in less time than they estimated.  They even offered to help me move a few large appliances which was not apart of the bid.

I have talked with the owner numerous times and always had great experiences with him and his workers! Even when I had an emergency issue with the water at my house they were on the phone with me and came out as soon as they could to get it fixed. We did a remodel in our home a chose to have a licensed plumber instal the faucets.   There was a slow leak after the instal (not before) and the company said they would not warranty the work because we purchased the NEW faucets.   This was not disclosed at the time of the instal.  Mike was very rude and told me if I did not pay immediately for the leak repair they would remove the supply lines.

Sunday, Sept 9, had a hot water heater issue....water spewing at valve near the top. Called Hoffman plumbing 9am Monday morning, and was told they were booked solid, but would try to squeeze us in. To our surprise, within 40 min, one of their technicians was knocking at our door. After the initial inspection, we were told we probably needed a new heater...an expense were weren't hoping to incur. He spent some more time checking things out, and 30 min and just $200 (total...parts, labor, service call) later, our hot water heater was working perfectly. Not only were they extremely quick to respond, but the tech was awesome. Could have hosed us with a new heater....but took the time and found out to be unnecessary. Nice to know that honesty, integrity, and true customer service still exists....a least with Hoffman plumbing !!! Hats off to the entire company....best ever !!!!!

Called to have someone come out to look at our tankless hot water heater. It is giving us an error code. The gentleman that came out was great. Knowledgeable personable and he did a great job.

Their work is first rate, their people are friendly. But watch out for their bids. If they run into problems you can get into overruns and end up fighting later. Get all change requests in writing and up front with new bids.

Had Hoffman out to flush our water heater they installed last year. Braden called and let us know his ETA. Friendly and knowledgeable. Performed prompt and quick service. Really appreciate a company that walks the walk. Their prices are fair, too.

I can't say enough good things about this business. I've been a loyal customer of the Reno Plumbing Doctor for years now. I can't imagine going to anyone else.

Whenever they come out I often have a lot of questions about the work being done. It means so much to me that Mark, the owner, is always willing to walk me through the process. They have earned my trust and respect over and over again. It's such a relief to have a plumbing issue because I know exactly who to call, and I know they'll take care of me.

Jack the owner responded so I'll add a star for response. He responded claiming he was confused as we had only spoken once about the service. I did only speak to jack once because all week long I called and other employees kept ensuring he would call back but did not.

I did originally say I would call back with a decision but I called back the next business day attempting to schedule service.

There seems to be lack of communication at this business and between customers.

We had an emergency with a water supply line break and these guys made it out to do the repair within an hour or two.  They are very responsive when you contact them and are very helpful with providing information, etc.  I would definitely recommend working with them.

A total rip off and unprofessional, aggressive business. Southwest Gas cut us off because there was a gas leak somewhere in the house line, not related to gas appliances. I made an appointment with this company to find and fix the leak. A few minutes later I cancelled the appointment because our neighbor brought in a local plumber to see if he could help. Nevertheless, a plumber from Master Service Plumbing called me right away, asking to talk to that guy, and pushed him away. He also convinced me that this type of work requires lots of experience and very special equipment. So, he came. He capped off three appliances to check for a gas leak and ran tests after which he confirmed that our house line has a leak. Really?! Wasn't that why I contacted you guys in the first place? He suggested to re-pipe the entire house instead of searching for the leak site in the walls because it might be very difficult and the house may end up looking like Swiss cheese. Such a poor outcome from his visit was frustrating, but this was not the end of our extremely disappointing experience. He charged me $605. The charge seemed outrageous, but I paid.  When the plumber left, I called their office to figure out how the 1.5 hours of fruitless work turned into such a ridiculously high invoice? The charge included 2 hours of travel time TO our house and BACK at their regular labor rate of $110/hr (the office is only 45 minutes away) PLUS their out-of-town fee ($75) PLUS two hours of labor (the guy was on site 1.5 hrs), and the materials $80+. The plumber called me after the office told him that I'm not happy with their service. He let me know that Marc, the owner, agreed to do a free estimate, as a courtesy, for re-piping the whole house. Pathetic.
Another company from Reno was able to locate the gas leak, fixed it, got all the permits, and took care of the inspection-all for $1K. What a difference!
