This company was awesome! We called them to fix our sink at work. They were fast and completely fixed it. They only charged us the minimum which was $35 less than the 4 other companies I called. Then when I said I had a sink problem at home they could help with, they asked me to explain it, and told me it would be better and way cheaper to do it myself, so he showed me exactly what tool to get. Very high quality. 10/10 would recommend. :)

Make sure you get everything in writing! I had a plumbing leak and was under quoted by almost $1,000.00! Then they left a portion unfinished and I received an additional bill for $250 to finish the job that should have been included in the first $4,300.00.

They did finish the job, but terrible communication between the manager and his workers and I would not use them again. I suggest getting quotes from other companies because I felt I was significantly over charged!

Based on positive reviews and a good first impression I  hired Trevor Young for my remodeling project. He gave me a reasonable bid and promised to start work on Monday. And then at the last minute he sent an email, he had changed his mind, and my project wasn't worth his time. How professional!

A guest staying at my condo clogged the kitchen sink. I called/emailed 3 plumber in the morning. Later that morning, John was the first (and only) one to call me back. He was busy, however found time to unclog the sink that afternoon. Good work!

David came and repaired my plumbing issue quickly. He was professional knowledgeable with my issue. I would recommended him for your plumbing needs. He was highly recommended to me .

I was stressed out because We live in Vegas and my son lives in Reno. I was worried about plumbing prices. I started searching on Yelp and I called around until I found 5 Star Plumbing Services. I was impressed by the person who answered the phone Barbara was very nice, polite, and sweet. She really cared about her customer's problems. I told her about our plumbing problem and she said they will help me the next day Barb mentioned David will be there at 9 am. He showed up and fixed the problem professionally. David was nice, honest, told me about the problem, and the price was reasonable. We are very grateful to Barbara and David, they truly are '5 Star Plumbing Services' and I recommend their business. Fernando, helped my client and I with a sewer inspection. Fernando was just great. He was a straight up guy, reasonable in price, and committed to serving the client! He got back to us quickly and stayed in communication throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend his services!

Long review, but I feel you need the backstory.

My tub was slow to drain, and I purchased a Home Warranty a couple years ago, so I put in a claim. The company sent out Roto Rooter. I figured, it's a National company, so they should be able to fix this, right?

Well, after the guys said they snaked the drain about 10 feet, the snake wouldn't go any farther. They said, because the house was old, the line needed to be replaced. Sounded reasonable. The bill after snaking the line was over $260! AND....my tub drained slower than before they got there!

In comes Rooter Bee's AJ. He was super logical even on the phone call, and was able to come out the next day. He was prompt, clean, courteous, and incredibly smart and logical in diagnosing what could be happening.

AJ did a full diagnosis before starting to work, which the other plumbers did not. He went into the crawl space and found MY LINE HAD ALREADY BEEN REPLACED!!!  Roto Rooter's guys never went into the crawl space, and if I had taken their professional opinion, they would've charged me for a replacement that was unnecessary!

After coming out of the crawlspace, AJ snaked the drain, and in 20 minutes, it was cleared. His invoice to me was LESS than Roto Rooter, and my problem was fixed!

As long as he will have me as a client, AJ will be my one and only plumber!

My wife and I rented a condo and discovered that the shower in the master bedroom had no water pressure. We contacted the management company, they sent out their handyman he could not fix the issue so Jet Plumbing was called. The first technician to show up was fine, he was on but had to order parts to fully resolve the problem so we sent an appointment for the following week in the 8-10am timeframe. Next week around 9:30 I call to find out where he is and am told by dispatch that my appointment was changed to 12-2pm they just forgot to call. I had to get to work at that point so had to reschedule. The next day the plumber was out on time but he did not have any of the parts he was supposed to order so he cleaned out a few things and left problem still not resolved. So I contact the management company ask them to again send out a plumber. Jet calls again I explain what has happened so far, they schedule an appointment for 4-6pm the next day. I ask if they have the parts they assure me they do. The next day they call to cancel since they don't have the parts. They call back a week later to reschedule now that they have the parts we set it for 4-6pm again they call at noon that day and cannot make it. We reschedule for the next day from 4-6pm. They call at 3:00pm and cancel asking if they can do it in the morning since they are not sure they can get the issue resolved in the 4-6pm time frame. I ask the person why no one said that in the first place instead of just cancelling two back to back appointments, he blamed dispatch. Finally new plumber comes out, seems to know what he is doing replaces the parts and all seems well. Aside from the fact that our shower no longer has a cold setting the pressure works and I am not letting them touch it again to recalibrate the settings.

Excellent service! I had one faucet leaking inside, and 2 leaking outside, that I knew about. Mark found a third one leaking, under the house! I am really pleased with his investigation. He wore a mask the whole time, too.

I was in a real pinch for the holiday's while visiting my inlaws and John was very receptive and helpful by coming over right away. We had them perform a variety of services over the past few months and we've been very happy with the price and the overall end result.  Thanks John!

I highly recommend Preferred Plumbing & Drain!!!  Techs Matt and Reggie did an outstanding job repairing my toilet.  They were very courteous, informative and professional.  They also arrive on-time, so that was great.  Highly recommend!!!

Had the misfortune of getting my sewer drain backed up in my home but had the pleasure of working with Josh from Friendly Plumbing to fix the situation.  

As the drains were back flowing we both assumed the main sewer drain was blocked up. Sadly, snaking the drain did nothing to repair the issue. The last resort was going to come from having to let all the water slowly drain to remove a toilet and clean the pipes that way. Something that would have left us without working toilets and showers another 24 hours at least.

Josh racked his brain and came up with another plan to work from the faucet lines to fix the issue and several Clorox wipes removed later the water was flowing again like normal and the possible stress of having to deal with this for another night was handled. Professionalism, care and knowledge saved the day and I couldn't have been happier with the result.

I fully recommend Friendly Plumbing if you have the unfortunate need for a plumber down the road.

I have to knock a star off Josh since I posted my original review. I still say he does excellent work, but we've had to find someone else because it's seemingly impossible to get him to come and do any more work for us. I hope it's just that he's super busy, and I definitely wish him well.

We would highly recommend this company!  We needed a new garbage disposal.  Johnson Plumbing not only installed our new one quickly, they also gave us a $35 discount for an coupon offer they were actively running that we were not aware of.  Ken was pleasant, knowledgeable and worked quickly to get the repairs done.

So fast and thorough! This awesome plumber fixed everything and I found out they can also remodel my bathroom, I am happy to find it all in one place. Very polite and professional and good value. A+

Timely and great service! It is difficult to find a service provider here at the Lake. Thankful that Roto-Rooter took my call and agreed to come out to fix our sink.

I was referred to joes plumbing and am so happy I was! I had a slight crisis when my 3 year old son flushed little army men down the toilet. Joe was very quick to call me back and nice enough to squeeze me into his busy schedule. He was able to clear up the problem and was very reasonably priced! I will definitely recommend his company to anyone looking for a plumber and will be using his services from here on out. Thanks again joe!
