Requested a quote for Gary's Plumbing through yelp for our garbage disposal that wasn't working and received a response in less than 10 minutes. They showed up at our house less than a day after contacting them. The customer service was excellent.

As it turns out our disposal was jammed and Gary was able to fix it right away. He could of easily charged me for the full quote given but since it was an easy fix he only charged me for a few minutes of his time. Erica was prompt and kind as well.

I feel like Gary's Plumbing went above and being given this wasn't an emergency by any means and I will be calling them first for any future issues.

Best experience I ever had with a plumber! I called Mike about a leak near my hot water heater. He squeezed me into his schedule right away. When he came out he discovered the leak was in the wall. So, he had to cut into the drywall. He found the leak in the first cut. It's like he had X-ray vision! On top of all that, he's kind, had all the tools for the job and was done in an hour and a half! Plus, he's a vet and I fully support anyone who has served for our country. I highly recommend Mike!

I was so impressed by my interaction with Brian from All Good Plumbing! Brian is extremely professional, and is friendly, communicative, punctual and did an amazing job fixing my sink, toilet and bathtub in less than twenty minutes! I can say that outstanding service was provided at my home.  Brian  called prior to arrival and gave me a window of time of when he would arrive. He was ready to help me with all of my issues and explained how to fix the various plumbing issues in an affordable way.  I am so impressed with All Good Plumbing and I will refer them to many friends around the area.

What an unfortunate choice. On the first call they wanted a 105.00 trip charge to Fernley even though I told them one of their techs lives around the corner from me. A manager came on the line and agreed if I scheduled a first in the am appt that we could waive the trip charge. I scheduled the day they chose. Friday between 8 and 10. My wife had to rearrange her day to make that work but that was ok.
At 830 friday am l got a call that said there was a scheduling problem and we would need to re schedule.
Again i spoke to a manager and he got someone out there with out a trip charge and said he would discount the labor to 75.00.
Tech arrived at 932am.
They knew they were installing a neuvo water filter and he didn't have the right stuff to install it. He had to go shopping at lowes.
The filter was already hung and the pipes routed through the wall.
The tech did a good job of installing the filter.
My wife called me and told me he was done. Time stamp was 1136am. 2hrs and 4 minutes. This should have been a 1 hr job.
I paid for his shopping trip. He charged us 2.5 hrs at 85.00 per hr and almost 150.00 for 40.00 of copper pipe.
I called the manager again to complain. He assured me he would research the issue. It has been a week and no call back.
Buyer be ware.

I had the misfortune of having to replace the entire plumbing system in my house. Johnson Plumbing gave me a fair bid to complete the job. Because of my positive experience with them before, l decided to use their services again and I'm glad that I did. Very professional and friendly, as always. They were in and out in a few days and made the the whole process as pain-free as possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber that is fair and affordable.

Barb is very polite and was able to arrange for Dave to come to my house to fix a clog within several hours of my calling her. Dave is the epitome of expertise, class, and politeness. He has impeccable attention to detail and double checked his work until he was satisfied that he had completely solved the issue. As a surgeon I appreciate attention to detail. Barbara and Dave truly personify this quality in their work.

I had a great experience with this company. Yesterday afternoon (Saturday around 5pm) I came out to my garage flooding. Water was rushing out of my 50 gallon water heater and I didn't know how to shut it off. I searched emergency plumbers and The Water Heater Man came up. I called Jay and he FaceTimed me immediately and helped me turn it off with instructions on how to hook up a hose and drain it overnight. He was able to come out first thing Sunday morning (today) and installed a brand new water heater at a very reasonable price. Thanks for helping me so quickly! Highly recommend.

We had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe and I called them at 6pm at night. They walked me through how to temporarily stop it, and made me an appointment for 7am.
