Best HVAC System Maintenance in Reno NV

I called this company few days ago to get a toilet unclogged.  Some woman answered, but instead of  addressing a caller, she was screaming at someone.  After 30 seconds or so it seemed she realized that she had picked up the phone and then said hello.  I tried to explained why I was calling, but she kept turning back to someone in the room with her and began yelling at them again, only this time in Spanish.  Finally I was got  to ask some questions about their services, cost, and when they could come over.  She told me that it would be several days before anyone would be able to help me, and that I would be better off calling another plumber or even a handyman.  I guess she said this because I had gasped at the high hourly rated and the fact that it would hours to do the job.  I had to give her a credit card over the phone before she would send out a technician, and that the time frame I could expect to see someone was basically the entire day, 3 days from now.  I called a handyman, who came out an hour later, did the job in 15 min. and was happy to take my cash.  The whole job cost less than 1/3 Riley wanted just to show up.

I called Walker River Mechanical and spoke with a girl named Liz about my A/C unit not blowing out cool air and it's been very humid and hot this summer and wanted it fixed yesterday. After explaining my situation, Liz was very sympathetic to my needs and made sure to have a technician out the same day. I received a follow up call from a gentleman named Matt letting me know that a technician was in route. After the technician arrived, he had my A/C up and running within 35 minutes and even pointed out that my filters would need to be replaced soon and that replacing them would keep my A/C unit running smoothly. I received a bill for $85 bucks that I was happy to pay after chilling in a cool home. I'll be sure to call WRM when ever the need arises.

Just saw one of their trucks throw a bunch of garbage and litter from the window driving through our neighborhood.  (Passenget window on 06/26)  pick up you trash morons!!!   Speaks to how theyd treat your house.  Idiots.

I just had a new HVAC system installed by Red Bear Mechanical in CC. Could not have been nicer people to work with! The owner, who quoted, the office staff and terrific installers too. VERY impressed with their integrity! Great pricing too. I HIGHLY recommend them!! Thank you Red Bear. We are enjoying the nice cool air and looking forward to more comfortable heating and lower bills in the winter too! You rock!!
