We had two toilet fill valves replaced by Cherry City Plumbing. We were charged for the actual work, with no additional fees or charges. Justin was efficient and the quality is excellent. I will call them first next time and not waste time on the businesses that wanted 3x or 5x as much.

Garth was great to work with. He responded quickly and knew exactly what to do to solve my gutter issues. The price seemed very fair and he got the job done fast. I plan to hire him again for some other work I need done on my properties. He's going to help us with some dryer venting issues. He has lots of experience and shares what he knows without doing hard selling.  I appreciated his knowledge and time he spent explaining things even though it was late in the evening, he was flexible with my schedule.

My go to plumber!  Responds quickly and does excellent work.  Has installed a recirculating pump, kitchen sink, and several faucets. Gladly recommend!

We lost the handyman that we've been using for our business during COVID. Not knowing who to turn to, I went to Yelp and found Tod. After leaving him a voicemail, he quickly returned my call and we discussed the current work I needed completed at the office. It was a Thursday when we spoke. He offered to come out the next day (even though our office was closed) and see if it was something he could handle quickly on the outside of the building. Indeed it was! He communicated with me once he arrived at the sight letting me know he could take care of it. He completed the work and sent me a picture, letting me know he'd email me an invoice. Tod was so easy to work with and did a great job! It's hard to find a good handyman who won't put off the small stuff a customer needs done, like we did. In fact, he went out of his way to take care of it over the weekend for us. So glad we stumbled upon him here on yelp and have someone we can go to in the future as needs arise, and they will! :) Thanks Tod!

Needed 5th wheel inspection and fixes for anything found and had left messages at 5 different businesses without a single return call.  I found Reeds and left a message which was promptly returned that same pm with appt scheduled for the following week.  What a gem this young man is!  very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and his work ethic cannot be topped.  His initial quote for services was very reasonable and the final bill was a very pleasant surprise ( $250 less) due to his diligence in finding problem, fixing it, and moving along very quickly. I am very pleased with the workmanship, integrity, honesty and professionalism of Mr. Geoff Reed.  Will recommend him to everyone and keep his info for my personal use also.

Admitting you're wrong can sometimes be hard and mistakes will happen. It is how to respond to those issues. They made it right and I have no problem giving them my business in the future knowing that they stand behind it.

They tried to help but the plumber was located in Salem and so the charge was going to be very high because of the travel time.  I found a plumber who is closer.
