I had a small leak in the joint of a pipe. They came out promptly and took care of it. Very satisfied.

They came out super quickly despite most companies in Portland being booked out a week +, the scheduler and technician were super nice, and the technician quickly replaced our condenser fan motor. Highly recommended.

After a quick stint of freezing weather one of my pipes burst, along with pipes for bunch of other homes.  And while other plumbers were giving me wait times of 2+ days and insisting that due to the heavy volume of work that they would be charging me overtime no matter when the plumber got here (gotta love that, charge more when the need is greatest) Tri county came through for me.  

The receptionist was a doll to speak with, polite and concerned about my position and she informed me that though they were booked, they also had a technician in my area and would see if there was any way he could sneak me in.  2 hours later he was at my house.  He was a nice guy and very understanding (which is saying something since he had to work on my pipes underneath my deck laying in the freezing mud), found the break and repaired it in under 90 minutes and didn't try to gouge me on the price.

Tri county has a new customer for life.

Avoid this outfit. They charged us almost $400 for a simple kitchen faucet installation that took less than an hour (we had already purchased the faucet so this charge was only labor).

Once again Team Sutherland has exceeded expectations - this time on a complex waterline replacement with underground surprises at every turn across nine hours of work.  It isn't possible to recommend this business highly enough.  From the initial call through their wrap up every member of the team  (five on the project today including a drilling team) was top flight and this is their norm - not an exception.  

This project would have left our drive, horse barn, and lawn a muddy and disrupted mess, but this company leverages technology and tools to expedite the work and minimize the impact.  Their exceptional quality of work and sterling customer service levels are truly exceptional. If I could rate it lower, I would. We recently had our kitchen remodeled. Our Contractor subbed the plumbing work to Simpson Plumbing. They came in did their part of work and left. Kitchen was completed. During this period of time and for a couple months after the remodel the weather was good..mostly sun. We did have a shower or two...One evening I noticed a leak in my basement (bedroom). Watched very closely, did not notice the leak again (until it rained) I noticed some discolored area's on my ceiling, pushed on it...caved in (sheet rock was wet) Had mold all over the wall, insulation was wet. Called the contractor, who called the Plumber. Plumber came out...was not our fault...we did nothing wrong well we googled mold and found it actually grows pretty quickly. In any case, our contractor tore everything apart (which included removing cabinets in the kitchen) and in the process found the issue. Vent on roof, comes down to sink...there is a point where it comes to a T and the 2 ends were clamped together (were supposed to be) there was a hose clamp on one side...BUT was not tight other side, no hose clamp. They also ran a water line from the source to my refrigerator and just laid it in the floor, did not secure it to anything. In my opinion, and the opinion of my contractors employee's the plumbing was half ass at best. I would NOT recommend hiring this Plumber, as the work is sub par, and then when called on it it's not our fault. NOT eligible for rehire !!

5 stars for Alan! I called them about 8:15 this morning. I was told they would arrive between 10 & 12, which they did. Alan diagnosed the issue with a tub drain, gave me an estimate,  cleared drain, was friendly, explained things well and cleaned up thoroughly. Also replaced toilet flapper. I'd hired this company in the 70's to replace our service to the street. It is wonderful after all these years to find a company with the same honest & capable services.

Great service! Straightforward pricing and a willingness to give advice on maintainence and what should happen next. Brent was great!

Kevin did a great job! He responded within minutes of my request for a quote--he even suggested i call 3 other plumbers for quotes, which I did and he was right: his price was the same or less then all three I called. He was able to come out, confirm the quote and have a new hot water heater installed THAT DAY. I'm sure not all days are that open and we got lucky, but he was great and we are thankful! He answered all our questions thoroughly and brought our new hotwater heater up to code--where the old one wasn't as well as changed out the stand in sits on for a new metal one. I would definitely use him again!

These folks are AWESOME with a big 'A'.  A frozen water line due to the 'Big Freeze' in PDX today.  And these folks (Jeremy) was there within one hour. Severe water was running down interior walls throughout multiple levels of the house and with only our son Christopher who is living in the PDX place.  They isolated and drained frozen water lines . Thanks so much that Chris was there and notified me as it could have been much more nasty and destructive. And thanks so much that I knew of this great plumbing company (Cornel's).   Jeremy from Cornel's Plumbing was incredibly competent and knowledgeable tracing down the busted water line and isolating it to prevent further damage.  Folks in HI (where I live most of the year) are not used to severe cold like this... of course, climate change is 'Fake News'  according to the Orange one...

I called Trident out and a tech named kyris showed up, he was professional, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly.  he gave me a bid  showing me exactly what needed to be done and I was a little skeptical at first but I agreed to the price as it was much lower than the other to companies in Salem that gave me bids. Kyris finished up the work and I was blown at how good he did! I will now use Trident Plumbing from now on.. 5 stars for the above and beyond work he did at his price. thank you

We moved into a new house several weeks back and out of the blue our water heater developed a leak. Based on reviews, I sent Brad at Christensen a note through his website regarding the problem. He responded quickly, and based on the photos I sent of the problem area, fit us into their already booked schedule within a couple hours. Brad's sons did the actual repair - very efficient and professional as well as doing a beautiful job. The cost was reasonable and when I had a follow up question, Brad handled it quickly.

I scheduled an appointment and it was cancelled due to an emergency and then I was not able to get on the calendar again within a reasonable time to address my emergency. I found a different company that was able to come out the same day.

Northwest Plumbing Services came as a recommendation from my contractor. We had David out on several occasions during the 8+ months of my renovation project which included a complete gutting of the kitchen, replacing the piping, and adding a dishwasher. He also came out and repaired my shower/faucet regulator on the bathtub (I was envisioning a lot of new plumbing, breaking into the existing wall - which meant breaking through the plexiglass tub surround) but David has been working on this equipment for years and knew what it took. All great work.

Why not 5 stars? I got the initial bill right away and paid that but I never received a bill for the follow up services. My contractor got an email that said there was a balance owing. I contacted them right away (got voice mail) and asked for the mailing address. Is this a small company? Yes. Is David a good plumber? Yes. Would I use him again? Yes. There's no one else in Columbia County I would call. Was the pricing fair? Yes. Has the work held up/passed inspections? Yes.

We have used Northwest Plumbing and Drain at several properties.  Always impressed with work and price.  Also David is very friendly and easy to work with.  Would highly recommend.

We had a difficult water heater replacement project that one plumber could not take on, a second one would do it but at a price 30% more than what Henco quoted. Henco did the job for us, their work was very professional, and they left having completely cleaned up. Very happy with their work and responsiveness!

I contacted Rotor-rooter thru the 800 number and a tech was dispatched from the Portland office.They arrived when they said they would and the tech assessed the situation and gave me a quote for $429.00. He assured me that he would be able to take care of my problem. He did take care of the problem, he was able to snake out a hair plug 10' in.The entire process was less than 30 minutes and he proudly charged $429 and never asked if I had a coupon or offered any type of Assistance.
