I'd love to leave a review about using Yore Place, but they couldn't even get around to returning my phone call and voicemail. I called on a Thursday, Sept 26th about a leaking water heater and left a voicemail.

No call back. I'm sure it's nice to be so busy that you don't need the work, but a 5-Star business at least has the decency to return a voicemail.

Punctual service, calling to remind us.  Then diligent service.  Impressive use of technology Morgan showed the problem with our furnace using pictures and his iPad.  We received a plethora of options and he emailed the different plans to us along with his receipt.

Friendly, courteous, and helpful.  All and all pleased with the service.

I needed my toilet  fixed and I just couldn't do it. I called in the afternoon and TCP got it done before dinner time. Thank you Roy.

I needed a clogged drain/disposal cleared right away. I called Mr Rooter and hit the jackpot with the technician they sent, Jeremy. He went above and beyond and saved me the cost of a new disposal. I would definitely recommend this company, and while I hope I don't HAVE to call them again, I certainly will next time I need this type of service.

I had a leak in the main water supply line to my house. I contacted Sutherland plumbing and had a bid the next day.  After Ti emailed his bid, he called me to go over the job and answer any questions I had.  He really took the time to explain everything in detail. His bid wasn't the lowest (I got 3 other bids as well), but after talking with him and hearing how knowledgeable he was, I just got the feeling that he was somebody who really took pride in his work and I felt that I would be in good hands.
Ti, Cameron and Jack showed up on time, did a very thorough job including cleaning up the space when they were done.  It was an all day job and it was a lot of work. These guys work hard. I would absolutely call on them again for any future plumbing issues.
A shout out to Courtney in the office as well. I spoke and messaged with her several times during the week and she was always really helpful and kind. S

Our hot water heater was leaking terribly. We called Simpson Plumbing and they came immediately, gave us an estimate, then came back and fixed the problem immediately for a reasonable price. They were pleasant, courteous, helpful and professional.  Highly recommend!

I can't say enough great things about Burfitt Plumbing! I had multiple plumbing issues that I had been putting off - nervous about what the cost would be. One of the issues was my water heater, not generating enough hot water anymore. My neighbor had the same issue around the same time, and his plumber replaced the whole water heater.  Burfitt was able to just replace the bottom heating unit - saving me hundreds of dollars. The technician also took care of a leaky pipe that was attached to the garbage disposal and my broken bathroom drain plug. All this taken care of quickly, professionally and inexpensively and on a Saturday to boot! I wish I would have called sooner!

Danaya helped us with changing out a kitchen faucet and later with a repair to a sink in our bathroom. When Danaya arrived and I didn't have all of the needed parts for the repair, she was patient and really nice about it. She called the hardware store to ensure that they had the right parts and put them on hold under my name so I was sure to get the right thing. When there was a small leak after the repair, Danaya communicated with me and came back out right away to help with this as well as a problem with our toilet that had also arisen. When she didn't have the equipment to solve the problem with our toilet, she gave me referrals for several rooter services and followed up with me to be sure that we had resolved the problem. She communicates quickly and charges a reasonable price for great work. Danaya is the best!

I called Trident out and a tech named kyris showed up, he was professional, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly.  he gave me a bid  showing me exactly what needed to be done and I was a little skeptical at first but I agreed to the price as it was much lower than the other to companies in Salem that gave me bids. Kyris finished up the work and I was blown at how good he did! I will now use Trident Plumbing from now on.. 5 stars for the above and beyond work he did at his price. thank you

Had a leaky pipe going into the wall and found out late in the night before going to bed, requested a quote and got it fixed the next morning thanks to Joe! Joe Explained everything and got my sink pvc pipes fixed too all in one trip! Thanks so much! Definitely recommend!

I had a pretty bad leak in my crawl space. Zak came over the same day I called him and was able to repair the leak. He was extremely thorough and explained everything going on. I will call him for all my future plumbing needs.

Chris was very quick to respond to my request and questions. He is very knowledgeable and was able to get the job done in a short amount of time. Will use him again in the future.

Was very disappointed in this company that came recommended from two separate realtors. The plumber arrived stating he did not bring the supplies needed to fix our clogged sink, that the individual who had what he needed had called out that day. He tried to clear the clog with what he had on hand to no avail and fixed a couple other minor things. I paid $200 and I was told I'd need to schedule another appointment... which would be another $150. When I called to schedule another appointment and negotiate due to them not showing up with equipment needed they were very unhelpful and would not work with me on cost. I will not be using them again, do not recommend them and will most definitely be informing both realtors of my experience.

I used Summerson Plumbing again recently and I would like to say that Matt was very responsive to my request for service.  Ryan showed up on time and performed the necessary repairs in a very professional manner.  I would highly recommend Summerson for your future plumbing requirements.

We have used Henco Plumbing services two times in the past 8 weeks for needed repairs to our sewer and plumbing system. They have been great to work with. Their communication with me was great and they tried to find alternative solutions to one of my plumbing issues. There field and office staff are very friendly and most importantly professional in how they treat their clients.

Punctual, professional, friendly. Installed a new toilet and hauled away the old for a reasonable price. Would def use again!

Can you give negative stars? The worst company. Unprofessional, rude, and unethical. Do NOT use River City for anything.

I contacted Rotor-rooter thru the 800 number and a tech was dispatched from the Portland office.They arrived when they said they would and the tech assessed the situation and gave me a quote for $429.00. He assured me that he would be able to take care of my problem. He did take care of the problem, he was able to snake out a hair plug 10' in.The entire process was less than 30 minutes and he proudly charged $429 and never asked if I had a coupon or offered any type of Assistance.

We've had an issue with our rain drain system outside that Roto Rooter didn't solve. Dan from Apollo came out and spent some time troubleshooting and found the issue and gave recommendations. So thankful!!

They came to check on on AC unit for regular maintenance about 2 weeks ago. Everything looked good and told me it was running fine. Tried turning on my AC and its not turning on . Decided to take a look and they forgot to connect a couple of wires to the capacitor and not I have a blown capacitor and no working AC with a heat wave coming in. Update- they were able to come in earlier  and taking responsibility for what happened
