We had a leaking hot water line in our crawl space, discovered by an A/C maintenance technician.  My husband didn't think it would require a lot of work, but didn't have the time to figure out what pieces he would need to fix it.  All the major plumbing places were booked out 5-12 days, and we were headed in vacation the next business day.

Curtis Leonard of Yore Place fit us in the same day, even offering to deliver the necessary part and explain how to do it ourselves to save money!  Such a nice guy.  I just had him do it for us (it was indeed a quick fix), and he said my husband could call him later with any questions.  The other available plumber wanted to charge an extra $100 crawl space fee, even though the crawl space is almost big enough to stand up (we live on a hill).  Curtis charged us less than half of that quote.  He will be my first call the next time we have any plumbing needs, emergency or otherwise!

I have relied on Sky for a few services over the years. They are courteous, prompt and transparent on their prices. I have found the technicians are helpful in explaining the process and any issues they discover.

We had a major front yard leak. So bad the water company came to our house, the yard was turning into a swamp. We called the BIG name guys and they were booked for two days and told us if we wanted someone to come before then they would charge US OVER time.. even though it was NOT during emergency hours. THIS was urgent however my father is a senior and $300 just to look at the leak was insane.. SO WE CALLED TRI COUNTY in Gresham. THE OWNER himself was at our HOUSE within an hour and had the leak fixed within two hours. Super nice guy and did an awesome job. I can't even tell you how happy he made us and the bill wasn't not even what the other guys wanted to charge to JUST drive out to the house.. This company saved us that day. Don't ever hesitate.

Fast and efficient. Was called to let me know when they were on the way. Jeremy did a great job fixing our sink/drain and was never under foot or in our way.  Will definitely use again.

My water heater and toilet we leaking so I decided to call Terry Massey Plumbing. I was able to schedule an appointment within a week and they even called a few days before my appointment to see if I wanted to get him over sooner.

They showed up on time, offered to wear masks and were friendly and helpful.

Turns out my water heater just needed a new piece of pipe and was fixed easily and quickly. I also had him service my toilet, which they seemed to do a good job of. They were in an out in about an hour and charged me a fair price for the work. I felt they were honest, as I thought my hot water heater needed a new expansion tank, but he told me it just needed a simple fix.

He also asked if I needed anything else fixed before he left, which I thought was nice. I felt good that he was ready to help with whatever issue I may have.  I'll definitely be calling back next time I need plumbing service.

Guests staying in our home clogged up our toilet. Dave came within hours when most places I called had earliest availability weeks later. When he arrived, he got straight to work and fixed the problem completely in no time. We were so impressed with Dave's communication and BEYOND grateful for the 5 star service he provided. Seriously, call Dave. You'll be happy you did.

So we have a 1932 house with the original plumbing, and one of the original bathroom sinks leaked. Our previous plumber told us that it couldn't be fixed without ripping the bathroom apart, so for about 15 years we would just get it patched up but it would soon start leaking again, and so every couple of years we would have to get him out here for $150 a pop. We were going to do it again, but the plumber was getting ready to retire and didn't want the work, so a friend referred me to Burfitt. I texted him photos of the sink, he said we just needed a new faucet, knobs, and drainpipe, he ordered them for us without even coming over, then came over today with his assistant and fixed this and another problem. Good as new. We should have gotten him in years ago. And they said it couldn't be done!

Ryan was on time, friendly, focused, thorough and patient in his investigation of a few different leaks. He promptly and efficiently corrected the issues showing and educating us about what was wrong and how it was fixed along the way.

I can't express how grateful I am to Sean for his help. I was convinced that my garbage disposal needed replacing, and I contacted him to figure out how to proceed. He promptly responded and was able to walk me through how to resolve the issue myself, all over the phone -- saving me hundreds of dollars. He was great to work with and very professional. I will definitely be contacting Sean in the future for plumbing needs.

Extremely professional! Sean came out to my house and looked at my project. He gave me a few different options and explained in detail what was needed to complete it. I highly recommend them as they know plumbing!

Kevin arrived on time, was clean and respectful, got right down to work. Repair was completed in less than an hour with care and consideration. Cost was reasonable. Good communication, no surprises, very professional. Will definitely call again.

We called Fusion Plumbing to save us from every homeowner's worst nightmare: the water main broke and it was our responsibility to get it fixed! We got three different bids and John and Nick were the best of the bunch. They were respectful and good at walking us through what needed to be done and answering allll the questions. They got the work done on time and left the site super clean. And even though it was not a welcome or planned for expense, their price was very fair.

Brent, son of the late Rex answered the phone promptly, called me back promptly after getting my details and came and left in a flash.  Nothing was obviously wrong with my water heater and he gave an explanation of how it worked and answered a couple questions I had.  This man deserves your business even if he didn't fix my problem as there was only a slight adjustment needed.  Not your typical plumber in a very good way.

Danaya was the third plumber I had out to fix a mystery leak, and the only one to solve my problem.  Rather than assuming where the leak was, like the previous plumbers,  Danaya methodically tested the plumbing and determined what needed to be fixed.  She then took much greater care in the repair and my leaking has stopped.  The problem was actually quite simple, a poorly caulked face plate, and the prior two plumbers had re-caulked this same spot, among other expensive and ineffective trouble shooting measures, with no success.

Danaya will be my go to plumber from now on.  Had I called her first I would have saved over $450 in plumbing bills and an expensive  upcoming repair to fix my ceiling.  I also appreciated Danaya calling me back within 24 hours and having a reasonable hourly rate.

I called Trident out and a tech named kyris showed up, he was professional, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly.  he gave me a bid  showing me exactly what needed to be done and I was a little skeptical at first but I agreed to the price as it was much lower than the other to companies in Salem that gave me bids. Kyris finished up the work and I was blown at how good he did! I will now use Trident Plumbing from now on.. 5 stars for the above and beyond work he did at his price. thank you

Unfortunately, I am writing this poor review for Hillsboro Plumbing. I normally don't leave negative comments when receiving poor service, but, I feel that Hillsboro Plumbing needs to improve their customer service for other customers, as I will not call them for future plumbing service needs.
I own multiple properties in the Portland area. I left a message asking for a call back to schedule a drain leak repair for one of my units. Susie called me back and told me that they were busy and could not get out for at least a week. I said that I had no problem waiting because my tenant has a work around, she said that she would contact my tenant and schedule the appt. I called a week later to get an update, Susie basically suggested that I find another plumbing company to perform the work.
As a business owner, I find this perplexing, there could potentially be other opportunities for Hillsboro Plumbing to maintain plumbing on my other properties. I can understand them working with me and my tenant to find a date/time that would work. But, just telling me to look for another plumbing company to schedule the work is surprising. Yes, maybe this particular job is small, but, this might have been an opportunity for Hillsboro Plumbing to be my goto plumbing company for future needs. Not now.

Horrible service the owner has a temper. I would never do business with this pluming company.

We use River City for a number of commercial properties we manage in and around Portland.  River City has been professional, experienced, solution focused and communicative.  They are also very cognizant of the building's tenants and will work around schedules as to not be disruptive.  They have handled everything from basic plumbing, new installs, storm line jetting, jetting large clogs and scoping and mapping sewer lines.  Overall, they are great to work with and highly recommend.

A clog in the main drainage line from our kitchen sink caused a flood when I took a shower upstairs this morning. The kitchen sink overflowed onto the counters and floor. Roto-Rooter was the only company I called who could help us today, and the technician (Sam) arrived within a couple of hours. He was very professional and courteous, and he resolved the problem completely in about an hour. The cost was on the high side but the job was done quickly and properly and includes a six month warranty. I would definitely recommend this company based on our experience.
