I will definitely use these guys again! Tina was super helpful on the phone and came through for us when our pipes burst during the ice storm. Roy was awesome too! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Oh! And reasonable prices too Thank you Tri County Plumbing!

We hired Fusion Plumbing to help fix shut off valves in all our bathrooms and the kitchen, replace some leaky faucets, and some other plumbing fixes (older house, old fixtures, prior owners bad installs, etc).  The work was done very efficiently, cleanup was great, and John let us know exactly what he found, what he fixed, and why.  It was a little more work than we initially thought it would be before we hired him because we found more we that we wanted/needed fixed and he was able to take care of all of it. We are extremely pleased with the work and overall communication around the job.  And to have a trustworthy and friendly plumber to call when we need is fantastic!  We would not hesitate to hire John and Fusion Plumbing in the future.

If I could rate it lower, I would. We recently had our kitchen remodeled. Our Contractor subbed the plumbing work to Simpson Plumbing. They came in did their part of work and left. Kitchen was completed. During this period of time and for a couple months after the remodel the weather was good..mostly sun. We did have a shower or two...One evening I noticed a leak in my basement (bedroom). Watched very closely, did not notice the leak again (until it rained) I noticed some discolored area's on my ceiling, pushed on it...caved in (sheet rock was wet) Had mold all over the wall, insulation was wet. Called the contractor, who called the Plumber. Plumber came out...was not our fault...we did nothing wrong well we googled mold and found it actually grows pretty quickly. In any case, our contractor tore everything apart (which included removing cabinets in the kitchen) and in the process found the issue. Vent on roof, comes down to sink...there is a point where it comes to a T and the 2 ends were clamped together (were supposed to be) there was a hose clamp on one side...BUT was not tight other side, no hose clamp. They also ran a water line from the source to my refrigerator and just laid it in the floor, did not secure it to anything. In my opinion, and the opinion of my contractors employee's the plumbing was half ass at best. I would NOT recommend hiring this Plumber, as the work is sub par, and then when called on it it's not our fault. NOT eligible for rehire !!

Called and set an appointment. No one showed up and no one called back. That's the definition of a flake in my book.

Drew and his Henco crew did an excellent job re-piping our whole house. They were very creative in dealing with problems. They checked with us regularly to be sure we would be happy with how they were handling various issues. And their work was great. Passed inspection very fast with no exceptions. And the sheet rock guys were in the house as the inspection happened, all ready to start closing things up. We were in a tight time schedule and they got everything done on time.

The locating service they used failed them and missed our main power line to the house. As a result, the lateral drill hit the power line and the power surge burned out three appliances. But Henco is covering our costs and dealing with insurance directly, not us. That's professional service to me.

I hate having to call the plumber.  It is going to cost a fortune and takes forever. Was I wrong. Wow! Talk about a painless experience! Tyler called 20 minutes before he was suppose to get here--which was exactly the time I was promised. Solved my problem--which wasn't even a plumbing problem after all, and get this--DIDN'T CHARGE ME. What???!!! Super nice guy. I hadn't even read any of their reviews, just calling plumbers to get the first one who could come out. Now that I have read other reviews I see why they are rated so high. Needed a backyard hose bib replaced.  The way the bib was mounted in the wall was kinda wonky and when the fella from The Crew went to unscrew the bib, the pipe twisted and broke.  Not a huge deal since there was a cutoff to that bib.
The guys came back next day and replaced all the copper from the cutoff to the bib with Pex and repaired the siding hole they had to cut  All in all it was a good experience.  Will certainly look for The Crew to help if I run into any other projects like this I don't fell I want to tackle on my own

I strongly recommend them!  They are very professional, knowledgeable, reasonable and prompt!  Our bathtub was draining very very slow when I would take a shower. I tried using drano but it didn't work. I decided to call them before it would stop draining altogether. When he came he was friendly and polite.  He really knew what he was doing bringing the latests equipment and unstopped it in such a short time.  Now there is no water buildup when I take a shower.

After going through 3 other plumbing companies who could not fix our complicated problem, John and Pacific Plumbing remained tirelessly devoted to getting us back in service via expert troubleshooting and using their top-of-the-line equipment. Their prices were fair and honest and we got amazing customer service throughout the experience. Next time we will be calling them FIRST to get the job done right!!

Taylor did a great job on our difficult problem.  Now things are working better than ever.   Nice young guy, real entrepreneurial spirit.  Not afraid to get dirty or of hard work.

I called about a water heater, they came out the next day and looked at it, and replaced it the same day! The new water heater works great. They were professional and responsive throughout the process.

I was given Bruner Plumbings name by a friend and was pleased with all the positive reviews I read. First call was answered and told someone would call me back in a little bit. No call.  Day later call from them saying someone would call me that afternoon to schedule work. No call. Week later random called by Bruner plumber who left message saying answer your phone I can come now or maybe later today. Wow by then I had called another company who had professional staff who returned my calls and scheduled me and showed up!

We have used Forbes Plumbing three times now.  The first time was to fix some plumbing items as part of the sale of our previous home and twice more at our new house.  They have been responsive and fixed everything we asked them to look at.  The last trip has uncovered a leak around the packing nut, since they had to turn off the supply valve under the sink, but they returned and have worked on it without question.

Can't say enough positives about Pioneer Plumbing crew and the service they provided. Brian, owner, provided emergency service when our water line was inadvertently broken by PGE, and other companies indicated inability to respond until the following week. Crew, Kyle and Eric, worked all day in miserable temps to locate break, replace pipe, and repair water line.  Brian was in contact with my husband regarding progress, and workers, Kyle and Eric took time to explain situation, plan of work, and likely timetable for completion.  I would have to say, in many years of utilizing professionals for work, they rank high on the list in communication, competence, and overall, extremely pleasant people. Our furnace fan wasn't working and Wolfer's sent Francisco C. out to do the service on it.  He was such a great technician.  So knowledgeable and thorough.  Our furnace fan is working again and our air conditioning is working for the hot weekend ahead.  I would definitely call them again for any heating and air conditioning problem.

I set up an apt for the plumber to fix what ended up being a very simple pipe leak for my dishwasher. They gave us a 2 hour window when they would show up, and no showed! We called multiple times inquiring where he was, no answer, no call back...only use if you have time to waste!

Love these guys. Had them come out back in April to fix a faulty outlet and install a bathroom light fixture. Very reasonably priced. Then just had them come out to install some recessed lighting in our kitchen. Steve gave us the estimate then recommended a less expensive option that was even better. Got the 5 lights installed in less than 2 hours, plus he threw in a dimmer switch for free. This is a great company!!
