We had two toilet fill valves replaced by Cherry City Plumbing. We were charged for the actual work, with no additional fees or charges. Justin was efficient and the quality is excellent. I will call them first next time and not waste time on the businesses that wanted 3x or 5x as much.

After the first company I tried didn't even bother to respond to the emergency call, Advanced Plumbing picked up the phone after midnight. They came out on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and set to work, explaining everything as they went. They even explained why the last time I had the same repair done was now a problem again and what they would do to prevent the same thing happening. It's a rare lately to find people who care about customer service and these guys really do. I wouldn't hesitate calling them again or recommending them.

They did a great job cementing a new mailbox and post for me. They arrived on time and finished the work in a timely manner. We had good communication ahead of time so there were no issues of misunderstanding each other. I felt the price was a little high but will probably use them again for jobs in the future.
