Louis was the only plumber who would come out the same day to fix our problem. He was fast and professional and did a great job!

Our water heater started leaking over the weekend, so it was time to replace it (after 20 years).  I called Cherry City and got to speak to Bruce the owner.  What a great guy.  He told me my options, knew we needed to get it fixed quickly before it completely failed, gave me a fair price, and then picked it up and installed it the same night.  He did it basically at the end of the work day, knowing he would be late getting home, but wanting us to be taken care of.  I could not be happier with his work or his service.  What a great guy.  This is the second time I have used Cherry City and I would go nowhere else.  I can't recommend a plumber higher.  Cherry City should be your first choice!

We had the nightmare of needing to replace 60' of cast iron under the slab of our finished basement.  We had multiple companies in to diagnose the issue and provide quotes.  Some companies recognized the truth of the situation - they had us over a barrel - and it showed in their estimates.  Axiom, on the other hand, was fair to us from start to finish.  Dan showed up promptly and tried to diagnose our problem with a camera at no charge and Bruce looked for creative solutions that would allow us to avoid removing flooring and cabinets.  In the end, we chose the traditional method of removing everything, jackhammering the concrete, laying new pipes, and then pouring new concrete.  The pricing was fair, the Axiom crews were friendly and competent, and the project was scheduled a month before other companies could take it on.  This was a nasty problem, we chose a nasty fix, but I'm very happy we had the Axiom team handling it.

Matt was very professional, dedicated and friendly. He was patient to explain every step of the way. Could tell mine was not a easy case but he didn't give up until it was completely fixed.

I love this company!!! When I called for help they came right out and removed my toilet and installed the new one in no time. Even hauled off the old one! Yay!!! The young man that did the work was so nice and pleasant, almost like a family member. Looking forward to using them again. Thanks guys!

What an ethical firm. The help I needed could be completed by my referring plumber so they called my plumber to properly explain why and give my business back to them.

Clog pro was able to get to our building with the clog the next day.  I have just acquired the building and didn't know much about where things were but Louis was patient and helped me figure out where the cleanout was hidden.  It was a pretty bad clog but Louis kept me apprised of what he was doing.  A lot of the clog was in the city owned part of the main and Louis called the city and advocated for us.  I appreciate his professionalism and customer service. Now Clog Pro is in my rolodex for the next clog at any of the buildings we manage in Portland.
