Best Drainage Installation in Portland OR

I always always use these guys. Except recently, I almost cheated on them with somebody else and I feel horrible about it. Ultimately, I came back to these guys to get the job done. I don't know what I was thinking even considering somebody else.

This was the first time I had worked with their guy named Justin. He is top notch, just like everybody else they have. In particular, Justin's emotional intelligence in terms of explaining the job was fantastic.  You know, plumbing jobs can sometimes induce sticker shock, but he was able to keep me level headed.  With that said, their estimate turned out to be in line, and even better, than the other estimates I received.  

There's just simply nobody else I'm gonna call going forward whenever I need plumbing done. Being able to trust these guys just puts my wife at ease.

We are very pleased with the work Axiom provided in terms of service, price and professionalism.  Elvis and Johnathon worked hard to dig a hole over 7' deep to replace our sewer lines and everything was swiftly done and on time including city inspections.  Even Bruce, the owner, came by to ensure all was in order.  We highly recommend Axiom!

I had a sewer line installed on a vacant lot I own in Lake Oswego. That was five years ago but I found out from the city of Lake Oswego that the final inspection had not been completed. In preparing to sell the lot I had to get this done. I had tried in the past to get in touch with Lovett but I did not receive a return call several times after leaving a message with the front desk. This time I was able to go directly to the excavation department and speak with Bradley Vaughn. He had not been with Lovett during the completion of this project. He took this on and did a fabulous job of resolving this issue. He worked directly with the city of Lake Oswego got a new plumbing permit and researched the past history to resolve some permitting issues. He sent Jaime out to meet me on the lot and show me the sewer scope. Jaime had been on the original job where they had encountered a very dangerous situation where the gas company had incorrectly located the gas main. Bradley scheduled the final inspection with the city of Lake Oswego and it was all completed in a timely manner.  All this in the middle of Covid 19 shutdown and the city employees working from home. Kudos to Lovett and their stellar employee Bradley Vaughn! And a shout out to all the hard working employees who do this dangerous and difficult excavation work!

I never thought I'd be so excited about a sewer repair but these guys are AWESOME!  I am in the process of selling my house and a sewer scope turned up a problem with the line.  Since closing was already set I was in a time crunch to get things done.  Smitty's Sewer Service to the rescue!  Mario and Justin were wonderful throughout the whole process, explaining what they would be doing and answering all my questions.  They started a day later than expected as the locater people had not shown up to mark the gas line so the job went over the weekend.  Great care was taken to cover the holes and make the site safe.  Monday afternoon it was done, and they even took great care to minimalize the damage to my yard.  I highly recommend their service.  Fair price (I had 3 estimates), great communication and work ethic.  If you need your line repaired or replaced give them a call.
