Our bathtub and shower stall both clogged up at the same time on a Saturday night and despite all efforts of plunging and snaking, we finally gave up.  Now I was not going to be going into work on Monday after a heatwave weekend without bathing.  I found Clogpro on Yelp and they answered the phone on a Sunday and the gentleman who answered said he had a tech available!

Josh showed up after about 30 minutes after calling and he was able to figure out what was going on.  I think we had a stubborn clog but he was able to clear it out after several tries.  I was so relieved.  The final cost was the same as I was quoted and was a reasonable price for the amount of work and time he spent.  

If we ever get another clog, we would not hesitate to call Clogpro.  I am so thankful that they were able to help us out on the weekend with no extra weekend surcharge.

Northwest Plumbing & Drain Service has done several plumbing repairs for me over the past three years.  Their service is always prompt, very reliable and reasonably priced.  I want to give them special kudos because recently I was afraid I needed to have some old water pipes replaced in my house.  The water was coming out of a couple of the faucets in a trickle and it was brown with rust.  Fortunately, David the plumber found out that my pipes are still servicable.  He was able to kind of rotor-root out the deposits inside them and now my faucets are working like new.

I wouldn't recommend this company. He was hired by our GC (Gavilan Construction Inc; Tony Moretti) and apparently the GC and him are good friends. His workers put a shut off water main for the house in the far right corner of our crawl space basement where we can't reach unless we crawl all the way to the corner. Also, the diverter that was installed in our shower was not install properly and we realized that AFTER the tiling was done. Beside pipes that was sticking out our flooring making our walls needing to be about a foot thick to hide them, I would definitely not recommend them. The worse part, this guy got paid in full by the GC when the work wasn't even finish yet. Only the rough-in was completed. Because of contract issue with the GC, we had to hired another company to completed the work. I wouldn't recommend them.

I was having a plumbing emergency with a broken shower valve spraying water.  Malmedal Plumbing was able to get a plumber on site in less than an hour. He had all the parts and tools he needed when he arrived and he finished the work in less than an hour. He worked very smart and efficiently. The cost was very reasonable.  Ricardo V!  You did a great job! Gracias! :)

Black Rock replaced a couple of old sewer pipes that ran under some trees.  They were able to burst the pipes by pulling in new pipe through the old pipes.  It saved having to dig up an asphault driveway and saved some beautiful old trees.  I would recommend Black Rock to anyone without reservation.  Professional, prompt, trustworthy, thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable.  Cory, the owner is great and so is his crew.

These guys are reasonably priced, and book within a reasonable time. Bryan replaced a kitchen faucet that a previous plumber frim a contractor installed and never worked properly. He trouble shooted, fixed it,  and was polite.  Sort of novel these days it seems.  I also used this company to snake out the kitchen drain after the kitchen remodel when we saw the cut out pioe was almost totally occluded. Saved me years of grief i think.  One of the contractors said they wouldnt gouge me on price and it's true. Havent noticed any lower quality in work.. just lower price.

We had to do a complete re-pipe of our one level ranch home with a crawl space basement. Galvanized pipes were replaced throughout. Devin came and gave us a great estimate and we scheduled within a couple of weeks. The communication throughout the process was fantastic. We even asked for a couple small additions to the job which Devin said no problem and did them at no extra charge.The estimate was the final price! We learned Devin is a 4th generation plumber and he is very knowledgeable. The convenient thing about Green Box is they are one stop shop with the ability to handle all aspects of the job because they have electricians too so there is no sub contracting or hassle to get someone to come and do what the plumber cant during the job. Would highly recommend and will use them again

sink using a pressure hose and left the job site clean. Zack did a great job and is a credit to Anytime Plumbing.

The toilet was not flushing well. I snaked it . It was clear but still no clear flush. The one in the guest bathroom did flush well so it had to be an obstruction before the Y in the sewer line. They came out and snaked the line. He said he found not obstruction and perhaps it was the toilet itself and offered a new one installed.  So what was a $250 bill turned to $900.00 in a few minutes.  He put in the new toilet but when the plumber showed up to hook things up I heard him arguing with the technician about something not being needed.  Brian ( the technician ) was supposed to get back to us to tell us what was wrong with the toilet. Absolutely no call back. The new commode works fine but we were victims of the old sales game: sell, add on, sell up.   Don't be as gullible as me.

Kevin was great!  He not only answered his phone (which didn't happen with any of the other plumbers I called), but he was available to help and was very reasonably priced (another rarity).  I thought he was very thorough in diagnosing and fixing the problem with the disconnected pipes under my kitchen sink.  I'll definitely call him again and have already shared his number with friends.

Kevin did a great job! He responded within minutes of my request for a quote--he even suggested i call 3 other plumbers for quotes, which I did and he was right: his price was the same or less then all three I called. He was able to come out, confirm the quote and have a new hot water heater installed THAT DAY. I'm sure not all days are that open and we got lucky, but he was great and we are thankful! He answered all our questions thoroughly and brought our new hotwater heater up to code--where the old one wasn't as well as changed out the stand in sits on for a new metal one. I would definitely use him again!

I called Trident out and a tech named kyris showed up, he was professional, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly.  he gave me a bid  showing me exactly what needed to be done and I was a little skeptical at first but I agreed to the price as it was much lower than the other to companies in Salem that gave me bids. Kyris finished up the work and I was blown at how good he did! I will now use Trident Plumbing from now on.. 5 stars for the above and beyond work he did at his price. thank you

It's frustrating calling in a plumber, simply due to the bill you know you'll be hit with. Called My Plumber, and the name became what it is. I am extremely satisfied with his professionalism, attitude, and most of all his work!

Called My Plumber in to add a sink in my garage and attach it to the already built in laundry piping. Without hesitation, Austin gave me a run down of the best and cleanest looking route to go, with an instant rough quote of what we're looking at for parts. Charged me retail cost on parts, and his labor which was GREAT! No Upselling, No hidden fees - just straight up. Hard to come by good work, but I'm glad I called my Plumber. Thanks Austin, and you'll be coming back for more projects I'll have going.

Had a severe water leak in crawl space. Anthony  spent almost 3 hours fixing in a very confined and dirty place. Very happy with him and company. They were able to move my appt up by several days due to water damage occurring.

You will not find a plumber with higher  quality service and professionalism.  They don't nickel and dime you to death   They pinpoint the problem, explain the details of the issue and explain the solution.  Thank you for the help.

Can you give negative stars? The worst company. Unprofessional, rude, and unethical. Do NOT use River City for anything.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
Made an appointment for annual A/C maintenance, using a coupon.
Tech stated repair work needed : $1,200 +.  
He immediately switched to SELL A NEW SYSTEM mode, including buy one within 30 days and save $$$!
A second opinion from another company found minor wear on the contactor.  Nothing that needed immediate attention.

Purchased full house toilet tune-up from Angie's List and needed a leak identified.

Tuned-up 1 out of 3 toilets. Cut a hole in the wall of the master bath to identify leak (because of the sound of water in the pipes from the main bath toilet which was never tuned-up!).

Told us we couldn't have better water pressure in the master bath unless we replaced our pipes because of how old our house is (1970's). Completely incorrect as Sutherland Plumbing just came out and we have excellent pressure from Sutherland just replacing the shower assembly.

Diagnosed the leak as being a break in the line between the main and the house likely to cost $5,000 (something was leaking a lot of water). Were supposed to let us know exact cost and schedule to get the repair done but never received a follow up.

Sutherland Plumbing came out, correctly identified the leak as being in the external sprinkler line and cut off the leak at the source so we can fix when things dry out in the Spring.

Beaverton Plumbing failed at 3 of the 3 tasks we requested.

No stars, if allowed, but unfortunately, to post the review, I have to give them an undeserved star. They sent out someone who couldn't diagnose our problem, and he stayed about twenty minutes. They billed us for a truck charge ($60) and an hour and a quarter technician time, parking (he could have parked in the loading zone), and said our unit was incorrectly installed. The technician also said that the PMC plumbing team would follow up. No follow up. Turns out, after hiring another company, because of the aforementioned lack of follow up, our condensation pump was bad and indeed the unit had been installed correctly. The pump was quickly replaced and all was fixed to our satisfaction BY ANOTHER COMPANY. And still, they billed us on our credit card also telling us today, that they were sending another bill for another $12 or so because they didn't bill us enough in the first place. Very disappointed with the lack of service and professionalism displayed by this company.
