Had a great experience with Green Box Mechanical. Electrician Jeremy installed an electric vehicle charger. We live in a 1926 home with a finished basement which made for a tricky wiring path to the exterior of our house. Jeremy was very thoughtful in his approach and in the end only opened up a small and discreet piece of sheetrock. Jeremy was excellent at explaining modifiers needed in our panel to accommodate the EV Charger and he also helped me puzzle out an unrelated challenge we have been having with an outlet. Great service, punctual and good communication throughout.

CEC installed a Trane heat pump at my house in May of 2020. During the heat wave in the summer of 2021, my heat pump was able to keep my home comfortable even when the outside temperature reached 117 degrees. My electric bills in the summer have been smaller than in my previous homes with air conditioning units only. I have been very happy with my Trane heat pump and with CEC's expertise and customer service.

I had some repair work done on my furnace. The work was done very well, However when they were finished the tecknition said that it would cost an additional 3% unless I paid up immediatly rather than have them send a bill in the mail like my other suppliers. When I paid, the tech could only provide a work order and not a proper invoice. I expected to get an itemized bill so that at least I could check the addition. So far all I have is a work order and it's been 2 weeks. I think that is very poor business practice. If you demand payment you should be able to provide an invoice at the same time
