Kevin did a great job! He responded within minutes of my request for a quote--he even suggested i call 3 other plumbers for quotes, which I did and he was right: his price was the same or less then all three I called. He was able to come out, confirm the quote and have a new hot water heater installed THAT DAY. I'm sure not all days are that open and we got lucky, but he was great and we are thankful! He answered all our questions thoroughly and brought our new hotwater heater up to code--where the old one wasn't as well as changed out the stand in sits on for a new metal one. I would definitely use him again!

We used Northwest before Thanksgiving for a small job.  They were prompt and courteous, and cleaned up perfectly.  They charged us about half of what others quoted us.  Good guys!  Use them, too!

Awesome! We had a sink leak downstairs and an upstairs shower leaking through to the bottom floor. One hour fix! Amazing! We were putting this off in fear of the cost and it was super inexpensive and we are just totally pleased! They send you emails and text messages when scheduled and give ya a text when he was on the way. Will use them again :)

Our water heater started leaking over the weekend, so it was time to replace it (after 20 years).  I called Cherry City and got to speak to Bruce the owner.  What a great guy.  He told me my options, knew we needed to get it fixed quickly before it completely failed, gave me a fair price, and then picked it up and installed it the same night.  He did it basically at the end of the work day, knowing he would be late getting home, but wanting us to be taken care of.  I could not be happier with his work or his service.  What a great guy.  This is the second time I have used Cherry City and I would go nowhere else.  I can't recommend a plumber higher.  Cherry City should be your first choice!

My hot water heater had a significant leak and when I called other plumbers they couldn't come look at it for another week.  Kevin called me back within an hour and was able to come out and replace the hot water heater the very next day and at a much cheaper cost than I was quoted by the others I had contacted.

I love this company!!! When I called for help they came right out and removed my toilet and installed the new one in no time. Even hauled off the old one! Yay!!! The young man that did the work was so nice and pleasant, almost like a family member. Looking forward to using them again. Thanks guys!

We have used Mike Patterson Plumbing for our home and business for over 2 decades. They have always been professional, timely, and provide quality work. So much so, I have referred them to family, friends and even my own customers. This is one of those businesses in the 21st century that still maintains 19th century integrity and work ethics.

First business to respond. Reasonable pricing with a military discount. Great work and extremely knowledgeable. Helped answer lots of questions about various plumbing concerns. Had a kitchen faucet replaced. Honest feedback about our garbage disposal functioning without need to replace. Looking forward to pricing on additional work to add a utility sink to our washer.

A long, long time ago in an alternate universe far, far away, our landlord gave a few drug addicts a job installing our kitchen sink.

Flash ahead 10 years to the day the house became our own. Since then, we knew it was only a matter of time until the drug induced plumbing inspiration would collapse in a disaster of Noah's flood proportions.

That day, or that weekend night actually, was last night when our faucet supply valve failed. 6AM Sunday morning we woke up to a flooded kitchen, warped floor and all.

With 9 women sharing our huge house we couldn't wait until Monday morning. We had to shut off water to the entire 4 floors to stop the leak.

By chance we saw the great reviews for Paul's Plumbing first on Yelp and an online yellow pages. We noted right away they welcomed the emergency calls even on a Sunday morning.

Shortly after talking with the answering service, plumber Tim called us back. He did a triage on the phone trying to save us money from the very first. Once we determined that our job couldn't wait, he set an appointment and was right on time.

The truth is, Sunday plumbing runs double-time, just short of $200 an hour. I won't kid you.

These guys are experienced professionals and had we not owned the meth-addicted plumbing from hell, I know they would have been out of here in 30 minutes.

I had such confidence in their work those first few minutes, and they were so quick, we had them completely rebuild all the plumbing. It was finished to perfection.

In the end they gave us a really fair price for a huge amount of work.

Plumber Tim left us with his personal cell number just in case we ever had another after hours emergency when the answering service was closed.

It is so nice to know Tim is now our plumber and we can safely call on him or the other guys at Paul's to rescue us!

They did a great job cementing a new mailbox and post for me. They arrived on time and finished the work in a timely manner. We had good communication ahead of time so there were no issues of misunderstanding each other. I felt the price was a little high but will probably use them again for jobs in the future.
