Best Backflow Services in Portland OR
I contacted Jacob on a Saturday night regarding a pipe I broke at one of my job sites. Since this was an emergency for me and my client he offered to fix it at the earliest convenience possible. Thank you Jacob for your quick response and reasonable price. I wish every plumbing / irrigation company was this easy to work with. Thank you again Jacob.

I highly recommend this business. Steve is a true professional. Several times he has worked on several complex projects on my property and has done a reliably fantastic job, on schedule, and at good price.

Wow! Being a homeowner can be overwhelming, especially when water is bubbling up where it shouldn't be. After taking my head out of the sand, and deciding to face the issue straight on, I called Crow. They showed up the same day, a few hours after I called them. Joey was great! He had the pipe replaced, showed me some tricks about my water tank and how to add air to it. All in all it was a good experience. THEN I GOT THE BILL...
It was so freaking reasonable, I was actually shocked! Thank you for being a fair, awesome small company! Crow is now in my phone, and I won't hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know!
Thanks again!!!

I can't say enough about this great team of Plumbers. They installed a shower for me at a very reasonable price. They worked well with my schedule and always showed up on time. They kept the workplace ( my bathroom) clean and attended to details. Mason, the owner and Ryan, Mike and Fernando did a wonderful job!! If you need a plumber, these are the guys to call.

Absolutely excellent plumbing company! They plumbed in a sink in our garage and it is perfect! They will be out tomorrow to install a new kitchen faucet. We keep thinking of plumbing projects now haha! They are that good! Good contractors are so hard to find these days. They are excellent!

This review is for the electrical arm of Greenbox. We hired Greenbox to replace knob-and-tube electrical in most of our house and install some extra ceiling lights.
They said it would take 1 week, but the job took 4 weeks with many frustrating conversations. The process was rough -- they drilled into a water line, flooding our basement. They installed the light switches behind the doors. They scratched up our floors. They left us without hot water overnight. We had only one working outlet on the main floor for two weeks.
Eventually, 95% of the job they'd quoted was finished and we thought the drywall carnage they left behind was normal, but every drywall repair contractor we've had out to quote has had some variation on: What happened!?
They used the hole saw freely, leaving exactly 63 perfectly round 4 holes all over our house. Several new outlets that they installed have gaps around the sides of the faceplate, which is concerning as that's quite a standard size. Others are crooked. There are giant holes around several light switches. Frankly, this is our first large electrical project and I thought this might just be normal, but I've been assured by handymen, contractors, electricians, and friends that this is not the case.

Owen came out on a Saturday and found our Backflow device that the city and another plumber could not. Took Owen less than five minutes. What a great employee and a great company. I highly recommend American Backflow to anyone needing these services, and if your really lucky maybe you will get Owen.

The reviews below look paid for. Sure, the job was fine, but the guy worked maybe a half hour and charged me $150 for a valve change when I was quoted around $120. Not satisfied. Going elsewhere next time. As a side note - much better than 5 Mountain plumbing - who are an utter rip off when it comes to price.

We bought our fist house just a week ago, and had to call for plumbing services when our kitchen sink faucet sprung a leak in a huge way! We called around for same day services, and Bob and his team were the only ones that could guarantee getting us in. They came by that afternoon after leaving a voicemail at 7:30 AM. They brought a replacement faucet with them, and even got in some of our other plumbing concerns.
Their customer service was great, they responded quickly and also were very compassionate with us given we are new to home ownership and plumbing issues.

I cannot say enough positive things about Tri County.
Tina in their office is amazing, empathetic, and professional. She helped me figure out what we needed to do when the line between our water meter and the house developed a severe leak last week, and walked me through every step of the process.
Jeremy came out to do the digging, plumbing, and line replacement, and he was efficient, personable, helped us prevent some potential problems with the inspector, and didn't mind when I asked a million questions.
10/10, will definitely be going to Tri County for all our future plumbing needs.

Finding a plumber that crawls under apartment buildings to fix a main sewer line is a challenge these days! Many plumbers I contacted for this repair said they strickly work on new construction projects. Except Burfitt! They do it all, and were very responsive and reliable, and did a great job. Alan was great to work with.

Came out, checked the water heater leak, told us when he could do it as he would have to order the part. He told us about Stan the Water Heater Man might have the part and said to call him if he did not and he would take care of us as soon as the part came in. I want to thank him for coming right away and for giving us another one that could help us sooner. Thanks, I would use them in the future.

I've used them several times now. The receptionist is always so sweet and on top of it. They show up on time and they get the work done. Their rates are normal or average I should say for a plumbers. I would never take my chance would not having the work done right especially when dealing with water. I trust these guys and will continue to use them.

I called Joni to help out a customer of ours whose house we were painting. They came out to install a water supply line to the refrigerator. They were fast, friendly, and very professional. Upon further inspection of my clients new home they found several things that needed updates in the basement. My client was very pleased at how thorough and professional they were throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company. I've been in the trades a long time and companies like crown plumbing are rare. Call them, you won't be disappointed.

I've had them do several jobs on my house and rentals. The guys are dependable, I didn't feel like they suggested things I didn't need. Mark even walked me through something simple rather than just taking my money.
I wish they did electrical too!

This is one of those times that I am simply astonished that this business would treat a former customer with so much disrespect. I used Hillsboro Plumbing twice before to install a toilet and garbage disposal. Travis, the tech who did the previous work was great. But on the third attempt to use them, the lady who answers the phone, well let me put it in a kind way; she is costing them a lot of business. This use to be my go to plumber in Hillsboro, but not anymore. While the actual workers are good, it is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment or get a return call. Their response is that they are too busy and they make no attempt to be helpful. I wish I could speak to Travis about this matter, but I doubt he will be allowed to call me back.

Watch out! They will charge you for their Driving Time no matter what time your appointment is scheduled. My appointment was at 8AM. They sent 2 mechanics and charged me one hour each just for their time to drive to my shop. Whoever has an employer pay for your driving time to get to work, please raise your hand... NONE, I bet!
So, two guys at $85/hour after they already billed me $60 for their Vehicle and Fuel charge: I'm $230 down before the job even started! They worked from 8-9:25AM and told me the total work time was 5.5 hours, does this add up to you?
Then, they offered to take the old window air conditioning unit with them...but did not explain to me that they were actually going to charge even more for that. I thought it was a courtesy of the company, but Nope. It was on my dime... We have a huge dumpster behind our building, which I was planning to use anyway (if only I had known).
The 2 mechanics they sent were good, but I do NOT like how this company treated me. I honestly do not feel they were forthright or fair with me... It makes me wonder if this treatment had to do with me being a Female Minority Small Business Owner. If they talk fast enough, I might not understand what they are up to. Just an FYI to everyone, beware before using this company.

My Egress window well flooded, I spent over an hour bailing water until it was empty. The young man came out spent 2.5 hours messing with it, filling the well with water. The water was back where it started, ready to flood the basement again. He said he cant fix it. He didn't have the right tools to drain the water. I pressed him on it and basically said its not his job. He charged $500 to make the problem worse. Shame on you ROTO ROOTER. Solution: Provide proper tools or train your emplyees better. Lower your prices when you fail to fix something and make it worse!
