We had two toilet fill valves replaced by Cherry City Plumbing. We were charged for the actual work, with no additional fees or charges. Justin was efficient and the quality is excellent. I will call them first next time and not waste time on the businesses that wanted 3x or 5x as much.

Scope of this project was to move / flip half bath and laundry, remove corner storage and change door from standard to a pocket door. This included associated plumbing, electric and wall texturing.

Unable to use the word quality and ABC Handyman together. After gave him the stop work order, we were able to see the total waste of labor and materials. The pocket door is actually the only thing that appears okay. We are still (daily) finding shortcuts, errors, miscues.

Bottom line, he couldn't arrive before 11am 90% of the time. If he was on site, it was limited. He would bring unqualified people to our house and leave. Two guys, same day brought their dogs into our garage. Totally unacceptable.

We are in process of having to take all the 'new' dryer venting (abs, not metal) out and replace it to code. He overspent by over 25%; charged tools to our bills after we had approved only materials of two items. We wasted almost a month and over 5K on a project that he said he could do in 5 days, maybe 10.

We laugh only because he 'prides himself' that he has never had some call back for warranty work. Hint, no one wants him back!  The texture was to match the remainder of the house. We have small orange peel. What he did was xl 5 year old throwing crap on the way. And the w/d as well as all fixtures had 'added' texture too.

The guy does sloppy work, nothing to code and nothing is completed in a timely manner. I can't say how much regret we have allowing this man into our home. Zero quality, zero value.

Chris is a very reliable person. His work and his service is top of the line. I had an experience with him fixing leaks at my house. His quote is very reasonable and his schedule is very punctual.
I would like to recommend him to anybody needs a plumber.

We lost the handyman that we've been using for our business during COVID. Not knowing who to turn to, I went to Yelp and found Tod. After leaving him a voicemail, he quickly returned my call and we discussed the current work I needed completed at the office. It was a Thursday when we spoke. He offered to come out the next day (even though our office was closed) and see if it was something he could handle quickly on the outside of the building. Indeed it was! He communicated with me once he arrived at the sight letting me know he could take care of it. He completed the work and sent me a picture, letting me know he'd email me an invoice. Tod was so easy to work with and did a great job! It's hard to find a good handyman who won't put off the small stuff a customer needs done, like we did. In fact, he went out of his way to take care of it over the weekend for us. So glad we stumbled upon him here on yelp and have someone we can go to in the future as needs arise, and they will! :) Thanks Tod!

Called him out for trailer brake issues.  My opinion is that he was not well prepared or equipped for this issue.
I will say that he was very responsive to my request for help, so for other issues he might be fine.  He was amiable and tolerant of my frustration.  Because I rarely have others fix things on my farm,  I can be a difficult customer. He did help steer me in the right direction, and because of my obvious dissatisfaction only charged me for the service call. I hate wiring issues but decided to fix it myself or take it to a fully equipped and supplied shop..

We received a bid for electrical work at a remodel job. Roth's bid came in at 65% higher than all others so our choice was obvious. We also received a bid for some minor electrical work at our current home which also came in much higher than everyone else. Both times we were charged the $89 estimation fee which I think is ridiculous. No other company charges for a quote. They make you give them a credit card that they keep on file before they'll send a tech out.
Justin R. gave us a bid for our minor electrical work that came in at $1650. I said I needed to discuss it with my spouse before deciding and in fact, a couple days later I sent an email stating we were going with another company that came in much less. Soon after that I received an email invoice stating Justin had credited our card with $825.00. When I called their office, Valerie said Justin took it upon himself to assume we were going to agree to the work from Roth and CHARGED it to our credit card! NEVER did I agree to the work and NEVER did I give permission for Justin to fraudulently charge to our card!
I called to complain about this, sent many emails to Justin and his supervisor and have directed Roth to destroy my card information.
In my opinion, not only is this company overcharging by ridiculous amounts but to take someone's credit card and charge any amount without the customer's permission is illegal, unethical and should be grounds for termination.
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. There are hundreds of qualified, ethical companies out there.

They did a great job cementing a new mailbox and post for me. They arrived on time and finished the work in a timely manner. We had good communication ahead of time so there were no issues of misunderstanding each other. I felt the price was a little high but will probably use them again for jobs in the future.
