Best Shower Installation in Plano TX

I called Mark Ondras Plumbing and had Service from them for the first time today. I could not be more satisfied with the service and value that i received. I left a message and was called back in 15 mins and told a tech would be here in about an hour. About an hour later Kevin arrived, he was polite, knowledgeable and got straight to work after assessing problem (clog). He had to run the snake nearly out to the street to clear it, and afterwards he checked that it was clear from both the kitchen and the laundry room (ran a small load to test). While assessing the clog some dirty waste water backed up and spilled onto the tile floor and Kevin cleaned it all up. The charge for service was very reasonable, it was less than i expected. There may be other great plumbing services out there, but after my experience with Mark Ondras I won't call anyone else. I am so happy to support a high quality small business that is located in my neighborhood.

This is based purely on an estimate so far, but we couldn't be happier with Professor Plumb from that one experience. We had a leaking outside garden faucet for months. After I realized that it was an anti-freeze valve and outside of my capabilities. I was dreading for months calling a plumber. Sure enough the first plumber I call takes a look and throws out an outrageous work order claiming that they will have to rebuild and re-weld the pipes.

I called Professor Plumb out for a second opinion.  He comes out and takes a look, finds a bolt in the back that he tightens free of charge and everything works great. Says that we likely have a few years before it might need to be replaced.

They will be the first person we call in the future, thanks!

The Good Fellas provided great service! Reached out for clogging issues and The Good Fellas came out quick to fix our issues and were very professional. Highly recommend!!!

Water heater install today was flawless. He even corrected sloppy work from other plumbers (replaced my drain pan and fixed the water line connections) to avoid flooding my attic. Details like that make all the difference and give confidence that the job is as done right. I appreciate Jeff and the fantastic job he did today. He eared my business for life.

I had an appointment with Jose scheduled for an issue with my sink. When I spoke to him on the phone before the appointment, he was able to talk me through what the issue might be and explain to me how to test/fix it. His instructions ended up allowing me to fix what was a relatively simple issue, when he justifiably could've just waited until the appointment and charged me the service call fee. The fact that he prioritized helping me over his own financial gain speaks to his integrity and the fact that he can be trusted to have the best interests of the customer in mind--something that is rare. I would highly recommend Cuellar Plumbing, and would be happy to use the company again if I have future plumbing needs.

We had a plugged laundry drain. He was the only one who would give a direct estimate for repair and see us the same day. 20 minutes later, drain was unplugged same day and we were able to use it. Would recommend him wholeheartedly.

We had a stopped tub and slow drain in the bathroom. I spoke to Dustin Edelman about our problem and he gave me a range of cost, which was lower than other quotes we received by half. He arrived promptly at the time he said he would, charged even less than expected, was extremely professional and helpful. I really appreciate him as a sole proprietor, making a living, and I prefer having the person behind the company doing the work. I highly recommend Dustin Edelman!

Randy Staggs is an outstanding plumber who provides excellent service.  While visiting my sister here, we had a plumbing emergency at her house.  Water was shooting everywhere!  Mr. Staggs showed up immediately (he was in the area so he rushed over!). He assessed the situation, provided an extremely reasonable bid, and fixed the problem and troubleshot a little extra.  Exceptional service and workmanship.

Ahndre and Hubert were great. they explained everything and took care of the problem. They showed me the cost and what was going on. They did good work under the sink and fixed my problem.

I was very impressed with Brian's work. After another company, Saving Grace Plumbing, failed me, I called Brian. He came the same day, found the exact leak spot, got access to it without making a lot of damage and did the replacements. His cost are very affordable, too. I highly recommend his company.

What an amazing plumbing company! From Laurie who answers the phone and assesses the problem, to Mike who comes out to find a solution sincerely caring about what he's doing, to the owner who runs the business with integrity, I am continually impressed.  We are faithful customers who have seen them work miracles time and again when we need them most. Wrote my first review of this company back in '20 and have to say that they continue to exceed expectations. From Meagan and her teammates in the office to Rockstar Plumber Jeremy you truly cannot go better with your plumbing needs. For us it was a two day trip as we wanted Jeremy & Manny to evaluate two older toilets, change a shower filter, and snake a bathroom drain. Making the decision to replace both toilets, Jeremy (working alone) returned a few days later to remove the old toilets and replace them with two new ones we chose to purchase directly from Legacy.
So very pleased with Legacy, Meagan & team, Manny, and our Rockstar Plumber, Jeremy.  Thank you all...call Legacy for your plumbing work.
