Working with Good Brothers Homemakeovers was a wonderful experience. I spent many hours researching and checking references before starting a major remodel of our master bathroom. After meeting with Frank Bonilla, I knew I had found the best contractor for our job. He spent hours with me explaining in detail what would be done, going through the bid, listening to my ideas, and answering all my many questions. He stayed true to the estimate and help to keep us on budget. They are not only professional at what they do, but also reliable, dependable, and honest. The quality was beyond what we expected. His entire team was always on time, extremely polite, cleaned up each day, and worked very hard. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Frank and team, for my beautiful bathroom. I still can't believe the before and after pictures.  We love it!!

I'm in a place in life where every penny counts.  Brian is the owner of this company, he did efficient, high quality work.  I am actually embarrassed over the fact that I forgot that I had asked Brian to install a new shut off valve, which he did,  but I forgot to calculate the cost of the valve and installation.   Brian is an honest, sincere, hard working contractor and I apologize for being suspicious.   I will be calling Brian back as I need further work.

I would stay away. We hired TLC for a large remodel (gut job) based in part on the positive reviews online. They demanded heavy upfront payment and continually asked for more cash to continue even though we had paid for a lot more than had been completed. They missed every timeline they gave us. There were repeated and unexplained delays, including weeks at a time where no one would show up to the site. Communication and responsiveness were poor and it was very hard to get any information or updates on the project. We are 15 months into what should have been a 5-6 month project and there's still a lot of work left even though at this point we've paid almost all of the agreed budget. We are now having to hire another contractor to finish the job. On top of that we have significant funds unaccounted for and I've had to hire a lawyer for the first time in my life to try and resolve this. I do not recommend working with TLC. If you do please be very careful about how much you pay in advance. Feel free to message me for more info.

I hired Miguel to take down two chandelier hanging light fixtures and install two different ones in their place.  He was great!  Communicated clearly with me via text, showed up on time and charged me exactly what he had quoted.  Very professional and friendly.  All around great experience!
