I had an embarrassing moment where I thought the main water to my house was off so I tried to remove my shower valve cartridge and it broke. Turns out I just turned off the sprinkler valve like a dumb dumb so water was spraying everywhere after cartridge broke. I yelled at my wife to call a plumber but the first company we called couldn't come out for an hour. That wasn't going to cut it so we asked if they knew anyone else we could call. They recommended Garrison and when we called they said they'd have someone out in 5 minutes! When the guy arrived he had water off in 1 minute and saved me from flooding my whole house. From there he offered some great tips to finish the job. They also didn't try to rip me off for the emergency service when they very well could have charged a lot more than they did.
