All the 21+  reviews given by my neighbors on these guys were superb and I decided to give them a try and was not disappointed.

Good communication, upfront, and friendly.  

Kevin Anderson from Ardent Plumbing came by my house and inspected my plumbing and fixed the clogged kitchen-washingroom-bar-garage drainage line that I called them for. Kevin was also very informative on preventative measures and options to fix other plumbing issues should I have them.

I'll definitely recommend them and call them back should I have any plumbing needs!

I had a great experience with Lex's plumbing and Robert White.  My T&P valve was leaking on one of my hot water tanks while I was out of town.  I called Lex's late expecting to just leave a voicemail but I ended up speaking to Alex.  I explained the problem and he set up an appointment for when I would be back in town.  
Robert called when he was on his way.  Once he arrived he didn't even knock on my door with a crescent wrench. Used the doorbell like a regular person. Robert  identified himself, wore shoe covers, replaced the valve, checked everything, cleaned up, and gave estimates on a few other things I was just throwing around.  
I was tagging along while he was working and he was explaining everything, answerd any questions I had from life expectancy of hot water tanks, brands recommended, tankless heaters, and just the normal chit chat.
No sales pressure.

I found the price to be reasonable and in line with other plumbers around the Frisco, McKinney, Allen area.  
I realize Alex has a business to run, pay his employees, truck fleet, advertising, tax man, and make a living...So I will gladly pay for an honest and reputable plumbing company.

Also FYI if you haven't bought a water heater in the last year there are new regulations on hot water tank efficiency. Not only are they larger now due to the mandated insulation they are more expensive as well.
This was part of The Department of Energy's National Appliance Energy Conservation Act.

Again I have used several different plumbers over the past few years. I was impressed with Lex's and they are saved in my contact for any future work.

I wouldn't pay any attention to the negative reviews.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Very responsive and polite. We texted and there was a misunderstanding. They bought a hot water tank and went to my house for an installation while I thought just a diagnostics and estimate. They politely told it was fine. So, I just feel I can trust them. I proposed a small job right after that and they agreed although they might have had a lot of other big works to do. Deserve to get a good review.

I'm in a place in life where every penny counts.  Brian is the owner of this company, he did efficient, high quality work.  I am actually embarrassed over the fact that I forgot that I had asked Brian to install a new shut off valve, which he did,  but I forgot to calculate the cost of the valve and installation.   Brian is an honest, sincere, hard working contractor and I apologize for being suspicious.   I will be calling Brian back as I need further work.

Our hot water heater's pilot light kept going out even on calm, non-windy days. I called Carlos after reading his amazing reviews, and he came out, knew immediately how to fix the problem and got the job done. He and Mario are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I'll be calling All Metroplex Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs!!

Unscrupulous business. They charge based upon their 'perception' of the customer's ability to pay. Repaired my buried water supply line. They repaired the line, in the same place about 3 years ago. Repaired AGAIN (same place, same way) 6 months ago. Failure was due to poor workmanship. Warranty is 30 days.  I overheard their guy talking to the office about what to charge another lady (who apparently had similar repairs). The office said 'aww... just charge her $X,XXX dollars... she's got plenty of money... she can afford it' (or something close to that).  And last time, they insisted on charging me for a line locator even though I pointed to the EXACT SPOT to dig. Line locator truck was here about 30 minutes. I never saw any equipment, or attempts, to locate the buried line. The four Crown employees stood around for roughly 30-45 minutes b4 line locator crew left without doing anything. They dug where I told them to dig (where to puddle had formed). Never again. Please... find another plumbing company who will stand behind their work... and will NOT overcharge like this company does.

Jeff came out today to fix my faucet handle. Was honest and upfront about he would need to do. Was on time and got the job done quickly! Respects your home and is overall a good guy! Highly recommended!

I had called my Home Warranty company and they sent a plumber who diagnosed a leak in my sheet rock to a leaking shower pan. I called C&W change the shower pan. They did a thorough test and determined the problem was not a bad shower pan liner but because of cracks in my shower enclosure and grout issues in my tile that was causing water to seep through. They spent 2 hours patiently diagnosing the exact problem and saved me hundreds of dollars. A job well done by Sam, the plumber.

We developed a leak under our kitchen sink and a good friend recommended Casto Leak. He came and fixed the leak leaving us satisfied that the problem had been resolved. Very nice people and they do good work. It was $99 for everything. I highly recommend this business!

.Greedy company, greedy company ,greedy company. After i wrote on YELP the  review ,manager called me to justify what they charged me and  told me excuses about the charges .As i understood, the company policy is :the money first ,the clients :milch cows.
