To reiterate for anyone reading reviews and looking for a plumber, don't believe anything negative posted about Mark Ondras. His CORRECT number is (972) 841-5870.  Mark is one of the very best contractors I've ever dealt with in any trade!  He is hard working, honest, punctual, and fairly priced for the services he offers!  He built his very successful plumbing business the old fashioned way - through hard work, dedication, and treating customers like he'd want to be treated.  He ALWAYS answered his phone himself or called me back promptly every time I've ever called.  I'm VERY picky about who I trust as a contractor and I am 100% satisfied with any and all dealings we've ever had with Mark, and really can't say enough nice things about him as a person. There's a reason he always stays so busy!

Water heater install today was flawless. He even corrected sloppy work from other plumbers (replaced my drain pan and fixed the water line connections) to avoid flooding my attic. We own multiple rentals and are always in need of a plumber.  I used Legacy Plumber several times in the past (out of laziness).  Their repairs are good and prompt, but we were always so put off with their up-front pricing. They required a $50 charge to come out, then a charge to do the diagnostic at some $50 per quarter hour, then they'll give us an estimate for the repairs. We were looking at $200 already before they even touch anything. Eek, this kind of business practice gives me a headache.  A pipe burst in one rental house and the entire first floor got flooded. I needed a plumber right away. Even though I was their repeat customer, they gave me the same up-front speech. I called Key Plumbing and got my repairs done right away without all that non-nonsense pricing. I recommend 24-Hour Key Plumbing.

Helped with a slow draining drain. Very responsive and very nice. I had some confusion over billing and he was quick to help.

Our garbage disposal was not working. Cuellar came and got it working quickly and even tightened the faucet as a bonus!  They do not charge a service fee and their pricing was very fair. I will definitely use them again.

they came out to my house and didn't fix the problem my toilet was still clogged up even after they said it was fixed water all over the floor I wouldn't recommend these people at all

Mike and Adam came to give us a second opinion on the broken sewage pipe we had. At $5700 we figured a second opinion was worth it. They found that our pipe was NOT BROKEN- it was a calcium build up! They saved us more tan $6000!

They are a family business and Casey is fantastic! We had a gas fireplace starter pipe that needed replacing and he and his assistant came out and in one hour, removed the old pipe which was really on there, and installed new gas starter pipe for a reasonable price. We've used them before and they always exceed our expectations! Highly recommend!

Just needed a simple fix of the sink stopper in the Master BA and they accommodated me on the schedule since I was a teacher and couldn't have them come during the weekdays. I also got a teacher discount, which is amazing to boot! They were punctual, efficient, and provided friendly service. Randy Staggs, owner of the company, responded very quickly to our request. He installed two new hand-held shower heads, a leak detector, and checked our main water shut-off valve for proper operation. He's smart, experienced, efficient, and thorough.

We needed our furnace checked because a home inspector who went over our condo with us prior to purchase was unable to inspect the furnace because of the bolted cover over it. Randy recommended his other company, newly created Dallas Heating and Air Conditioning, to do the furnace check.

With my okay, he called the technician, Vincent Marrone, and he arrived at our condo in just a few minutes. Surprisingly, he found that the 2018 furnace was not wired in properly and that it was not operational. He corrected the wiring and we smelled the heat for the first time since buying our condo in February!

I cannot recommend Staggs Plumbing and Dallas Heating and Cooling strongly enough. We signed up for annual HVAC checks because Vincent was so impressive on his first visit here.

Brian was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in a stressful situation. I appreciate the fact that he didn't just come to our house to make money but instead was determined to solve the problem.
