Just wanted to thank Mark Ondras Plumbing for prompt service, honest assessments & quality work! This is the second time we have had them out & have been beyond satisfied with  their excellent customer service. The first time was on a Saturday for a main line break & their charge was so reasonable!

We were very pleased with Professor Plumb.  He was available exactly when we wanted him, his price was very competitive to install two water heaters (he was the lowest of three I called), he was friendly, did a great installation, took the old ones away.  There is nothing negative I could say about his work.  His associate was friendly and courteous as well.  While here, he looked at our lawn sprinkler system which had an issue, and helped with the repair of that with no charge.  We would definitely hire again for any plumbing need.

Water heater install today was flawless. He even corrected sloppy work from other plumbers (replaced my drain pan and fixed the water line connections) to avoid flooding my attic. Details like that make all the difference and give confidence that the job is as done right. I appreciate Jeff and the fantastic job he did today. He eared my business for life.

Luis and Evan came to my home and kindly put on shoe covers as they entered. I showed them the work I needed done today and the supplies I purchased. Before starting the job, they showed me the correct price quote that I was quoted over the phone when I made the appointment. They began work quickly. Throughout the job, they communicated effectively with me and showed me potential roadblocks that may increase the price of the job. They provided me with several options on how to move forward and discussed in laymen's terms the issues that may arise. I truly appreciate their communication with me throughout the job. I felt comfortable and I trusted their expertise. Luis is a true problem solver. He discovered my showerhead was faulty and replacing it, instead of going another route could ultimately fix my problem. At the end of the visit, he went over all of the work that was completed. I signed and received an email copy of my receipt. Luis saved me money today. He also provided me with the expected expenditure, if I wanted to do more work in the future for this bathroom. I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism, a rare qualities in the service industry. I also like that this company sends two men for a job. This saves on time and money. Luis and Evan were both very friendly and have awesome customer service! I have worked with other residential plumbing companies in the past and I can say that BY FAR, this company EXCEEDS the rest! Luis provided me with his personal business card (which on the back gives me $25 off my next repair for a minimum purchase of $100). He also said I could email or text him with questions or upcoming home plumbing repairs. I have found a plumbing company for LIFE! This was the BEST experience I've had! If I need any plumbing work done on my home, I will NOT hesitate to call Legacy Plumbing and I intend to tell all my family and friends!

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! We were so grateful to Genzel Plumbing for finding a way to come out quickly to fix our outside faucet leak. We had put off getting this fixed but wIth the sudden cold, we were afraid of serious damage to our home's pipes. Although the problem was more serious than we realized, they worked with us on the price and the solution. We highly recommend them!

This is a family owned and operated company that provides quality work and exceptional customer service.  They were polite, professional, and efficient.  I called because I needed a new dishwasher installed and it required new pipes and hoses.  April (office manager/dispatch?) was very kind and helpful and scheduled an appointment for me.  Matt and Juan came out first thing the next morning and took care of everything I needed and were even kind enough to look at some other work that I wanted done.  They are very knowledgeable and affordable.  They clean up after themselves and wear booties over their shoes to keep your floors clean.  Will definitely use them for future projects! Be sure to ask for Matt!

Ok so talk about being skeptical on Yelp from others review BUT LET ME TELL YOU !! These guys are the REAL DEAL top notch professionals and KNOW what they are doing.  They were respectfully timely, kept a clean workspace, kept me informed, was paced to complete the job timely and charged me beyond FAIRLY!!   I was comfortable with them coming out during Covid as they were all masked up.  On top of this all it was last minute and consideration was given to me due to my broken foot. Thank you 308 So much for meeting beyond my needs.

Reached out to Legacy Plumbing again to replace some older fixtures around the house. And will continue to use them for their quick response to inquiries, punctuality and professionalism. Will and Joey did some work for us recently and the service was was excellent. Both are professional and knowledgeable. Recommend and will use them again.

I had two puddles forming in my front yard between the water cutoff at the house and the meter on the street. I called a few plumbers, and Zoom was able to come out right away. They quickly diagnosed the problem, did some digging, and confirmed the problem before they started doing the job. I had a major leak in my freshwater line to the house. The repair quote was a lot (although certainly reasonable), but fortunately, I had insurance to cover the sewer and the freshwater and gas lines. If you don't have this, you'd be crazy not to get it. It's cheap, and it saved me $5250.

The team from Zoom went to work quickly. This was a several-day job over the weekend, but they still got it done. They also unclogged and outgoing internal line to the sewer.

The crew was professional and very effective. Robert, the supervisor, was checking on the job frequently, and he talked to me a lot about what was going on and how the job was taking place. I felt fully informed as the job is progressing. My insurance company took a little too long to pay for it, but Robert was notably patient. Hopefully, your insurance company will pay faster. The job was done extremely well, we had only a minimum of inconvenience (although we had to leave the water off unless we used it, since it would fill the trench they had dug).

In summary, Zoom did a great job. They were all professional, focused, very timely, and responsive. I feel fortunate to have found a new plumbing company that I can use with confidence. Having your waterline go out is no fun, but the guys from Zoom handled it quickly, professionally, and effectively. I have no hesitation in recommending Zoom Drain for any type of plumbing needs, and if you need a sewer line, freshwater line, or a gas line repaired anywhere in the Plano/North Dallas area (or further if they service other areas), these are the guys to call.

I called CPR Plumbing believing I had a leak in a pipe just outside of my foundation. They came out that day exactly when they said they would, which seemed odd to me as I have never had a service person of any profession actually show up exactly when they said they would! After it was discovered the issue was more serious than I previously thought, Adam told me exactly what the issue was (and showed me) and what the options were to fix it. The owner Chad also came out to verify the issue and gave me the complete rundown of what the potential cost could be.

What I really appreciated was how Chad let me know exactly what the possible scenarios could be and what options I had and what it could cost, he made sure I had all of the information. After all of that THEY STILL COMPLETED THE WORK FOR THE LOWEST PRICE OPTION THAT DAY! I was in a bad position and they didn't try to take advantage of that at all, there was no attempt to price gouge me or talk me into a more expensive unnecessary option.

All 3 of the men I dealt with were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend CPR Plumbing to anybody that needs a good plumber!

We had a leak from a spigot outside that flooded our guest bedroom, hall and office. We called as soon as we noticed and within a couple of hours Josh arrived. He was able to fix the problem. We are very happy with our experience.

I had called my Home Warranty company and they sent a plumber who diagnosed a leak in my sheet rock to a leaking shower pan. I called C&W change the shower pan. They did a thorough test and determined the problem was not a bad shower pan liner but because of cracks in my shower enclosure and grout issues in my tile that was causing water to seep through. They spent 2 hours patiently diagnosing the exact problem and saved me hundreds of dollars. A job well done by Sam, the plumber.

I had a suspected slab leak and contacted American up front. They quoted me $295 to locate  the leak, guaranteed.
When the technicians arrived, I explained my suspicions. They proceeded to run a test of the incoming water line and determined there was no leak. They did the same with the outgoing sewer line and also determined there was no leak. Total time - about 40 minutes.
Let's see, $295 for 40 minutes. I can hire most attorneys in DFW for less than that. If you use them, see if they will quote you a minimum fee for the initial tests.

Scout Plumbing has sent George out to our house a few times over the years and we are always impressed how quick they get back to us to schedule an appointment and George's quality of work is always great.

RUN. Don't ever use them. CROOKS!!!! Installer came through ceiling. A/C never
worked right. Had to come back a year later and redo entire attic work. Way
overpriced! Neighbor got same system at half the price. They pay for those big
ads in the paper by ripping off senior citizens.

Worst person answering the phone !! You can imagine what their service is like .. she kept arguing with me about billing vs invoicing .. all I asked HOW DO U BILL ?
She said look we don't bill .. I said yes .. I understand I need to know what the billing rate is ... anyway as a business owner I WILL NEVER CALL THEM !!!

As the big winter storm Elliot was blowing in, I discovered that my water heater had flooded my garage during the night. We just moved to McKinney barely two months ago, so I didn't know who to call. I searched Yelp and found Roto Rooter for my first call (as I expected to have to call a couple places to find someone to come right away).  No more calls necessary as RotoRooter had Robert to me within a couple of hours!  Robert was extremely efficient and quickly assessed my situation. Not only was the water heater corroded and needing to be replaced, but it wasn't installed to code for more than one issue. He showed me the problems and what he would need to do to fix them. As soon as I gave the go ahead, Robert was hard at work!  He worked efficiently and diligently all afternoon in a freezing cold garage.  Although I offered many cups of hot beverage, he never accepted and never complained, he just kept working!  He came back the next morning to finish up then walked thru my house to make sure it all worked ok and the pipes hadn't frozen. Robert is the best!  He was my Christmas angel during this cold front and 3 days before Christmas!!  Thank you Robert!

So far the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. These guys are a total rip off. Big scam.
I had asked for an estimate for sprinkler repair and might have misunderstood/ misheard over phone of their policy of charging $80 just to visit. The technicians came to look at the issue and quoted $575 just to replace two sprinkler heads and fix a broken pipe at a T-section. When I asked them for a coat breakdown for their estimate, they refused to answer and the guy said he is the supervisor and that's the only price they would do it for.  The sprinkler head  that I was looking to replace does not cost more than $20. So, obviously they are either quoting whatever comes to mind or just jacking up costs at their will.
To add to this, the owner lady was very rude over phone and spoke in an extremely threatening manner. Instead of  trying to understand what the issue was and attempt to hear from the customer
, this lady was yelling at me on the phone and said she was going to call the police for theft of service.
Really?? Is this the way how you earn business? They probably have not heard a thing about how to talk to customers. The owner lady said she had my address and phone number and was calling to let me know that she was calling the police on me. I have never seen such pathetic behavior from a business ever!!! I decided that I would pay the inspection fee of $80 but not go ahead and give them my business. At this, the lady yelled again at me saying if I was going to pay by card, they would charge me 4.5% extra as that was the service fee for making card payments. She added that she wouldn't get off the phone until she got her payment. Again, like really??? Where on earth do these guys come with such ridiculous rates? I've worked for banks and I know how these things work!!!
Thankfully, I did find someone to fix my sprinklers at half the cost these guys were charging me. My advice to anyone looking around for sprinkler service/ landscaping is to please do yourself a service by not approaching these guys!!! Atrocious prices and totally appalling  behavior.
