Very happy with Express Plumbing. Its such a relief to find a professional that I can actually trust. (especially when he was dealing with me and not my husband) I was ripped off by a big name plumber who didn't even finish the job. I called Express Plumbing and the same day Steve came out and fixed the mess the other guys left. He was quick and very reasonable. I have since had him come back to install a hot water tank, as well as a new furnace and AC unit. I highly recommend!

I called with a frustrating plumbing issue which  required a second emergency Visit to my home. The technician (Jason) was knowledgeable, pleasant, & professional on both visits. I would definitely look to Gerard Plumbing for future needs!

I had a shower issue and was given this plumber's name by a good friend. This company is absolutely amazing and efficient.  I emailed them on a Sunday they called at 8:30 Monday morning and set an appointment for Tuesday. They came and replaced the part in 40 minutes before noon the next day. They are friendly and fair as well as honest

Seem to do good work and are fairly priced, but Rarely show up when they say they will - always running late.

I called MX Mechanical to fix my HVAC - Zsolt was responsive and very quick. He made sure everything was done properly and made sure I was happy before he left. He keeps you inform and always shows up on time plus he is a nice guy.

I would recommend Zsolt and MX Mechancial to anyone...

The service man & phone person were very nice. Way over priced. I was quoted $4200. Got the job done for$500. Want to warn others.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I was charged $90 just for them to come to my house regarding leaking hot water tank. They said I needed a new one and the estimate for it totaled $5844 (in addition to the $90 which they said would not be applied to that cost). I had also asked them how much it would be to add a shut off valve to my plumbing. Their estimate for that was $399!!! I am a woman, but I am not stupid. I have several rental properties; and I know what it should cost for these things. I told them their prices were obscene and called another company who is installing the same size, same brand high quality tank for $2339. The $90 was down the drain, pardon the pun. I guess I'll chalk it up to learning a lesson to never call these people again. I wish I had read the huge number of one star reviews and complaints about these rip offs. I would not have called them, wasted $90 for nothing, and wasted my time which I could have used to actually make arrangements to fix the problem for an acceptable price. How the owner stays in business, I'll never understand. No one with an ounce of sense would pay these inflated prices.

called them to check our kitchen faucet which stopped working and check on a downstairs leak from the wash tub. Kitchen faucet needed replaced and they wanted $625 for a new one.. just the faucet. Said we had broken pipes under the concrete in the basement - the boss quoted $3200 over the phone. after an hour nothing was fixed and they charged $265 for a Diagnostic fee... Called another plumber, replaced my faucet I bought at Lowes for $129 and snaked the pipe in the basement and charged $125! Everything is fixed now

I am super grateful for the fast services provided by Calfo, especially Christian R. We needed emergency heating services during one of the coldest days and the height of a recent snow burst blanketing the city. But that didn't stop Calfo. They answered my call on the first ring, took down my name, phone number and address. Within minutes, I received a text alert that Christian R. was on his way and estimated an exact 54 minute window! :D I'm so glad I called Calfo, even after attempting a call to a few other heating companies, with one providing an estimated 12 hour window. Christian R. traveled from the South Hills to the East End in treacherous winter conditions, crossing bridges/tunnels to provide excellent service and value. We were back in operation in short order and Christian R. checked off all the boxes before he left. I felt confident and grateful for the reliable, responsive and quick service that Calfo provided at a time when waiting overnight, as quoted by a competitor, was an unfortunately disappointing alternative.

Cleaned and serviced our Mitsubishi mini split units throughout our house. We just moved and I had never had them before and the technician was so patient and polite with his responses to all of my questions. He took his time and inspected our outdoor unit, cleaned the filters for all 4 indoor units, put them back, and cleaned the drain line for an insanely low price ($75-$99 if I remember correctly). I was very pleased with this service and glad I found them, because we did not know who installed the mini splits and most companies declined to work on them if they did not install them.

This is my first review that I ever wrote, I work in the Auto Industry where reviews are the most important feed back we get. I purchased a new house and the Dye test failed because there was a crack in the Sewer line, in the closing of the house $5,000 was set aside so this work could be done. After I moved in McVay Plumbing contacted me to schedule the work need to fix the issue. Job was done in a few days and I thought that was that. However when we tried to turn our front light on it tripped the breaker, puzzled I reset it and tried again and bang the breaker tripped again. I know something was wrong so after investigating I found that McVay Plumbing dug up the front light post electrical line and taped the exposing wires together so every time I turned on the light it tripped the breaker. You would think they would know better than to tape the wires together touching one another... After discovering this I called McVay Plumbing and spoke to Mike the Owner and asked him if he remembers doing the job and if he remembers digging up the Electrical line to my front light, he said NO. Not only did he say NO but informed me that when they dug there hole in my front yard that they never ran into a electrical line. I asked him who taped the lines together then since my breaker was not tripping until after they finished the job, he had no answer for me. So being that the electrical line was taped and sticking out of the ground that they dug up I asked him if it I was responsible to repair it and his answer to me was and I quote I'm not a Electrician Really?? That's what he told me... So I thanked him for his time in taking my call. I'm not a plumber, electrician or carpenter either. Knowing a little bit I started digging a hole so I could locate the other end of the line so I could splice them back together and have a working front light post. After digging down and finding the other electrical line under the ground I followed it up and to my surprise the other end was stuffed inside my bush right next to the hold that McVay Plumbing dug in my front yard. That would have been nice to know and would have made my Electrician repair job much easier. After saying a few obscenities about the fact that I had to take my time novice skill level and repair McVay's Plumbing error  I spliced the wire correctly and taped it up and buried it the way it should have been before McVay Plumbing said the job was finished and moved on to another. I was going to let it go and move on with my life but as much as I work hard to get excellent reviews from all of my customers (99.6% CSI ranking) I thought that if you are looking for any plumbing work done and you read this that it might help you decide on who you can trust to give you a complete job and not half ass.

This company is truly one of the few organizations where customer service is paramount.  Not only are they friendly, every time, but informative and quick to provide detailed and easy to understand suggestions.  While I have only used them for maintenance to date, I would be very comfortable with any level of services that they provide.

Kudos to a company that still believes in great customer service and a job well done!

They are scam artists. Told us it would be $650 for a simple problem  that our maintenance supervisor was able  to fix for $25. On top of that they insisted on us paying the $650 in advance before they even did anything claiming it was too late in the day to start but they would be back in the morning to take care of it.  I have never heard of a company charging you for their service before actually providing any service at all. And just for a cherry on top they charged us $60 service fee for the 10 min he came to our office to tell us we did indeed have a problem. After insisting that their policy was to be paid first then to do the actual work we told them that was not an option and they said if we didn't pay tonight they couldn't promise they would be back tomorrow but they had to be paid the $60 service fee for the visit. Biggest waste of $60 our company ever spent.
