The service was on time, friendly and setting up the appointment was easy. I thought I was getting an AC maintenance, and maybe I misunderstood what they were doing, but I thought it would involve something more, like a cleaning or adding water or maintenance.
The guy checked our AC on the roof and the vents in the attic. Bottom line, our AC is old, it's barely running, and I need a cleaning. This finding cost me $42+ and that was the maintenace.
They offered a cleaning for $700++ and a 3 year contract for about $300+. I called another company to do the cleaning and have saved $400......
