The 5-star review is for Bob. First of all, I must state that we did not use VETSBuilt for our home remodeling because we need more assistance in the design aspect of the project. Otherwise we will not hesitate to use his services as Bob always responds in time to our phone calls, text messages and emails. He is straightforward and honest with what he can or cannot do for us and in the cost estimate. I imagine it won't be too hard working with him on a project.

I haven't written a review on Yelp in many years but Doug and his team were so AMAZING that they left me with no choice but to make sure everyone else on here knew that if they were looking for a professional, hard working and friendly handyman then hes your guy! We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!
