Best Light Bulb Replacement in Phoenix AZ

Called George Brazil to replace a broken garbage disposal.  We had a firm appointment time for 12 noon - 4 p.m. the following day.   By 5 p.m. no one had showed up or called.  We sat home the entire Saturday waiting for them.  When we called to asked had happened they lied and said they had called early in the morning confirm, but no one answered to phone and therefore they did not show up.  I keep both cell phones on at all times - I checked the call logs and voice mail and no such calls were made  from them.  

It is apparent to me that they overbook and do not care about their clients time.  When we called to discuss why they had not shown up - they did even seem concerned or apologetic about the situation.  At the end of the conversation, we were quoted some basic prices for garbage disposal and seemed high.

By the time all the arguing with them was over it was 6:30 p.m. - I proceeded to call Roto-Rooter plumbing and was willing to incur an overtime charge of $150.00 to get the job done.   They came out by 8:30 p.m. installed the garbage disposal at a price that was cheaper than George Brazil's quote - by $135 for the same unit - INCLUDING the overtime fee.

I am completely baffled at their lack of professionalism and courtesy towards their
customer's time and money!
