Mark is absolutely AMAZING!!!  Save yourself time and effort and call him first.  He did a magnificent job installing multiple outside power outlets on my home and did it for less than a supposed family friend wanted to charge us.  In fact he did it for 1/3 the cost.  We will have Mark back to install our patio ceiling fans soon!  Thank you Mark for your amazing attitude and reliability!

My mother, who lives in Sun City West, called this company to fix a security light. The technician proceeded to tell her that her breaker box was out of code and that she needed to do all these urgent repairs, as well offering to replace an old fan light.  My mother, who is 80 years old, very frail and undergoing chemo and radiation for cancel, agreed to it under duress. They proceeded to bill her $4,339!!!!
They replaced two breakers, which they charged her $1254 per breaker. The breakers (which appeared to be used) can be purchased for under $200 each. They added a surge protector for $1043, which I found this exact brand online for $136. They replaced her ceiling fan for $838. I found this at Lowe's for $149.
When I asked the manager Elijah Otero about this exorbitant markup, he explained they use cost plus pricing and these charges would be the same for all clients, which I believe is an outright lie. It should also be noted the technician was only there for a mere 2 hours to do this relatively simple work. George Brazil, Elijah Otero & the technician should be ashamed for such blatant elder abuse (please see all this for yourself on attached bill).
