Ok Steve I've used you before I find you very knowledgeable, and I use you again, the only problem is you Wayover priced at $80 an hour as a senior citizen I can't afford you you might think drop your prices down and I'll use you again but not at $80 an hour I can't do that I'm on a six budget buddy I didn't win more I didn't know you probably don't remember me I name is Bob Fazzina on S. Rogelio was such a pleasure to work with! Upon our initial meeting, he asked questions to ensure full understanding of our wants and desires for our space and took photos of the space, which were then attached to his quote/contract.  The work started promptly after we retrieved all necessary paint and flooring. Rogelio did offer to pick up the flooring for us, if needed. He worked tirelessly prepping and painting our kitchen, dining room, living room and hallway, even repairing the walls where necessary.  
He removed carpeting, padding and prepped the floors for laminate installation.  He installed laminate flooring with ease.  He was gracious and even allowed our curious toddler to help install some of the flooring.
Overall, Rogelio was a joy to work with and we would highly recommend him! We intend to use his services again in the future!

Followed through in a timely and efficient manner and cleaned up afterwards. I would hire again.

My experience with Pro Install Services has been very positive. Pro Install Services replaced 3 toilets and installed a vanity top in my home.

First off, in our current Covid situation Ryan always respected my health by constantly wearing a mask while in my home.  Also he did an excellent job in explaining to me the scope of the work being done; he kept me in the loop on any issues (which there were a couple) that occurred and made the necessary adjustments in an expedient professional manner. He made aware of all pricing for each job prior to any work being done.  

Lastly the work was done in a neat, quick, and  professional manner. Without hesitation, I would strongly recommend Pro Install Services for home installation and remediation work!

This man does good work and he is very reasonable.   That is first and foremost and should be said.   HOWEVER, he is all over the place.   His ever changing policies, his ridiculous rants on Facebook about customers who aren't satified (which he usually ends up deleting ), his constant patting himself on the back, the confusing and ever changing communication is enough to make you NOT want to like him on social media any more or use his services.    His FB business page is like a users online diary, it is all over the place. Just stick to your job.    Stop posting dumb stuff constantly and let your work speak for itself.   You are destroying your reputation with this nonsense and your all over the place rules that seem to change daily.   Chill.out. my dude.  You are legit starting to look like something is extra sus.

This review is being given by someone who has had Blake do work in my home, recommended to others both personally and in the community,  and also had Blake screw me over not following up when contacted for an emergency after initially speaking to him.   So I have had it all.
