Best Toilet Repair in Orlando FL

We've utilized Tom now for two jobs, one was a water heater replacement, the other a toilet repair. Both appointments were for 7:00 am, both times he was on time, did the job, answered any questions, took my money, and was on his way. That may not seem like a rav review but it really is. He doesn't waste your time or his own which I believe is what makes his prices so reasonable. He's personable but not phony friendly, if you know what I mean. He's now my plumber and the only one I'd recommend to friends or family.

Professional, knowledgeable and kind. This company is by far the best general contractor/plumbing company we've experienced. They started on our project just a few short days after initial contact. Completed the job in a timely manner and waiting for an addition 20 minutes to ensure the new hot water heaters were working appropriately. We're grateful to have finally found plumbers/contractors that we trust. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Contacted them regarding some work on the bathroom fixtures.  He asked for pics.  I sent and never received a word back, even after almost 2 weeks.

Response to owner response:  The original conversation started on May 19th.  I sent the requested picture shortly after.  There was no response.  After a week, I asked if there was any word.  Still no response.  I ended up going with another small business owner who was able to give me an immediate estimate and could do the job within 2 days.

Level of service and rates are impeccable.  They are extremely prompt, listen to and understand all plumbing problems.  They also give recommendations to make plumbing issues negligible in the future.

Wouldn't look anywhere else.

Highly recommend! We called the company number and Bill, the Owner picked up right away. He said he was just opening that weekend but would be willing to stop by on his time off. Bill arrived on time and was extremely personable. He assessed the situation and gave us honest feedback. As a courtesy, he helped us plug our toilet drain to keep dirty water sealed in the pipes. He said he would give us a formal estimate and return the next day with a plan of action. Bill was able to give us a deal to replace all our cast iron pipes. After comparing costs with other local plumbing companies, he had the best prices. AND the most trustworthy. The job is now complete and our water drains perfectly. He replaced all the cast-iron drain lines in our yard within a week. His team was on time hard-working and respectful of our space. I couldn't recommend this company enough. Johnson Brothers replaced my water heater this afternoon and the plumber, Nick, was wonderful! Professional, neat, explained what he was doing and could not have been a better representative for Johnson Brothers!!

I will definitely be referring anyone who asks me for a good plumber, to Johnson Brothers!

What a difference a plumber makes! After Emerald Plumbing made me wait 4 days then stood me up, I called Herrell. Their guy arrived at my house only an hour after I called. Let's see: 4 days for nothing vs 1 hour with results.

The fill valve in my toilet was broken. I YouTube how to fix it but my toilet is jammed against the wall so I couldn't reach. So my fiancé called them to come and change it for me. Called Monday, they came Wednesday he fixed it in under 30 min and under $100, while he was here he also fixed the flow in my bathtub. I have a garden tub that's always filled slowly he removed the pressure valve and walla we are now soaking like a pro.
Took away a star just for cleanliness. He kind of just left everything disorderly.
All in all would call them again for a need.

I have been using this company with previous owner for many years & had no problems ever with service & repairs carried out , now that Justin has left , I extremely disappointed with the staff & service , & so now after many years I will not be using them again or referring to any of my real estate friends

Hi, Very Disappointed,   My experience with this company was not good at all, first there are no operators  to answer the calls, all the calls go to same tech that come to your place. Second he told me it is going to cost me $850.00 to fix my fan that was not blowing  for our heater, which to me sound like a lot, then after negotiating I got him down to $650.00 ??? He said, he is going to buy the parts and will be back in an hour, did not show up for three hours and when i asked him why, said had to go long distant to buy the parts??? After he showed up and start working at the unit he came up with a new cost for something else, so he added $100.00 more to the cost. After a week or so we realized that every time the heater goes on the AC also start with it and we get kind of clod air at first  and then heat goes on, so I contacted him and after ten days he showed up,  and blame the age of the unit to this malfunction  , I was very upset that he never mention it when he was fixing it , and now my AC is also not working because all the Freon  gas is gone. So his solution  was to get a new AC and heating system for $4500.00 in top of what I already  paid him  which would  bring the total to $5250.00 and if he would not come up with another extra charge out of his sleeves.  I give him and US Air/Heating  ONE STAR and  that's only because he was very punctual at our first appointment..

Called Brownies about drainfield financing for my mother in law who lives in the area. A gentleman by the name of Ryan answered the phone, and called me James. When I stated that I wanted to speak to someone about financing options, I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes.
Ryan introduced himself as a salesman, and once I stated that I was not interested in speaking with him, I just wanted to know about financing he passed the buck.
If they cannot even provide service before the service, what should make me think that they can provide service after the sell???
Based upon the reviews I agree DO NOT USE BROWNIES!!! Lapin services however took my information, and provided me with all of the information I needed. We will be using them!! AJ

It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.

Broke contract. No call, no show. I left multiple messages and even tried to email. Don't bother with them.

I called this company because of its apparent 100% customer satisfaction policy and my experience was a complete disaster. They told me that they would arrive within two hours and after two and a half hours, I called the company and they couldn't reach the plumber that was assigned to me.

I told them to at least call me with a status update when they figure out where he was, and again after thirty minutes, I still received no call. This company in my opinion is a total fraud. They have this high and mighty customer satisfaction policy on their website but their management doesn't even bother to call their customers if they're going to be late - in this case, they never even showed up.

I am writing this yelp review because I found this company through yelp and wanted to warn other users that this company is thinly staffed and unreliable. I would check out your yellow pages and go for someone who has more experience.
