Action plumbing has been working at our whole house renovation. Installed new pvc and all fixtures in baths and kitchen. Very knowledgeable and courteous.  Cleans everything after the work is complete.  Highly recommend.

Did a great Job of replacing our two water heaters with on larger one.  The had to move gas, water pipes and also the vent.  Took the extra time to insulate the water lines because they went under another vent. In my opinion they went above what the needed to do. Broom swept the area and left it much cleaner than when they got there.

Would definitely use them again and will refer them to anyone that could use their services.

They only do Plumbing and Drain Cleaning and they do it very well.

Great technician, instal was very professional. Get your water heater beforehand, you'll pay a lot less. The model I received retails for $700; they charged me $1100 plus 300 for the installation. Other than that it was a good experience.

Highly recommend! We called the company number and Bill, the Owner picked up right away. He said he was just opening that weekend but would be willing to stop by on his time off. Bill arrived on time and was extremely personable. He assessed the situation and gave us honest feedback. As a courtesy, he helped us plug our toilet drain to keep dirty water sealed in the pipes. He said he would give us a formal estimate and return the next day with a plan of action. Bill was able to give us a deal to replace all our cast iron pipes. After comparing costs with other local plumbing companies, he had the best prices. AND the most trustworthy. The job is now complete and our water drains perfectly. He replaced all the cast-iron drain lines in our yard within a week. His team was on time hard-working and respectful of our space. I couldn't recommend this company enough. David is a fantastic plumber! And on top of that, he's a wonderful person! The world needs more people like David. The plumbing job wasn't the hardest job in the world, thankfully. It was an installation of a new kitchen sink fixture. But the fact that it was in the house since we had our house built 20 years ago, and it was the original, I wanted a professional to do the job, JUST IN CASE! I will start by saying I do not have a lot of experience with plumbers. This is our first house and we've only owned it for 3 years. On a Thursday we experienced a problem with water leaking at a steady and consistent rate in our walk-in master shower. I called several companies ASAP and only 2 (Herrell being one) seemed to understand the urgency of the situation. After an issue getting the water to the house shut off, we finally did the leaking stopped until the plumber was able to get there. He arrived the same afternoon, assessed the situation and gave us a couple options. We essentially needed a new valve cartridge as our old one went bad. They don't make the kind we have anymore so a new one is needed. He was able to cap off the water just to the shower and turn the rest of our house water on until he was able to get back on Monday to install the new one. Luckily we have a guest bath with a shower. Our tech Tim, although not overly personable was knowledgeable and able to adjust certain things on the new install I requested. I thought their scheduler was personable which was refreshing after some of the companies I contacted. The rates I can't speak too much on considering our lack of experience but they seemed mostly in line according to other people we spoke with. I referred them to neighbors on NextDoor who also had emergent needs and they were also happy with the service they received.

Pat is knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. My toilet was filling and draining, and after trying to fix it myself, I called Pro Craft Plumbing. Pat diagnosed and fixed the problem at a fair price. I appreciate the thorough explanation and attention to detail. I'll be replacing bathroom vanities and changing out shower trims this year, and Pat offered tips and suggestions. I will be using Pat for this work, too. Outstanding experience!

We have had a sewage smell coming from our tub for over a year now. Had Pete's out last summer and they couldn't find anything. Had them come out again yesterday and the plumber was very non chalant and kept standing there saying he didn't know what the issue was after he really never looked at anything. I had spoken with Justin previously and told him about the priblem and what the plan was for when the plumber came out. The guy who came seemed to have no clue about the plan and kept telling me he didn't want to do this, and didn't want to do that because it would waste my money. Kept standing around with his hands on his hips chewing gum and saying he wasn't sure what the problem was. After this back and forth, he finally asked if I was told about the charge for the call and said it would be $105. RIDICULOUS! My husband came home and dug the trap out himself and found the leak. The trap is leaking and needs to be replaced. And he's NOT A PLUMBER! I don't know what has happened to this company, but they have really gone down with their service. Didn't seem like anyone wants to put in any effort to work. Husband found the problem and called Pete's the next day to let them know. The girl on the phone actually said, so everything is ok? NO!!!! Now we have to call someone competent to come and fix the trap. Never again with this company and definitely would never recommend. Sad.

really not happy at this point. paid $14,000 for a new unit and we are now on the 5th visit because every time they come they fix it we then have to have them return because it's not working right only to tell us oh it was our fault so again waiting on a tech. why can't you all make sure it's working right before you leave? we paid way to much money to get dicked around like this. my son just had his replaced for cheaper via Blair and it was done perfect and they even called the next day to ensure it was working right. I highly recommend not going with this company. if they ever get it working right I will edit my review some but at this point there's not much they can do to fix all my frustration. last name on the order was Halbfoster! I'm sure you can find it with that.  

update it worked through the night this time. looks like the last tech let it fill with water because of something he did causing the unit to just fully shut off an hour after he left.....  stop trying to be fast when fixing a problem and double check your work before leaving. there's still some wiring outside that doesn't look right (just covered by some tape and exposed to the rain) so please of getting a new ac look for a different company. we also just realized that the heater was never tested so no idea if that works right either. so again just little things that other companies seem to take care of and double check, but this one didn't.

Update now on top of everything we had to pay you all $150 to come service are new AC that still is having issues from the install and after writing you all a check for the $150 you sent it to collections? What are you mad because you all did bad work and I called you out of it? I'm starting that think your company is a scam. Clearly you aren't honoring your own warranty.  You did a horrible install and you have the nerve to do that. Also I notice you respond to all the other reviews that were left except mine. I will be sure that no one I know uses your company. You all use to be the go to AC repair for my area, clearly not anymore. Really the worse service ever and being charged for something that wasn't installed right to begin with is just ridiculous.

I'm disappointed in the level of customer service and lack of professionalism. It was a waste of money. I will not be using this company in the future and do not recommend them for anyone else.

I have used them before for previous plumbing jobs since they had been the company that replumbed  my home before I bought it. I always thought they were overpriced. The last job they did the plumber did not attach my appliance correctly. I called them to complain and was told that they would adjust the fee with the next service call with a new appliance. Well that was untrue. I called them to do a simple install for a toilet. Bought everything for the install. The toilet was approximately $ 179. Dollars they came and including the 39.00 service fee we're going to charge me $511.00 dollars! I balked at the price.  Called their office to ask why something so small would cost that much and they didn't think anything of it?! An enormously overrated charge. No breakdown of why the costs were that elevated, nothing. I gave them my credit card info as I just needed to get the toilet in, but then after a few minutes realized how ridiculous it was to pay twice the cost of the actual toilet for it to be installed . I then immediately called back to tell them I did not want to proceed and to credit back the charges. This all occurred within 5 minutes they still haven't credited my account back. I told the plumber that I changed my mind. He later called to ask why I did work with them before and then changed my mind this time. I told them basically it was the ridiculous cost. He said his supervisor told him to ask what I thought I should pay for it ?! Certainly not $511.00 ! More like 100-200 maximum. What a racket!! Overpriced and unreasonable do not use them! I wish I read the reviews before I did any business with them. My Bad! I just want my credit card charges reversed ASAP. Do yourself a favor seek plumbing services elsewhere! I found a plumber by the way that is going to do the install for $125.00. This company is a total ripoff.

It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.

Broke contract. No call, no show. I left multiple messages and even tried to email. Don't bother with them.

I called this company because of its apparent 100% customer satisfaction policy and my experience was a complete disaster. They told me that they would arrive within two hours and after two and a half hours, I called the company and they couldn't reach the plumber that was assigned to me.

I told them to at least call me with a status update when they figure out where he was, and again after thirty minutes, I still received no call. This company in my opinion is a total fraud. They have this high and mighty customer satisfaction policy on their website but their management doesn't even bother to call their customers if they're going to be late - in this case, they never even showed up.

I am writing this yelp review because I found this company through yelp and wanted to warn other users that this company is thinly staffed and unreliable. I would check out your yellow pages and go for someone who has more experience.
