Ricky was great. He has gone above and beyond anything he was asked to do providing superior results at every turn. He's an excellent communicator, hard worker, and has an amazing eye for details. I recommend his services for anyone who needs a handyman that can operate independently (displaced owners, STRs, retirees, etc) and is simply tired of having to constantly monitor people who call themselves profession.

MJS Construction Services had a really good work ethic. They repaired an outside stucco wall on my home, matched the texture and paint color, cleaned up after the job and I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future. I highly recommend them.

This company is anything but professional. I hired them to do a job, not only didn't complete the job, they removed wrong walls when the protocol specified the areas, they did extensive damages to my home, my furniture and my carpet. When confronted with the job not done they wanted to charge me more. They overcharged for service that didn't make mathematical sense.
They brought in dirty dehumidifiers into my home causing my family and I to get sick, and then victim blamed saying my home was dirty, even though I have proof my home was dust free! They tell you what you want to hear them wreck your home. Please do not hire. They only care about money and not protecting you or your home.

Edit; The owner is saying my claims are untrue. That's why I posted pictures so you can see for yourself! They'll leave your home in a mess and destroy your home. They will claim you make up allegations and refuse to acknowledgment of any wrong doing or damages. Pictures tell the story and I wish I could post all of them. The first picture is my carpet, brand new home, has a white wash where they spilled paint and poorly attempted to clean it, let's not forget they removed the wrong wall in remediation and over charged me for 2000sf of insulation removal but to return the same volume was 1000sf! Oh and they punctured the water lines while stapling the plastic up to the wall, so when we got home, the main water was turned on and it poured into my exposed bathroom wall! They claimed I never let them know about incomplete work yet the date of that message shows that I contacted them, followed up by a phone call. They also tried 2 times to manipulate the post remediation testing by leaving air scrubbers running and attempting to return to my home, which we weren't here for the entire remediation, to turn off the machine right before the mold testing company arrived.

They're also disputing and trying to remove my reviews! Too bad she can't pull it off of here. Heed warning, go with a bigger company that cares.

called them for back up I had on they main line going to the septic tank. they showed up when they said they would. the gentleman was a true professional  up front pricing explained the whole process of what he was doing and solved my problem.. they are honest straight to the point no BS... He is a handyman only for mobile homes. I had a roofer get up on the roof and check his work it was a disaster.

Great and quick service. Mike did a great job and took good care of us. Always kept us inform of everything he was working on and made it easy enough for us to understand. The equipment he brought with him like the camera and screen gave us the most clear picture of what was wrong with out main line and to be honest I don't believe any other company could have done a better and more honest job!

I was conned into doing work that wasn't worth it. Was told they would do a certain task, but then only did one part. The supervisor double talked. Part of the drain was put together shoddily. I'm angry at myself that I was conned.

Called for service 4/4/2019 because of the cold water in the bathroom tub was barely coming out. A plumber came out and I showed him the problem and he immediately diagnosed the issue as replacing the cartridge. Then he gave me a variable price of around $300 plus parts but he didn't know how much the part was and needed to go to the store to buy it before giving me the final price. He asked for me to sign off on that job before I had a final price. I declined and told him that I wanted the final price first so he went to the store and purchased the cartridge. The final price was $385 I told him to go ahead and do the work. An hour later he is complete and cuts on the shower and that cold water was still barely coming out. So he takes it all apart again and looks inside of the shower and sees rocks and said this is the problem. So I say so you didn't need to replace the cartridge that you are charging me $385. After going back and forth for a while about the real cause of the cold water issue. He flushes the line, picks out some rocks with a tool, and puts everything back together again. The cold water is still barely coming out and 4 hours later he tells me that they are going to have to cut open the wall, cut the pipes to get the rocks out, and that would cost additional $700. So at this point, I didn't trust him so I declined and decided to go with another company. I got another company to come out, they correctly diagnose the issue (which was replacing the shower entire shower valve), and fixed it. So the summary is I wasted 4 hours, paid $385, and they didn't even fix the issue. Their prices are inflated and you still have to pay even when they are wrong.
