We were connected to AquaFi thru Lowe's to install a water softener. The process went smoothly and we are satisfied with the professionalism of the worker's they sent out to do the detail and the installation. We also had some follow up questions on salty water and lower water pressure, which they quickly sent someone out to address. Would use them again in the future.

All work was completed in a timely manner, too. We already paid them and they came back when we asked them. This was even after getting paid, to re-fog a bathroom, just in case (It had already been done, but there was so much moisture exposure due to another company's fault). They went the extra mile and that is appreciated.

I noticed a leak in the area where my washer, dryer and water heater are located.  We looked around but could not find the source of the leak. He is a handyman only for mobile homes. I had a roofer get up on the roof and check his work it was a disaster.

Crooks and expensive!!! call an honest independent contractor and you will be saving a lot but a lot of money, do not get caught by these liars and crooks the will empty your savings and bank account, they over charge for a simple fix.

We had a leak on our master bedroom ceiling so we called them to check for a potential pipe leak. The upstairs shower is right above the leak. We also told them the shower faucet had loose piping and would constantly drip.
They came and said the leak was from the roof, the piping for shower was just fine and they would charge $480 just to fix the dripping faucet. So they did nothing.
After calling a roofer and filed a claim with insurance, a water restoration company came and quickly found the issue. It was a leaky pipe from the shower drain. Thankfully, we were able to cancel the claim and the unnecessary work on the roof. Another plumber came and took care of the issue.
Roto-Rooter could have easily found and fixed this but instead simply assumed the leak was from roof and did nothing. Will never call them again.

So overpriced it's like you are paying for their truck each time they show up. Just for knocking on your door they charge you.
