Bad customer service in their administrative offices. Very unresponsive to emails and even after several phone calls to every department in the hopes of reaching ANYONE. Especially the accounts receivable department.

I was conned into doing work that wasn't worth it. Was told they would do a certain task, but then only did one part. The supervisor double talked. Part of the drain was put together shoddily. I'm angry at myself that I was conned.

I had three toilets that continued to fill! This being my first home I wasn't even sure how to begin to mess with a toilet. I called Roto rooter...1. They showed up late 2. The gentleman did minor repairs not sure what. He said he replaced flappers and two pumps. 3 the bill was $400. 4 He was at my house less than an hour. I went to Home Depot the following day and priced all the parts for less than 45!!! The flappers being 97 cents! That's $355 in labor! Outrageous! Last time I ever call a specialist. I ended up replacing the flappers myself a week later because the toilet continued to run since the silicone flappers he put in we're so cheap they would move around. I learned my lesson!
