Best Plumbing Inspection in Omaha NE

Steve is a one man band. He answered my call promptly, showed up when he said he would. Did all the different plumbing jobs I wanted. Very pleasant and knowledgable and very reasonable charge. Highly recommend this independent plumber.

Tim came out as part of our kitchen remodel, found a few other problems, and fixed them cheap and well! He was great. Will definitely go with him in the future.

This guy is a great plumber and offers fast, honest, and courteous service at a really great price. I got quotes from several other local businesses and he was the cheapest. More often than not, the cheapest doesn't always mean highest quality but his work is top notch. I was also impressed by his consideration of my pets - normally when people come over to do work, they leave the door open when they need to run out to their truck but he closed it behind him each and every time. He's done two jobs for me now and both were excellent all around - price, service, and quality of work. He'll probably be the only plumber I use for a long time.

Thorough, efficient, and exhausted all options before they came to a conclusion about what needed to be done to remedy the drain issue I've been having in my upstairs sink. And after all the time they spent over 2 days, didn't charge as much as I thought they would.

(Unlike the previous drain guys who immediately wanted to tear s*** up, and charged me 50.00 for nothing!)

I would NOT recommend Royal Rooter. They worked on my 92 year old grandmother's kitchen drain and did NOT fix it and when I called weeks later to come and see if they could fix it correctly; I was given an attitude by Mike (possibly the owner). It seems like this is not a reputable company and for what they charged my grandmother and did NOT fix the problem, it wasn't worth even fighting over because they are not a company who believes in customer satisfaction or service.

Did a great job clearing about 6 heavy snow from our driveway and walkways.  
Also we had a toilet with a slow drip he worked on and got it fixed.

I was assigned this company by American Home Shield.  It took a few days to receive service.  I had a bathroom faucet that wasn't working properly and a sink that wouldn't drain.  Upon hearing on Monday that it would be 2-3 day before service was available, I began looking at options of clearing my own drain.  Wednesday, I was still struggling with the sink and called to see when they would be coming. I was originally told Saturday, and then he made arrangements to come Thursday.  In the meantime, the drain cleaner finally worked, and my drain cleared.  So, one job down-that I completed myself.  Thursday, they determined that the line had sediment. They decided I needed a new faucet.  So they bought one under the home warranty. It didn't fix the problem. Then it was determined I'd need a few hundred dollars worth of work, as well as another new faucet-none of which was covered by the warranty. They left Thursday, planning to come back Tuesday.  Upon going into the bathroom I saw the faucet was improperly installed.  I cancelled my appointment with them. I paid a local handyman to fix the faucet and the pipe issue.  He did it quickly and reasonably.  Then I discovered that they hadn't left the pop up plug drain assembly, so I don't have a working plug for the new faucet, and the old one isn't compatible. When I called to today to ask about it, I was told it didn't come with one, but the ad in Home Depot for this faucet clearly shows that it comes with the pop up plug drain assembly. The plumber was angry with me for a review I'd left with the warranty company, told me he was done with me, and he hung up on me. The drain and plug assembly belong to me, and I'm waiting on their return so that I have a sink that functions properly with a plug.  I can't recommend either company: plumbing or warranty.  Buyer Beware.

This company is horrible to work for and the owner is close to being an idiot. The owner and most of the workers are either racist, hate Muslims and think woman are only good for the kitchen. The owner himself told me that he would never hire black people cause they don't work hard enough. Quit that job after I heard that

These guys are awful. Had a backed up main line. They said they fixed it. Backed up the next day and they wouldn't come back and threatened me to put a lien on my house if I didn't pay. Had Roto-rooter come out and finish the job. They said they only went half way down the line and called it good.

Made two separate appointments only to be stood up twice by the owner with no phone call.  I had to call him and ask him where he was. Even admitted to NOT looking at the scheduling board that day.  Would definitely NOT recommend this company.

Keven came on a Monday to look at the water heater to figure out the problem. Said he wanted to check out the shower faucets but wouldn't. He didn't have any tools with him. He took the fee I owed him per my home warranty and after that he was very hard to get ahold of. He was supposed to come back on Wednesday, but didn't- I had a hard time getting ahold of him to find out where he was. He said he was unavailable can he come Friday, I said fine. He said he'd be there between 11-12:30 and that he'd give me a call to confirm. I said that works. I didn't hear from him in the morning, so I called and left a voice mail at 9:30 just to make sure he was still coming. No answer. Then again at 11:30 and 1:30. No answer. He finally calls around 2p and says he will be there in 1.5 hr. He showed up just after 4p with no tools to do whatever it was he said he was going to do. He asked me what to tell the warranty company. I said I don't know- he's the plumber, he needs to figure it out. He declared I was wrong and there's obviously nothing wrong with the water heater and left. Whole thing took maybe 10 minutes.  I am still stuck with the same problem.

I strongly suggest anyone else who uses him to request to see his plumbing license and make sure he has the tools to do his job before he comes in the door or you will get scammed like I did.

I strongly advise against the use of this gentleman and his company.

They should really have trackers on their cars because they drive insane and like to cut people off on the roads. Almost caused an accident with me! Not very good if you ask me.
