I am a licensed insurance adjuster and I know quality service from a contractor and Cactus Plumbing has my 5 star rating. Cactus Service Pros customer service was better than advertised. My shower handle would not turn water off (cartridge stripped)  on a slow draining 2nd story bath tub. Panicking before it overflows, I needed a local plumber fast, so I checked reviews and called them for the first time, They were on their way immediately.  They turned off the water to prevent an ugly mess and diagnosed the problem, and gave me there estimate. I am very satisfied with Cactus Plumbing and relieved  that I found a plumber that I can trust and rely on for my 100 plus year old house.

Andys plumbing did what Tiptons plumbing couldn't do was to unclog my tub, shower, sink and toilets  After I had Tiptons plumbing come out to snake my clogged drain it only worked for 4 hours then my drain started clogging up again what a waste of money 475.00 dollars down the drain so my boyfriend said he wanted to try someone else and he checked the reviews on google and the review said Tiptons plumbing would over charge and didn't fix the problem. Omg, that's what happen in my situation I was over charged and they couldn't fix the problem so we went with Andys because They had a 5 star rating on google and I can see why. They were on time and snaked my toilet at a reasonable price 350.00 They fixed the clogged that Tiptons plumbing couldn't do and at a cheaper price.  My drains has still been working so far so good. I would recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing. I have used them again for my Hot Water tank. They are really hard working and honest people.

I've been knowing the owner of the company for a while now, anytime I have any issues with plumbing they are the first person I call. I've never had any issues with them overcharging me or being dishonest about how much work I need for my job.

What a complete professional. Don't bother with anyone else. Had someone else out and they completely botched the job. Gary put it back to better than before the first repair. Highly, highly recommend.

We had water (so we thought) under our home.  I called Brandon's, Dons & Waggoner's, none of them would even return our calls.  I phoned D & D Drain and they were at my home within 24 hours.  We had a sewer leak and it was awful.  They pumped it out, cleaned underneath the home and cleaned up the mess.  We did have pipe replaced and they were not a dime over their estimate.  I do not know why they had bad referrals, they were professional and timely.  We are going to have our home remodeled and they will be our plumber of choice.

Veterans Plumbing is VERY unprofessional. Shannon (the owner's wife) hung up when confronted with pictures of repairs that had been made and when questioned about the quality they provide. She stated that if the owner (Whom is her husband and the one who completed the repairs numerous times because the pex line kept
leaking) was the one who completed
repairs that an excellent job was done. After showing pictures to two other plumbers, I was told we would be fired if we completed
repairs like this. Save your money and go with someone that is more professional and will complete the repairs properly. Home flooded because of the substandard repairs and they will not stand behind their work!

I am the primary caretaker of my 94 year old mother, I recently broke my shoulder and am pretty limited to what I can do.  Our water froze and a pipe burst. The house was flooded. I called every plumber that did emergency work. I explained the situation. Everyone told me that it would be a week or more before they could do anything. I called Claude Drabek and told him the situation.  He told me he would have his guys out the next morning. This is why Drabek & Hill leads the industry in service. Repipe Specialists did a fantastic job replacing my polybutylene pipes with uponor pex a. They use the expansion kit and that is the way to go. It's more durable and has less leaks than using the crimping tool. The crew showed up on time, they were all wearing matching shirts and drove matching work vans. The crew chief went through the house with me and reviewed the work to be performed. They were professional, they worked as a team and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. They cleaned everything up as they worked and at the end. The crew that came to fix the holes in my sheetrock worked in the exact same manner. It was a very nice experience and exceeded my expectations!

Totally dishonest! Told us it would be $500 to snake the sewer line, it didn't work then charged another $200 to run a camera and couldn't see anything. Told us it needed to be dug up and repaired for $2500. Instead we called another plumber who snaked it for $200 and that's all it needed.

If I could give zero stars I would.  So Good Old Days Plumbing came highly recommended by a family member who had used them several times.

I called on September 27, 2019 and was told by the answering service they were at an emergency and would be able to contact me on Monday, the 30th.  That was fine as I was not in a hurry.  Early Monday morning the owner called me and we set an appointment for 10 AM on Friday, the 4th.

On the 4th no-one showed up at 10 AM.  At 1030 I called the company and was told they were running late because of an emergency.  I waited and called back at 1210 and was told they would send my message to them.

At 130 I called the owner's cell number, the one he called me from on Monday the 4th.  No answer so I left a voice mail asking for a return call.  None received.

At 254 I called the company number, got the answering service who told me they were to hold all calls that day.  My question then was, are they working today
as all calls have gone unanswered.  I was again told no calls were sent to the company as they were instructed to hold all calls.  

At 416 I called the owner again.  By now I just want to talk to someone about why they think they can waste my day.  No answer and they never return my call.  At 420 I made my last call to the company number, answering service stated they had not heard from the plumber all day.  

Seems they decided to take the day off and screw their potential customers.  

I thought I would receive a call on Monday the 7th, but alas, no such luck.  So at 210 on the 7th I called, got the answering service and asked for a return call about a missed appointment.  None received.

I waited until the business closed before deciding to write this review.  If they had returned my call on the 7th I would have still used them because of the recommendation and because who knows what caused the Friday missed appointment.  However, how can a company just ignore an appointment and ignore a requested call back.  I was upset but I don't get upset that I yell and scream.   Life is too short to give strangers that much control over your life.

My suggestion, if you need a plumber go elsewhere.  Good Old Days Plumbing is not reliable, nor ethical in their customer dealings.  I sure don't remember companies from the Good Old Days treating people like this.

Wasted $185.00 on toilet inside replacements.  Toilets leaked and were in worse shape than before.
Never received an estimate on putting in new toilets.
Replaced them ourselves for $125.00 each

Scott asked if he could use my backyard to dig a trench for my neighbors plumbing. He told me it would just take a day, then would clean up and put the fence back. 10 days later with him periodically coming from 9pm-12am doing little to no progress. He stole a bike from the back and even his coworker told me every time he's worked with Scott something of his gets stolen. On top of that Scott called me a lazy ass for not doing his own job. Be careful, his word is sketchy and he steals.
