Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Oklahoma City OK
Andys plumbing did what Tiptons plumbing couldn't do was to unclog my tub, shower, sink and toilets After I had Tiptons plumbing come out to snake my clogged drain it only worked for 4 hours then my drain started clogging up again what a waste of money 475.00 dollars down the drain so my boyfriend said he wanted to try someone else and he checked the reviews on google and the review said Tiptons plumbing would over charge and didn't fix the problem. Omg, that's what happen in my situation I was over charged and they couldn't fix the problem so we went with Andys because They had a 5 star rating on google and I can see why. They were on time and snaked my toilet at a reasonable price 350.00 They fixed the clogged that Tiptons plumbing couldn't do and at a cheaper price. My drains has still been working so far so good. I would recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing. I have used them again for my Hot Water tank. They are really hard working and honest people.

What a complete professional. Don't bother with anyone else. Had someone else out and they completely botched the job. Gary put it back to better than before the first repair. Highly, highly recommend.

I've used Plumbtastic on 3 separate occasions now, and they've been fantastic to work with every time. The first time was an emergency call for a burst pipe in my yard. The second was to snake a problem drain. And most recently was for a faulty water heater pressure release valve. Each time they've been responsive, quick to work me into the schedule, and on time. I've never felt pressured to agree to more than I need, and the charges for services rendered have seemed very reasonable to me. I definitely recommend if you're in need of a plumber!

We have called Tate Plumbing for a few jobs. The biggest one was installing a Navien tankless water heater for our home. He recommended a model, explained why it would work for our needs, taught us how to care for it, and did a fabulous job with it.
Another job we called him for was removing and replacing a toilet flange another company messed up. He quickly diagnosed the problem and even helped us make a video so we could send it to the company explaining what they messed up. The other company ended up giving us all of our money back without a fight. There is no one I would recommend more for plumbing challenges than Tate Plumbing. Tate takes the cake.

First of all, I'm not all into giving reviews to anyone unless I feel they deserve it!
I just want to say that David is good guy and the owner of this company is very very helpful regarding my concerns with the gas water heater.
My issue was that I replaced myself a thermocoupler on my gas water heater and had some concerns regarding the installation. I've called numerous plumbing services and all had a consultation fees except David which was free.
He gave me some good advice and pointer hints regarding my thermocoupler installation which made me feel safe and comfortable about my work.
Basically, I just needed a pro to double check the work I did , and all services offered range from $200 to $600 just to have a tech person to stop by which the work itself was done already.
David didn't want to take money and assured me that my gas water heater is fine and have nothing to worry about as long as there is no gas leak occurring which I've checked hundreds of times and sprayed with soap and water.
Thanks David for being honest and good person helping me out when needed the most.
In the near future , if I or my family and friends ever have any issues regarding plumbing, I would definitely call for you and recommend them your service. Keep up the good work!

We had Chase come out to fix a gas leak on our water tank. He was polite, he explained everything that he was going to have to do and how much it was going to be, and he was in and out in about an hour! Great affordable and local plumber!

We purchased a whole house water treatment/softener system and hired Marques to install it for us. He is an excellent businessman and his outgoing personality makes him a pleasure to work with. He gave us a very reasonable and fair quote for the job and I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. I will call on him again if I ever need a plumber!

Gas was shut off to rent house Friday. Called Anderson Plumbing Monday and scheduled an appointment Wednesday morning. Renters called about 4pm Wed and said nobody showed up and nobody called. Shortly after Mark P. called and apologized for not showing up and asked if HE could be there, first thing in the morning. I agreed and said I understand things come up.
Thursday morning two people show up to take pictures of the damage about 9am. Didn't go in the house, didn't crawl under the house. I'm really not sure what they took pictures of. But I am sure Mark did not show up like he said and was taking care of personal issues.
Didn't hear from Mark again till 330pm Thursday. I couldn't talk at the moment and asked if I could call him back. Unsurprisingly he did not answer or return my phone calls. He did say I would need a pressure test to find the leak. WOW, really! I could have told him that.
Friday morning secretary calls me and says they will not be able to do my job because they do not have the man power or didn't know what the problem was or some excuse. I told her they wasted a lot of my time and my renters went without gas because their plumbers could not show up and didn't have the decency to call.
Shortly after that I get a phone call from the GM or GC saying that I upset the secretary and they would not be doing my job and not to call them ever again. Already had that last part covered buddy.
I understand you get busy and things happen but to just not show up and not take 5 minutes to say they cant handle the job or something came up is all I needed so I could get someone else. Yet they strung me along for two extra days acting like they were gonna take care of it.
Still without gas. I do not recommend.

Such a speedy response to my frantic call for help late in the day. A super knowledgeable technician was here the next morning, did a good inspection, showing me plenty of photos of the damage to my drain system. He cleared his schedule and got a team together with all the supplies needed to completely replace my frankenstein assembly of pieces and parts, giving me an efficient and up-to-code system in one day that I am confident will outlive me. The five year warranty is a nice little bonus that few plumbers provide. Great Job, VIP!

I hear about them on the radio. They say they specialize in leak detection. I have had an issue with water getting under my kitchen sink and the wood flooring is starting to buckle due to water. I had it looked at about a year ago and they said they had to replace a gasket. Seemed to go away and then, look like it starting happening again. I always wondered if there was a leak somewhere. So who better to call right. I set up an appointment they explained to do a leak detect it would take 2 hours at $300. I asked if it took longer what would happen, they said $150 for an additional hour. Makes sense, seems kind of high, but I really want to get this resolved so I agreed. They showed up on time and the plumber started to evaluate my situation. Here's where it goes south. He says, I want to make sure I check everything before I do a leak detect, that way if I can I can save you some money. He starts checking some things, has long conversations with me and stops working to do so, uses an infrared camera shows me where there aren't really any hot or cold spots that would show a leak. Says, you are missing some silicone caulk under the granite where the sink meets it and that could be it. He then goes to his van for about 30 minutes. I actually asked my wife if she saw him on her way in, she was coming home from work. He finally comes back in the house and gives me the bill. Guess how much? $300! So why didn't he do the leak detect? He said to save me money but it cost the exact same. So only thing I can guess is that he milked it to stay about 2 hours than shanked me for $300. Told me a bunch of things I should do to get some things fixed, your the plumber, why didn't you fix them? $300 I could've gotten a lot of stuff done that you suggested I do. Bottom line, he didn't fix or repair anything. Stayed for 2 hours and charged me $300 for his advice. Never again, you are B-F-L! (Banned for life). I cannot compete with the radio but if anyone asks my opinion on plumbers. Trust me, your name will not come up unless they ask about you and I tell them NO!

* Do NOT hire Legacy *
We recently hired them to clean out our main drain. We have occasionally had issues with tree roots blocking the line. And, this is what the problem was.
Their worker did indeed get these out from the line. It was apparently easily resolved. Their worker was here no more than 20 minutes.
But! Only five days later our main line was clogged again!
We contacted Legacy. There was obviously something they missed. Legacy refused to even consider this. Their excuse for not missing something was, you've got roots.
Um, yes. But, they do not grow to block the line in five days.
Legacy was wanting to charge us another $200 just to even come back out. They would not even consider that they had not completely cleaned the line.
Be prepared for Legacy charging higher costs, too.
They charged over $350 to come out to do a simple job which (I found out) other reputable companies charge less than $250. We have a normal residential line- it isn't long in length. They charged a separate fee just for using a snake to clear the line. Um, I compare the unreasonable nature of this like an auto shop wanting to charge you for using tools to get an oil change!
We hired a different plumbing service to come out to resolve the issue. It was indeed a small amount of roots which remained, clogging the line. It was something Legacy completely missed the first time. It was something they shouldn't have wanted to charge $200 to even come out.
*You have been warned. Don't hire Legacy*

DO NOT USE! They charged over $250 to stop a leaky outdoor faucet, all the guy did was change a washer. It didn't even take him ten minutes.
Called their main office to complain about what their serviceman charged and was told if I don't like their prices that I should have called a different company.
We will never use them again.

Love these guys! I know it's really hard to get a plumber out right now, but apparently the on call guy was not far away and showed up in less than 20 min. He noticed I had new hardwood floors and insisted on wearing covers over his boots in the house. He was able to immediately troubleshoot the issue with my tankless water heater, which ultimately means I'll need it replaced because it's a 10 year old unit. He is currently swapping the old unit with one that's being delivered by another employee just so that I can have hot water tonight until they can get the actual replacement unit tomorrow! These guys are life savers!

Do not recommend this company... overpriced .. $250 to fix simple leak on toilet or $700 to replace.. never will use again .. $49 in the hole for their estimate...
