Tyler at the Reno Ave location was above and beyond helpful and accommodating!! We are in Austin and had our external tankless water heater blow in the recent storm and that specific water heater we needed to replace is completely sold out pretty much in entire state of Texas or backordered 3-6 weeks. I called Ferguson's in Oklahoma and Tyler helped us source exactly what we needed and found one at a Ferguson's in Carson City, Nevada. He organized the shipping and was so prompt in keeping us updated and let us know within the hour that he found one for us and that it was on the way! So appreciative and wanted to say two thumbs up to such great customer service!

I highly recommend Jimbo's plumbing for everyone in Oklahoma City! He's very down-to-earth, professional and gets the job done the right way. Super-friendly. Whenever I need some plumbing done, I don't hesitate to call him.

I am a licensed insurance adjuster and I know quality service from a contractor and Cactus Plumbing has my 5 star rating. Cactus Service Pros customer service was better than advertised. My shower handle would not turn water off (cartridge stripped)  on a slow draining 2nd story bath tub. Panicking before it overflows, I needed a local plumber fast, so I checked reviews and called them for the first time, They were on their way immediately.  They turned off the water to prevent an ugly mess and diagnosed the problem, and gave me there estimate. I am very satisfied with Cactus Plumbing and relieved  that I found a plumber that I can trust and rely on for my 100 plus year old house.

Receptionist who took my call was friendly and setup a date/time.  My plumbing issue was not an emergency, so I didn't mind waiting a couple days.  Cyndee called and sent me a text prior to arrival, she was friendly and responsive as I missed the call initially.  Andy arrived, cleared the drain, confirmed that everything was flowing out as expected, and answered a few questions I had.  Price was fair.  Now I know who to call if/when I need a Pro!

I found them after a bad experience even getting a phone call returned from a competitor. They came out, did a great job at an amazing price. Highly recommended.

I had a repipe on my 1930 home in Dec of 2022 and I am so glad I did. They were extremely professional. They were fast and efficient. I had water by the end of the day and it was great. I am the primary caretaker of my 94 year old mother, I recently broke my shoulder and am pretty limited to what I can do.  Our water froze and a pipe burst. The house was flooded. The company responded quickly to my request for a quote to upgrade my HVAC system and promptly showed up for a personalized on-site review. The commercial rep understood my needs and quoted me accordingly. The tech team was scheduled to be on-site just a few days later, they arrived on-time, they did the job well and cleaned after themselves. They forgot to clean the attic manhole door, I pointed it out to the company: the crew came back quickly to finish the job. The commercial rep also educated me on specific home improvement loans given by a local bank at preferential rates: I was not aware of such products that only a few banks provide. I'm very happy with the products so far, looking forward to seeing how this new HVAC performs during summer time when it's heavily solicited.

Our experience was nothing short of excellent.  PC, our plumber (initials), took his time to fix our sewer line stoppage.  As opposed to two other plumbing companies (one that's not very erudite, and one that couldn't quite circuitously find their way) who snaked with little to no effort/conviction and then started quoting thousands of dollars in replacing sewer lines, PC skillfully used a combination of running water, water pressure, and his snake to loosen the stoppage and have it drain out of our line.  This took no more than an hour, and he was very kind and patient.  No major roots come up, and

This company a friend referred whose family uses them for their rental properties.  Then, it hit me:  businesses who have plumbers available regularly need people who are practical and exhaust less-expensive but effective solutions to plumbing problems.

PC is the man, and this company is going in my phone for good.  I can't recommend more.

Absolutely horrible!! They came to install a prv and it broke again so we called to try to get them to come fix their mistake and they would never call us back!!! We even tried to go their office and no was there.

Leon's plumbing did  a great job in finding our leak. Rocky was the plumber who Leon's sent out, he did an excellent job diagnosing the problem, finding the leak and repairing the leak! Highly recommend Leon's.

I wouldn't  give Complete Plumbing and Electric even a negative star rating, but I wasn't allowed to comment without giving one. They began my remodel in July. It was supposed to take three weeks approximately. After almost 2 months I changed the locks on my house and began fixing the damage they left behind and completing the work they didn't finish. After paying them around $7500, I have now had to get materials and labor donated to help me try to bring my kids back home. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

We hired this company to fix our outdoor gas fire pit. They came to our house in a reasonable time frame and we're on time. That is where the good news ends. The three man crew didn't say but 3 words, looked at the problem and told us they'd have to research parts and get back to us with a quote. Knowing prices have gone up recently we were not surprised when we were given a quote of $500+ for the gas pipe and gas ring repair. We authorized them to order parts and get back to us for another actual repair appointment. Again, the company was responsive and on time. This time there was one plumbing specialist and he finished the repair in about 30 minutes. He came to the door to collect payment and went on his way. At the time we were extremely busy and had no chance to inspect the work. The next day we went outside and noticed that the gas ring that was replaced was in no way shape or form equal to what was in the fire pit before. (My husband explained that the gas rings were rusted out and fell apart when we removed them) They claimed we didn't explain to them what was there before but we did. The tiny little gas ring was about 8 inches in diameter in a 31 inch fire pit. How does that make any sense?  A representative called to make sure we were satisfied with the service and I explained to Her  we were not. She apologized and said someone would get back to me. After about 15 minutes Stephen called me back (he did not identify his position in the company) and advised us that if we wanted the bigger gas ring it would be an additional $585. I declined politely, hung up and moved on. We have since found a part for our pit on Amazon for half the price and made the repair ourselves. We have come to terms with the fact that we were overcharged and taken advantage of most likely because we just moved into town from out of state. So, besides being punctual I have nothing nice to say. Make sure you get different quotes when this company gives you a price. I am attaching a picture to show the size of the fire pit compared to the gas ring they installed.

We found this company to overcharge, misdiagnose and then bill for services that were refused due to the outrageous fee proposal and incorrect assessment of the problem. We got someone else to do the work for a fraction of the price and it was not what Dalton's Plumbing diagnosed. It has been perfect since the other company did the work. Additionally, we received a late fee bill for work we refused to have them do. This is going to be reported to the BBB if it is not remedied. This was our experience.

Wasted $185.00 on toilet inside replacements.  Toilets leaked and were in worse shape than before.
Never received an estimate on putting in new toilets.
Replaced them ourselves for $125.00 each

Scott asked if he could use my backyard to dig a trench for my neighbors plumbing. He told me it would just take a day, then would clean up and put the fence back. 10 days later with him periodically coming from 9pm-12am doing little to no progress. He stole a bike from the back and even his coworker told me every time he's worked with Scott something of his gets stolen. On top of that Scott called me a lazy ass for not doing his own job. Be careful, his word is sketchy and he steals.
