Our hot water pressure went out across our home -with laundry to do and kids to bathe.  I called several plumbers and got voicemails - yes I understand it was a Sunday.  These guys answered the phone and Dimitry was at my door within an hour.

He was outstanding.  Very nice and sociable but the best part was that he was honest.  He said I may need a new water heater -which would be no surprise- but that he may be able to fix it without that expense.  Two replacement parts and 60 minutes later he was done. Less than $200 bucks in parts and labor and no weekend fees.

The water was not flowing into the toilet flush tank I requested a quote, and Awais responded immediately.  After exchange of few messages he came and fixed the issue.

Yaro was the reason I canceled my Home Warranty,  was tired of getting low quality plumbers and waiting for days to get a response from them and then dealing with finished work that I was not satisfied with. I've called Yaro for two separate jobs , he was punctual , courteous,  and very knowledgeable.  He takes prides in his work,  he explained to me what is the issue and what needs to be fixed.  He goes beyond just fixing the issue,  he actually looks at a better solution overall and  looks at the root cause of the problem.  I'll definitely recommend him , and I've passed his contact to my friends and family already.

We discovered a water issue at our house in which we were losing 5 gallons per minute for the last day and six hours. We called the Plumbing Experts at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon and they were the only company that could come out that day. They showed up Exactly when they told us they would be there which was an hour and a half from the time we called. We found out what the issue was within 20 minutes of their arrival. They were outstanding and I would highly recommend them. We understand that they're not only a plumbing company but they're also a subcontractor for remodels!

They will be our go to in the future for many issues including small remodels!

I had no hot water and went to my basement to check my water heater and it was flooded! I went online and found EWHP and based on the Yelp reviews I called them. After checking their schedule and a quick call back they were here in 15 minutes! They had a new water heater installed in no time and helped me bring some wet items up to dry. Mohammed and his dad are polite, professional and fair. I am so glad they could come to my rescue so quickly and I highly recommend them.

professional, nice service.  Came a little earlier than they said they would.  But, otherwise explained everything nicely and fixed the problem in a timely manner!

I called for a leak. My review is more about the price structure they charged. The limited service I received from the company was satisfying. The initial charge was an investigation fee, $250, which included digging a 1x1x1 ft hole to expose the pipes. The job took about 30 minutes. The hourly rate on this was around $500/hr.

After identifying the problem - a cracked PVC joint, the estimate was $750 to repair, which I declined. I am moderately handy and decided to do it myself. Including going to Home Depot to buy all the parts, the job took me 2 hours to finish. It should take a plumber less time to finish. Let us say it would take them 1.5 hours to finish the job. The quoted hourly rate is $500/hr.

The company seems doing a good job on what they do. If you feel comfortable to pay at $500/hr, I think it is a good option for your plumbing needs. Otherwise, do call around may save you $$$.

BTW, I contacted the company purely based on good yelp reviews. People need to know this to make better decisions.

Emil was great to work with. Not only did he want the business but he provided great communication to let me know he was going to be on time. When he came to my home to address the items we discussed, he knew exactly what was wrong and showed me what was needed to complete the job. Needed help with our kitchen faucet and called several companies based on their Yelp reviews. Came across Vince and his company VIP at around 8 pm one evening and was pleasantly surprised they were still open.

Spoke with Vince. He was really great, scheduled an appointment for a few days later. In addition to being honest, polite, very neat, extremely fast - even though he had never had experience with my particular kitchen faucet, he was able to figure things out and repair my faucet using the parts I requested from Moen.

Hint: If you have anything in your home from Moen that doesn't seem to be working properly, make sure to give their customer service a call. Moen customer service is great as they warranty everything for life. So if you have any issues, explain it to them and they will immediately send official Moen replacement parts to you.

Nonetheless, Vince was great. If you live in the tri-valley area would highly recommend VIP Plumbing. He is really professional and reasonably priced.
