Despite being incredibly busy with neighbors having similar issues, Rey responded quickly, got my furnace up and running, and put together a sump pump and drainage plan to mitigate future flooding. As soon as we had a dry day, Rey and his efficient and friendly team installed the sump and drainage. For the first time in weeks, I didn't spend time during/after heavy rains pumping water out of my garage - it was dry as a bone! Rey's pricing was very fair and he and his team have been great to work with. I highly recommend this business.

These amazing but very professional plumbers installed a brand toilet for my elderly mothers home. Booking an appointment was simple and quick. I really enjoyed speaking to the office admin. These guys were overall awesome to work with.  I was also offered great warranty on the work that was done.

1) They were the only plumbers who responded on the holiday weekend. I called 5 others before I found them.
2) The woman on the phone was communicative, articulate, thorough and polite, and called back exactly when she said she would.

Adolfo and his partner rescued my mom today when she found flooding in her bathroom and garage. He arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem as well as another with the main shutoff valve, explained why the leak occurred and showed us the corroded pipe he replaced, and cleaned up after. There was clear communication throughout regarding price estimates. Highest recommendation!

Tim did an incredible job installing a new sump pump, replacing the old one that had broken.  They were so responsive, it was quick and easy to make an appointment and they came out immediately for a free estimate.  Tim was smart in diagnosing the issue, finding the right part, and then installing the new pump (which wasn't straightforward given some differences in the new model but he figured it all out).  All in all, amazing customer service, very knowledgeable and super efficient.  Thank you!

Well, as an update - the problem returned - they had already let me know the pipes really needed a hydrojet treatment. BUT until things could be arranged for next steps, Mike came by to try and help with a sludge treatment one more time. It was late at night and he was just trying to help out and didn't charge extra. THAT is customer service!  Bravo.

Had a stubborn kitchen sink clog that we tried to repair and snake on our own to no avail.  I called Jorge on Monday morning and he was over an hour later.  He is very polite and knowledgeable with what the issue could be and was able to use the industrial snake to clear out the clog within 30 minutes after we fought with it all weekend.  Will definitely use him again for any future issues.

After having our sewer line cleaned out three times in the past year, I thought we definitely needed to have our lateral replaced.  I called another highly recommended company to get an estimate for having it replaced and they gave me an estimate of  $5890 without looking through the line with a camera as far as I know (they didn't say they looked at it with a camera or show me any footage).  

I looked for another highly recommended company to get a second bid from and found Trenchfree, called and set up a time to get the estimate.  Ernest arrived on time and seemed very surprised any company would bid on a sewer lateral replacement without looking at the line with a camera to make sure it actually needed to be replaced.  He set up his camera to look at the line and said it does not need to be replaced and that the likely reason it had to be cleaned out repeatedly was because whoever did it didn't do a thorough enough job initially.  That made sense because the second guy that came to clean it out did seem to do a much more thorough job of grinding out roots growing in (neither of these guys were from Trenchfree).  Anyway, he said the line looked really good and would most likely need to get cleaned out about once a year.

Very quick respond and great service. My kitchen sink always have clogging issuse. They came by today to fix my sink and also replaced my old pipes. Definitely will use his service again. They worked very effectively and did a great job.

I HIGHLY recommend Mario's Plumbing Service. It seems all water heaters break on Friday afternoon.....I had to work on both Friday and Sat morning. SO I called Mario on Saturday afternoon and he had a technician to my house in 15 minutes. Total customer service and his pricing is very reasonable. His technician, Manuel, was amazing - fast and a VERY HARD worker. I will call them for everything plumbing, you should too.

Our drain picked the perfect time to get clogged (on Christmas day!).
Flushing the toilet was causing the water to back up into the bath tub.
Reached out to Ahmad and he responded quickly with availability on the same day.
Silverio from Friendly Plumbing showed up quickly within the next 2 hours. He drove all the way from Hayward to San Jose (~35 miles).
As soon as he arrived, he assessed the situation and gave us a quote which sounded reasonable.
Our house did not have the sewer cleanout accessible, so he had to remove the toilet and use the snake to try and unclog the drain.
When even that didnt work, he suggested using the hydro jet from the roof vent.
That finally did the trick.
He then made sure to verify the fix by passing the camera into the vent.
He was very professional and didnt take any shortcuts.

Called this company with a plumbing emergency. Had sewage coming up from the bath tub due to a blocked sewer main between the house and the city pipe in the street. Juan arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and after using a camera down the pipe, dug a small trench to install a modern two-way sewer clean-out which our house was lacking since it is so old. After that, he was able to clear the sewer line (tree roots), and get us functional again. It was a messy and unexpected problem, but Juan did a great job, provided clear communication throughout, and kept to his original cost estimate even though there were a few surprises along the way. Very trustworthy and reliable guy, highly recommended!
