So, when you need a plumber you call them and they come and fix your problem, at least a good one does. Rey does that, all at a very reasonable price. He has saved us many times on the weekends (old house) and he also did our trenchless sewer line replacement when it exploded. So, in the plumbing department he's five stars.

But what I really love about Rey so much is him. I honestly feel like he's become a friend. He's such a sweet guy, very considerate, very clean. And what a character! He was an Olympic boxer! Ask him about his enthusiasm for ACDC! Totally cool, and totally recommended.

I had a hose bibb that was leaking. After talking to them on the phone, I was able to send pictures of my problem. They ordered the part & scheduled me for the next day. The plumber showed up early & completed the job quickly. I couldn't have asked for better service!

Jorge is kind, professional, and efficient. He was quickly able to diagnose and fix my broken water heater and it was a pleasure to speak with him while he worked. Scheduling was easy and Jorge showed up exactly when I was told he would.

We have an old house in Berkeley hills and the shower drain had been slow for quite a while. After having a chain company that I won't name here fix it for a high fee, the drain clogged up again just after their 30 day warranty ran out! I found MSK on yelp based on their great reviews. They returned my call right away and two guys came over on a Saturday afternoon to unclog the drain. They pulled out a huge hair ball from the drain that was not bothered by the other company. One of the guys said, Wow, I thought that was a small animal!

Adolfo was willing to come out and deal with a clogged shower drain on Christmas Day. Did a great job, courteous and all at a fair cost.

Interesting all the years I have used this sight I always had quotes. And I have come across some very high standard companies. Companies that don't value their manpower or skills want money up front.  Good luck to you.. I'll send you pictures of my beautiful paint job from a company who gave me a quote.

The techs were very nice and courteous. However, they tried to bargain different methods to flush out the pipe between the garage and washing machine. That is not the problem and the washer does Not back up. The cost kept changing. They wanted $400.00. They then tried to get me to use a camera which is $1800.00. Since they offer a free consult I told them to leave. When I came in and checked the bathroom there was water everywhere. Before they left they said they had left their gear in the bathroom so they know it was flooded and didn't tell me. I guess because I wouldn't buy any of their services.  One of the techs could not speak English. Just finished washing my clothes and no back up. They just try to sell you unneeded services.

He was so nice and very respectful of my personal situation to please remove shoes and be as quiet as possible to not wake my sleeping baby or ill father - reasonably priced and I was really shocked to get such amazing quick AND friendly service!!! Mike is awesome!  Real friendly and did a great job fixing and changing the broke. Faucet!  It wasn't an easy job taking out the rusted nut!

Excellent service! We discovered a leak in our kitchen sink drain on a Saturday morning. Jorge arrived within 30 mins and quickly diagnosed and solved the problem. He found that the installation of our new kitchen sink was deficient and provided helpful advice and documentation to help recoup the cost from the contractor. We would definitely call on him again.

Diego and his team worked hard and delivered.  Couldn't have asked for a better crew.  I'm impressed by the way he kept me informed throughout the job.  They met some obstacles and challenges, but ultimately finished the job and I'm happy with the results.  Carlos was also excellent at communicating the scope of the work and providing assurance.  I highly recommend working with TrenchFree.

Over due review. The upmost respect for the company's customer service. khan, (the owner) is very personable and pays attention to detail. What stood you was that he followed up with us a few days after his work was completed to check how everything was running. He changed three toilets in our home at a great price! I'm hiring him to change two toilets at my moms house.

I needed a septic tank to sewer conversion. I chose Avalon Services, Inc. because they did their research BEFORE submitting a bid. (Another firm had a lower bid but reserved the right to increase it when the project manager arrived to start work.) Since I had looked into this project several years earlier, I knew Avalon was more realistic. Will Feliciano, the owner, was very professional, kept me informed and was a pleasure to work with. So were his workers and Jose, his foreman. Will was usually there working alongside them. We ended up having to install a pump but Will had advised me before I signed the contract that it might be required. He only charged me for the pump; not the considerable extra labor. We had one miscommunication about a possible pipe replacement under my house. That would have been avoided had I placed it in the contract. We both thought the questionable pipe had been inspected internally during this project. Since the main project had been completed, I was very worried it wouldn't be addressed. In my experience, most contractors would have walked away or charged a fortune to do it. Will and I worked out an amicable solution. The work was completed at a later date at a fraction of the cost I had anticipated. He only charged me his cost with no profit. All in all, Avalon Services, Inc. provided high quality work and professional standards at a reasonable price. It's so nice to find an honest contractor who truly cares about customer satisfaction.
Will also came up with an inexpensive solution to a problem created by a previous contractor who, instead of installing the plumbing for my washing machine underneath the floor, had placed it above the floor and built a platform to hide it.

Franco fixed our plumbing problem and was very polite and professional.  I wouldn't hesitate to call him again when a need arises.

Very professional and reliable would recommend 100%. Hector is very knowledgeable and honest. He came to our office to fix some lose tiles and we were more than pleased with his work. He was punctual and explained the work he did to the very last detail.

Joel was able to give me an instant estimate, came out first thing the next morning right on time and had the job done within an hour! Will definitely contact again for any plumbing jobs!

Friendly?  Maybe so, but please be HONEST as well!!!  

If you're too busy to handle current jobs, not at all sure why I was told 'be right with you, be right with you'.  Now that Friday has past, the wkd, and now Monday, Yeah, I made an appt. w some professionals, not claiming to be able to show up RIGHT AWAY, but schedules were checked and an appt. made.

Why you wanted to waste my time? On top of existing contractor issues i'm trying to FIX, you only compounded the issue.
